Samsung defected piece

I just bought a new Samsung note 3 this feb from carrefour and there are lot of problems in it. The piece is defected, every few minutes the audio gets disconnected and my caller cannot hear me, the screen rotates on itself, phone hangs and the voice command does not work. Three times i visited axiom with my warranty card and every time they kept my phone with them for repair and still gave me in the condition woth the same problems. They aren t even giving me a replacement. THIS SORT OF A PATHETIC SERVICE WAS JUST NOT EXPECTED FROM A COMPANY LIKE CARREFOUR.

Samsung very bad after sale service

on 7th of January i bought Samsung LED 32" TV, i found that while watching movie through the USB i found that the translation size is very small moreover, i found that the HDMI is working without voice.
i contacted the call center and after 2 weeks an agent called me and come to fix the problem. i was surprised of the very bad performance of the technician and the problem was not fixed i re-contacted samsung egypt and they told me that they are very sorry and the manager will call me and since that i am following them and they are transferring me from one manger to another with too many promises that the problem will be fixed shortly but nothing had been done till date i first submitted my claim since [protected]. Please help me to send this complaint to higher level as samsung egypt did not give a ###.

I bought a Samsung fridge from best buys and it has broke down 4 times in the past 1 1/2 years, worst fridge I have ever had! I should get money back to buy a better brand and Samsung should be out of business.ask for pictures

Samsung samsung customer support stinks

Their "service policy" allows a new TV to virtually have to be rebuilt in your living room before it can be replaced. After shelling out almost $1, 000 for a "smart TV", it has not worked in the 6 weeks I have owned it. Samsung thinks it is perfectly acceptable to have me hang around the house on 5 seperate occasions, waiting for service technicians who fail to fix the TV. They refuse to overnight parts, choosing instead to cheaply save money at the customer's inconvenience as parts trickle in 2 or 3 days later, followed by further delays in scheduling service. Any comapny can have products fail - HIGH CLASS companies stand behind their products with strong service meant to minimize the aggravation and inconvenience of their customers. Samsung does NONE of that. This is the last Samsung product of ANY kind that will see the inside of my house, and it is PURELY based on poor customer care.

Samsung exchange

I am an old customer and I have everything of lulu all the electronic and every week we do shopping and I know 400 indian family with whom I come everytime for shopping.But today I have such a bad experience I never had before at batha lulu I came to exchange Samsung dvd which doesn't support my TV and by mistake there was a thermocol missing and your supervisor SHIVAN kerala man on duty 30th march 2014 9.00 pm at batha lulu
Had spoke to me so loudly and insulted me in front of so many people and Shivin and Rajesh has no manner to talk with a Lady and not listening to me and all the way I came from al kharj every week to purchase from lulu just because it is an Indian market and this is a way to treat with a lady I am very very upset. I just came to exchange but your sales man Rajesh and Supervisor SHIVIN treated me like a beggar and I will inform this to my Community where in we have mire than 4000 Indian Family.

Samsung got robbed

I got robbed on the train of my phone i went to MTN in vangate mall where i was told to go the police station and get a case number this is after standing in the line and waiting half an hour watching consultants having personal conversations with clients
i ask the consultant if i have insurance on the phone as i could not remember all he told me is go to the police station and get a case number which i did the next morning i, m back with case number then another consultant ask me why am i here so i told him i was told to be here...Now why was i sent to the police station if they new i dont have insurance who the hell is paying my petrol money for driving up and down ...i asked what happens now i was told that i have to pay every month as per normal i dont have a phone i got affidavit and everything but i must pay R200 for another year for something that i dont have ...i thought i.d at least get a new sim from MTN but was told i have to pay R110 for it ..what the hell happened to courtesy i never asked to be robbed and then my service provider robs me of R200 rand a month my hard earned money? well i, m not leaving it there i have informed my lawyers and i, m E-mailing every news paper and E-TV is already corresponding with me about this...

Samsung mentally disturbed about samsung core mobile

Hello sir/madam,

this is
Shivaji lohar, i have bought new mobile phone (mobile model - galaxy samsung
Core, bill number: (uap):2045526 tin/cst no:-[protected] imei number: [protected])
Hyderabad(gachibowli) showroom ( 2nd avenue ) on 12/jan/2014 around 1 pm.

