Mywit MyWit Review: Terrible Product and Return Policy, Stay Away!

So I went ahead and ordered from MyWit website, thinking I'd get a good deal on a phone that was supposed to be in 'Very Good Condition'. But boy, was I wrong! The phone arrived in a terrible state, with no proper packaging, just loose in a box with pieces of plastic and the charger. I was so disappointed with the condition of the phone that I immediately asked for an exchange. But guess what? They refused to exchange it and instead asked me to return it. And to add insult to injury, they said they would not pay for the return shipping, claiming it was 'Buyers Remorse'. I mean, seriously? They sent me a crap phone and now I have to pay for their mistake?

I was really upset with their response and decided to check their return policy. It looked all rosy and promising, but in reality, it's nothing but a scam. You either keep the below standard phone they send or return it and eat the shipping costs. I mean, what kind of policy is that? It's not fair to the customers who trust them and expect to receive a good product.

In conclusion, I would not recommend MyWit to anyone. There are better companies out there that offer better products and services. So if you're looking for a good deal on a phone, stay away from MyWit and save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

Mywit MyWit: A Pleasantly Surprising Choice for Refurbished Phones

At first, I was like, "nah, I ain't ordering from MyWit." I mean, who knows what kind of sketchy people are out there selling refurbished phones, right? But then, I took a chance and ordered a Samsung S6 from them. And let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised!

The phone was in great condition - it was like it had hardly been used at all. No scratches on the screen or the body of the phone, just like they showed in the pictures. And the price was just right, too.

I don't get why some other people are having issues with MyWit. I mean, sure, every store has its ups and downs. But for me, MyWit was definitely an up. I'll be ordering from them again when I need a new phone (well, new to me, anyways).

Overall, I'd say MyWit is a pretty solid choice if you're looking for a refurbished phone. Don't be like me and let your skepticism get in the way - take a chance and see for yourself!

Mywit Mywit Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Responsiveness

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Mywit. I mean, I tried to reach out to them through email, like, a million times and they never got back to me. I don't know about you, but that's just not good customer service in my book.

So, here's what happened. I ordered something from them and I even upgraded the shipping so I could get it faster. But when I tracked the order, it wasn't going to get to me when it was supposed to. I was going on vacation and I needed it before I left, so I tried to cancel the order. But, of course, no one got back to me.

I mean, come on, Mywit! I'm not even at the address where it was supposed to be delivered anymore, so I asked them to contact the shipping company and have them return the package. And guess what? No response.

Now, I'm gonna have to drive 12 hours just to get this stupid phone and personally deliver it to them. And you know what? I'm pretty pissed off about it. I mean, bless their heart and all, but I would not recommend ordering from them.

Overall, I just think they need to step up their game when it comes to customer service. It's not that hard to respond to an email, you know? So, if you're thinking about ordering from Mywit, I would think twice.

Mywit Warning: Mywit.com Sells Phones with Outstanding Balances - Don't Buy Here!

I had a really bad experience with Mywit (mywit.com) and I wouldn't recommend buying from them. I went to AT&T to get my iPhone 8 Plus unlocked because I wanted to switch phone plans. I've had this phone since March and everything has been fine. But when I went to the store, they told me that the phone hasn't been paid off yet, so they can't unlock it. I was really confused because I thought I had paid for it in full.

After doing some research, I found out that Mywit sells phones that still have outstanding balances from the previous owners. This means that AT&T can shut off my phone at any moment because it's not fully paid off. I paid over $300 for this phone and now it's completely useless. I switched to Verizon, but they didn't catch the issue first. So now I'm stuck with a phone that I can't use, a company that sold it to me that doesn't care, and $300 less in my bank account for nothing.

I really regret buying from Mywit and I wish I had done more research before making my purchase. I don't want anyone else to go through what I did, so I'm warning you all: don't buy from here. It's not worth it. You'll only end up getting screwed over in the long run.

Mywit Terrible Customer Service and Faulty Product: Mywit iPhone 7 Review

I bought an iPhone 7 from Mywit and it was a decent experience at first. The phone arrived quickly and was packaged well. It looked like it was brand new, but the battery was not up to par. Whenever the battery level dropped below 28%, the phone would become almost unusable. I tried to make it work by ensuring that it never ran out of battery completely. Unfortunately, one night it did and that was the end of the phone. It wouldn't hold a charge anymore, and it had only been 7 months since I got it.

I reached out to Mywit to see if they could help me with a refund. They said they were happy to refund me, but it turned out to be a lie. After sending the phone back, I didn't hear anything from them for a week. I had to message them to ask if they had received it. They said they had, but they were unable to send the refund through PayPal. They refused to give me their PayPal address and ignored me for 10 days straight. They avoided my questions and had no intention of refunding me. I had to go through eBay to try and resolve the issue.

Overall, I would advise anyone to avoid Mywit. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers. The phone I received was not up to standard, and they were not willing to help me with a refund. It's a shame because the initial experience was good, but it all went downhill from there.

Mywit Disappointing Experience with MyWit on eBay: Wrong Color, No Refund

So, I bought a Google Pixel XL from mywit on ebay, but it turned out to be the wrong color. I tried to cancel the order, but they shipped it anyway. When I got it, I returned it, but I never got my refund. I called ebay and they said mywit only started the refund process, but never actually gave me my money back. It's been a hassle and I don't trust mywit anymore. I was hoping to buy two Google Pixel 2XLs for my husband and myself as gifts, but now I'm not sure. On the bright side, their customer service was quick to respond and gave me detailed information.

Mywit Mywit Review: Fast Shipping, Dope Phone, Don't Let Bad Reviews Scare You Off!

