Spotix

I orderd a Lynx grill from Spotix Inc on May 28 (Order #SO386586). After lotz of delays from the manufacturer, the company told me by emailz and phone callz that I could cancel the order and they would give me a refund on my CC for the amount they charged me when I made the order. They said there would be no problem with canceling the order and giving me a refund. I canceled the order by email on April 4 and by phone on April 5. The company told me they are waiting on the manufacturer to respond. It seemz like they are just giving me the run around to cancel the order and give me my money back ($4700+). This company haz had my money for 11 months and there is still no resolution.