Issue:-

The very next day from the date of purchase i noticed that
There is a network issue with mobile. i tried using different sim cards, but
Every time i was disappointed as none of the sim was working in the phone. the
Same sim is working properly in other cell phones.

the error message is
Like:- “mobile network not registered”. due to which i cannot use any of the
Sim services provided such as making & receiving calls, sms facilities etc.

If this is the case then what is the purpose of purchasing
The new phone…? by spending amount rs 13350/- if the phone is not serving the
Purpose for what it is meant for, then for what purpose it should serve…?

I am getting same issue like whenever i try to call, am
Getting an error message as “mobile network not registered”. due to the issue
Of the network i cannot use the phone. if this is the case than what is the use
Of purchasing the new phone…?

I bought the phone on 12/jan/2014. from the very same day
There was the above mentioned issue, so i visited the store on the very next
Day. they said cro is not available for the day please come by tomorrow. next
Day i again visited the store and again the same story as “cro is not available
For the day please come by tomorrow.” after following up for 2 days they did
Not responded to me properly and i was totally frustrated by their idiotic
Answers given to me.

after regaining some
Courage, i visited the univercell showroom for the 3rd consequent
Day and the answer was as “choose the network manually and use the phone.”
After following their advice the network worked for about half an hour and
Again the network has lost. i thought that there would be some network issue
With the service provider so i again waited for a day.

On the 4th day, after manual selection of the
Network, issue was not resolved so showroom executive provided me the 2nd
Solution as “there may be sim card issue please changes the same to new one and
Use.”

I even tried using the solution provided by them but the
Issue was still at its heights and now it was very high time for me as this was
Getting onto my nerves. so again there was no solution left for me but to visit
The showroom once again. so now they came up with a new reason as “you need to
Submit your cell phone to the service center.” i had no option but to leave my
Phone at the showroom.

They took around 4-5 days to get my phone back from the
Service center. kindly note that still the issue was not resolved.

Totally i have submitted my cell phone to service center for
3 times for which the details are as follows:-

Samsung led 55 & tv

I have a Samsung 55" model UN55B7100WfXZA led TV with a double image problem. Called Samsung Customer Service and they will not admit there is a problem with the set even though it is all over the internet . Since it is out of its 1 yr warranty, they cannot help me. I paid over 3500 for this set and was loyal to Samsung - not any more. They had problems with capacitors before and finally admitted it after a class action suit; but they are not admitting anything on this TV . I suggest no one buy a Samsung led TV as they break down and Samsung service is a joke. I will gladly join any action to keep Samsung back on track and stop what I feel is a disservice to its customers. If others are having this problem, please post to different sites to warn people.

Samsung poor tv, poor customer service

We bought a 72" DLP TV (HL-72A650C1FXZA) about 4 years ago. We immediately started having problems with it turning itself off and back on. It was intermittent and had no rhyme or reason. We called customer service (it was under warranty for a year) and had them out no fewer than 3 times within the year for the same problem. They replaced the power board at least once, and the lamp and ballast as well, if I remember correctly. In other words, the whole guts of the stupid thing. When we called Samsung the third time we said, "Look, there's obviously a problem with this TV. We want another one; what are you willing to do?" They replied that they didn't make that TV anymore but would give us a credit toward a new one. We agreed. Then they turned around and said, "Wait, give us one more try to fix it." We were very reluctant but agreed to accommodate them. Fast forward 3 years. We've still had the problem during the last 3 years but it is out of control now. Again we called and explained our problem and what we wanted (credit toward a new TV). We were escalated to Executive Customer Relations who basically said 'tough crap.' They are unwilling to either give us a credit toward a new television OR send someone to fix it at their cost. It seems to me a TV valued at $3, 000 sure as hell ought to last longer than 4 years. You'd also think that the company willing to offer financial assistance at a third repair would be willing to do so at the fourth! Yeah, apparently not. Nor are they willing to offer us the accommodation we did them. The TV we want is another Samsung valued at about $2, 000 but you can rest assured that since Samsung has been wholly and completely unwilling to stand behind their product, we certainly won't be buying another one. And we will be on every site like this one spreading the word. Buyer beware.

Samsung does not hold temperature

My Samsung oven can't hold temperature. Set it for 400 it will drop to 320 while "cooking". 12 min cook time food takes 30. I took a video of the oven being set at 400, and when I re-set temp it showed real temp of 344. Samsung techs came out multiple times and said "that is how it was designed". Last Samsung product I ever buy.

Samsung ignore of samsung egypt

Dear samsung
I am samsung client from egypt, my smart phone (Galaxy ace plus) got some software errors (hanging up, sender couldn't hear receiver and vice versa, couldn't make dialing, end calling by itself) , it was 3 days for expiring the guarantee when I deliver my phone to sky service, they changed mic, receiver, and format software (as they said to me) , when I used the mobile after got it from service, I suffered from some common faults which I complaint from in the first time which is (couldn't dialing, end calling by it self, couldn't end calling because of hanging) I have got out of guarantee as I explained above, sky service asked me to pay money to fix faults I found directly after receiving mobile from them why? Its their lack of concern with their clients, I asked for help from samsung egypt to save my rights with sky (the agent of my guarantee) , they ignore me for a week and I think they junked my request for rescue
So I decided to ask region head office to save my rights as I know that samsung care with their clients so please send to me any direct contact (Email) to communicate to follow up with samsung region head office (Head department) my problem, please help me asap or transfer my complaint to the responsible department

Samsung sudden death syndrome

model is GT-I9300
SAMSUNG has no contact us to reach headquarters when customers has problem with their dealers... all contact us emails gets routed back to local dealer which is halarious

My phone went dead suddenly while in my suit jacket pocket
it wont turn on

I read online and its confirmed that S3 16GB is dieing due to fault in memroy

My warranty expired in November (less than 2 months ago)
everywhere Samsung dealers are fixing those phones with this sudden death syndrom for free no question asked even if the device is rooted also (I read that on many forums online) EVERYWHERE EXCEPT Jordan and some other countries where samsung dealers do not give a fly about samsung image or their customers

Samsung dealer in JORDAN is refusing to fix my phone for free and wants me to pay 230$ for a mother board ( thats the price of a new android phone)

I asked samsung dealer in JORDAN to give me a written report and they refused they said: _quot "We only inform you whats wrong on the phone"... and all what they say is: "the phone motherboard is busted" any half brainer can open the phone test it and reach that conclusion... but why its dead?! ... they get upset when i ask them why the mother board is dead!

I dont know how a worldly company like this give thir dealership to such unprofessional rude company like that in Jordan

Samsung ups'd my tablet to ny. I live in arizona

Dear Someone?: (I am sending this out to every email I can find for Samsung in hopes of getting it fixed)

In Nov 2013 I had to send my 6 month old Tablet in for repairs. Not charging. Repair received it Nov 27, 2013. Dec 17, 2013 email to me stating tablet fixed, returning to me with UPS #XXXXX with the repair order attached clearly showing my correct address.

Dec 23, 2013 UPS delivered to XXXXXXX, 3:04PM, XXX W XXXth St, Rm/SuiteXX, New York, NY 10030. Since I'm in Arizona, this is wrong.
Dec 26, 2013 I contact Samsung again to let them it went to New York.
Dec 28, 2013 I received confirmation from Samsung that it went to the wrong place.
I contacted UPS Dec 28, 2013 and was told that Samsung has to follow up since they sent it out. UPS also provided me with the address where it was delivered. On my own I wrote a letter to this XXXXXX, return receipt which I have never gotten back, to explain to her what happened and asking her to return it to UPS with the tracking number I provided her.
Jan 2, 2014 I got a call from a Samsung rep from this number [protected] asking me if that was an old address for me. I told her I've never been to NY, so no it wasn't.
Jan 5, 2014 Samsung emails me and tells me it will take 1-8 days to retrieve my tablet.
Jan 17, 2014 I had to email them and ask what was going on.
Jan 18, 2014 I received an email from Samsung telling me the tablet was recovered from the incorrect address and UPS is under the process of shipping my tablet to my mailing address in XXXXX, AZ.
This was a lie. UPS never recovered my tablet. I have an email from UPS stating that fact.
Jan 20, 2014 another email from Samsung stating they looked up the the shipping info and UPS website said it's not available. I was told again to contact UPS directly. I wrote back to support and told them UPS will not deal with me because I wasn't the sender. I went ahead and contacted UPS. Got an email from them stating my tablet WAS NOT picked up from the incorrect address and to contact Samsung again. I contacted Samsung and was asked for all the information that I have provided over and over again so they could forward it to the Executive Customer Relations ECR dept.
I believe this has gone on long enough. Obviously UPS isn't going to get my tablet back from this PERSON in NY. I have asked for it to be replaced. A new one as I did not buy a refurbished unit.
Please, I begging you to fix this. It's been 3 months since I sent my tablet in to be fixed and no one seems to really be doing anything about it.
Pretty obvious that someone who ships the things out either had the wrong info with my tablet or they just weren't paying attention.

So, Please replace it and send it UPS or FedEX

I really hope to be hearing from you soon. I’ve been patient and very nice about this whole thing. But no one seems to care.
I have all the emails from and to Samsung and UPS if you want them. I’m sure Samsung support has them too. And XXXX at the Humane Resources in Plano, TX.

I miss my tablet. Please make this right by your customer. I love Samsung products. We have a lot of them. Really like the 3D TV. Awesome.

Samsung bad hard ware, battery failure after 2 months

Apparently Samsung knows quite well that S4 has wonderful Soft ware facing terrible Hard ware, I bought S4 on October 3rd, the battery started leaking, swelling December 19th, as I am still in Warranty period, I took it for maintenance, Surprisingly to find it Raya, they are not credible maintenance at all, I am told now to wait till 4th of January till they change the Battery.
1- Samsung knows quite well that they installed an incompatible battery in their phone.
2- they should sell it with an extra battery, and portable charger, as even if fully charged, it could only last for 8-10 hours.
3- I have already posted an advise on My Facebook for my friends not to buy S 4
4- If they are really buying it they should not bother buying it with a warranty because Raya will never look after them as coustomers who have rights they should fulfill, they only know how to make money and provoke customers.
5- I am really working hard to let people stop buying S 4, you should SEND ME A NEW PHONE WITHIN 24 HRS, I am not supposed to buy another phone, or else REFUND me with the total amount of the phone, so that I buy an I phone instead, or go apologize to Blackberry that I stopped buying their durable products, at least they don't fool their customers, I simply pay for what I get

Samsung international warranty

I am purchased Samsung Smart TV at Verging mega store, Qatar.That TV is using in sri lanka. They inform to me about international warranty and warranty card also mentioned country name as Sri lanka. Now it's not working. When i contact service center and they inform to me today, that international warranty is stopped in sri lanka from 2012. But, they didn't inform to me about that case, when i purchase. Please refer that mail from service centre

Regarding International warranty in Sri Lanka, kindly be informed that there is no International warranty in Sri Lanka since July 2012.
Sorry for the inconvenience but the International Warranty is covered only in country where the TV was purchased which is here in Qatar.

Samsung faulty set

Dear Samsung,

I had purchased Samsung Galaxy S3 in March 2013. After 4 months of using it, the phone cannot be charged and turned off on its own. I went to Samsung Customer Service in E-Gate Penang for checking and repairing. I was informed by the customer service people that the motherboard already defaulted. Hence, they changed a new motherboard for me. I took back home the phone and used it for another 3 months.
3 months later, the same problem re-occurred. I then went to another customer service centre i.e. Prangin Mall Customer Service Centre for checking. I was told that the component at the charging part is faulty. They changed to a new component. I took back home the phone and used it for few months.
Last week, the phone started giving problem again. The very same problem re-occurred. I brought the phone to Prangin Mall Customer Service for checking. Till now I haven't got the news what is the problem.
The reason i lodge a complaint now is because the warranty period is expiring. Looking at the pattern of my phone, the phone will turn back to normal after repairing. And after 3 months of usage, it becomes faulty again. How many times do i have to endure this problem? It has been 3 times the phone goes for repairing and it is done within a year of purchase.
I now demand a replacement of new set or a refund of my money as i had enough suffering due to faulty compartment in the phone.

You are lucky that Samsung still honour their warranty and repair the phone for you. Once the warranty is over, please get a new phone.

Samsung circuit board broken

I purchase a washing machine at Best But in Late May 2012. I paid over $1400 for the Samsung front loader. I have had my machine about a year and a half and the circuit board is broken. My machine will not power up and therefor I cannot retrieve the clothes that are locked inside. Samsung customer service is useless. The circuit board has a 3 year warranty according to my paperwork but the continually told me I was out of warranty. Finally as a courtesy they agreed to send a technician out but first they had to troubleshoot it so the potential parts could be ordered. I asked the rep how they could order parts before they checked the unit and she stated that was their standard policy. Based on the information I provide the system gives them options of what is broken and those are the parts that get ordered. Once the parts arrive the service center will call to schedule the repair tech. 2 weeks late I continually call because my clothes are still stuck in the machine and I have heard from nobody. 3 weeks late a repair tech comes out and to my surprise he has no parts. He says to me" how can we order parts when I don't know what is broken and what parts to order" REALLY. That was my thought too! He says it is the circuit board and the parts will be in on the 30th of December but dur to all the holidays he will be call the 2nd or 3rd and he will call when the part arrives. I call Samsung and they could care less. I spend $1400 on their product to have it break in less then a year and half. Its covered under warranty and I've been without a washer for almost a month...a month and a half by the time its fixed. So I get to spend my only day off taking my 3 small children to the laundry mat every week because Samsung has a substandard product and a horrible customer service department.

The repair tech said to stay away from Samsung and LG as they break frequently and parts are difficult to get. He said Whirlpool is all he buys. I'm so disappointed in my purchase. I also purchased a dryer in 2009 and have had nothing but problems with it. The drum, the wheels, the sensors, etc. What happened to a product that works. Best Buy is where I purchased my product and they pawn it off on the manufacturer...they too should stand behind the products they sell.!

Samsung samsung - premium sennheiser stereo headset worth rs. 2290 with every galaxy grand

I would like to introduce myself as Rashmin Patel, academician, working at Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat. I brought Samsung galaxy grand for my father on 13th Day of September 2013; they offered me headset for free with this Samsung model (price for which is included in total price). Samsung smartphone cafe (e-Global Tech, Anand) attendant advice me to register online to avail said offer. I asked, why customer should have to follow all this procedure. Why you are not giving right now? In response to such query, he advocated that company will directly deal (within maximum limit of 45 days) with customer to avoid any kind of cheating. Therefore, I registered online using mentioned website -http://www.samsungindiamarketing.com/grand/home.aspx; on 19th Day of September 2013. Till date I have not received anything. I am continuously inquiring on toll free number, & on customer care emails (many reminders sent on various emails) but they are not responding seriously. Is it not cheating to customer? Is it not mental & physical harassment?

In this context, I seek your king help and guidance.

Called before placing order asking if I can add warranty to a phone, they said "yes radioshack.com offers the same items as store" and that it may not be there because my unit was just released that day. They said just to go to the store and just place it to your order. So i had the unit shipped to store (which was confusing its self).

Now after placing order i called and asked why my order hadn't shipped and if i could add the warranty, so that i can just pick up the phone right away. They said order don't ship if placed after noon, and that i needed to wait to receive the product to place warranty.

Called the store I will receive phone from asked how do I add the warranty, and if maybe I can pick one up from their stock. They said they cannot do that, to call online and order it.

Now called online and asked how do I add the warranty, they said this is not offered for any online phone purchases. So asked me to return the phone and buy one at the store level, but that I need to pay the return shipping. or find a corporate store, but they cannot tell me where they are so i need to call the stores in my area to find one!

Now called a local store and they said that corporate stores will not accept phone. But may be able to sell me the warranty. I NEED ONE HONEST ANSWERS! HATE THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Samsung faulty device

I bought mid-October a Samsung Galaxy S4 which has, since then, been for repair 3 TIMES. Repair nr1: cannot access my gallery. repair 2: no network. repair nr 3: cannot transfer files from my PC to my device. And now I am back to repair nr ! : cannot access my gallery.
Vodacom/ repair Shop in Cresta sent my phone for repair and every time I was without a phone for 2 weeks, without being offered a replacement phone for the time of the repair.I asked last time to give me a new handset as this one is obviously faulty. This was refused point blankly.
I am going overseas in three weeks and cannot afford to be without a phone.
The service "offered"by the Cresta branch is appalling. Now what must I do?