Yo, I gotta say something about Mywit. I was hella skeptical about buying a phone from them cuz of all the bad reviews I saw online. But I took a chance and ordered an iPhone 8 Plus on a Saturday morning around midnight. And guess what? That bad boy was delivered to me by FedEx on Tuesday at 1pm! That's some fast shipping, yo. I order stuff online all the time and this was probably the quickest delivery I've ever gotten without paying extra for overnight shipping.

But before I even got the phone, I was already thinking about cancelling my order cuz of all the negative reviews I saw. But I'm glad I didn't cuz this phone is dope! Mywit didn't let me down, yo. And I gotta apologize for doubting them. So if you're reading this and you're thinking about buying a phone from Mywit, don't let the bad reviews scare you off. Give 'em a chance, yo!

Oh, and I gotta give a shoutout to the battery life on this phone. It's amazing! And the camera? Yo, it's on point! The software works great too. And the phone came in excellent condition with no flaws. I ordered it in good condition and that's exactly what I got.

So, big ups to Mywit for hooking me up with a dope phone. Don't let the haters get you down, yo!

Mywit Mywit Review: Decent Company, But Customer Service Needs Work

I've been using Mywit for a while now and I've had a pretty good experience with them. I've placed a couple of orders in the past 6 months and they all went smoothly. However, my most recent order didn't go as planned. I placed an order on Tuesday and it went from on hold to closed. I was confused and frustrated, so I reached out to their customer service team to find out what was going on.

I spoke with multiple reps, including a manager named Suki, but they couldn't give me a clear answer as to why my order was canceled. They kept saying that my order exceeded their risk assessments and that there was nothing they could do to override it. I even asked if I could make a new account and place an order, but they said that it would most likely be canceled for the same reason.

I was skeptical, so I tried it anyway. While I was in chat with a rep trying to see what was wrong, the same thing happened. My order was canceled again. I was frustrated and confused, but I kept trying because I really wanted to take advantage of their prices.

However, today I found out that these people are the biggest liars. I had a family member make an account and place an order, and it didn't get canceled within the first few hours like my orders did. It was on hold overnight and closed this morning. That tells me that it was these people behind it all along.

I'm hurt and offended by the situation, especially considering that they were lying to me the whole entire time. I still don't know why they canceled my orders, but when I look at some other reviews, it was probably for the best.

Overall, I would say that Mywit is a decent company, but their customer service team needs some work. They need to be more transparent and honest with their customers. If they can do that, then I would definitely consider using them again in the future.

Mywit Mywit's Lack of Exchange Policy is a Total Pain in the Butt - A Review

Yo, so I gotta say, I ain't surprised when I get a busted up item these days. It's just the way it is, especially when you're dealing with refurbished electronics. But what really grinds my gears is when a company doesn't have a solid exchange or replacement policy. And that's exactly what's up with Mywit. They straight up don't offer one. And when I asked them why, they said it's because they lost money on exchanges when people didn't return the defective units. Like, what kind of excuse is that? Instead of figuring out a better system, they just decided to screw over their customers.

So here's the deal. If you buy a refurbished phone from Mywit and it's a dud, you're gonna be without a phone until they get the defective one back, check it out in whatever system they use, and issue you a refund. Then you gotta go through the whole buying process again. It's a total pain in the butt.

I bought a used T-Mobile S7 edge from them through Amazon, and the whole process of getting a replacement has taken 9 days so far. That's 9 days without a phone, which is just not gonna fly in my line of work. I gotta be connected to email or I'm out of a job. I had to borrow an old iPhone from a friend just to stay connected.

Honestly, I should have known better than to trust some unknown company. I should have stuck with buying from an American company. And shame on that support rep whose name starts with "V" for their terrible, slow, inefficient business model.

Mywit MyWit/NewEgg Refurbished Samsung Galaxy S9+ Review: Great Condition & Value for Money

I was on the hunt for a new smartphone and decided to go for the Samsung Galaxy S9+. I didn't want to spend a fortune on a brand new phone, so I started looking for refurbished options. After some research, I stumbled upon NewEgg.com, an online electronics store that sells a variety of products, including refurbished phones. They had a great selection of Samsung Galaxy S9+ phones, so I decided to take the plunge and order one.

I opted for a refurbished phone because I knew it would be guaranteed to be in working condition. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S9+ in Coral Blue, 64gb, and GSM unlocked for around $400, plus shipping and tax. The phone was sold to me by a third-party seller on the NewEgg Marketplace, MyWit.

I was a bit hesitant about buying a refurbished phone, but I was pleasantly surprised when the phone arrived just four days after I placed my order. The package included everything it promised, including a charger, adapter, and the phone itself. I ordered the phone in "Excellent Condition," which is considered the A+ condition for NewEgg's standard of refurbished phones.

Upon inspection, I found only a couple of micro-scratches on the bottom of the phone, a somewhat noticeable scratch on the bottom back of the phone, and another small scratch in between the finger scanner and the camera. However, these scratches were not very noticeable and did not affect the phone's performance. Everywhere else on the phone was scratch-free, including the sides, charging port, and front screen (which had a screen protector on it).

Once I turned on the phone, I checked all the hardware components, including the earpiece, speaker, audio jack, LCD, camera, and flashlights. I've been using the phone for a week now and have not encountered any problems.

The only issue I came across was that the phone was still locked for AT&T, even though I ordered a GSM unlocked phone. However, this was not a major issue as AT&T and T-Mobile operate on the same provider platform and use a physical SIM card. I simply emailed AT&T to unlock the phone, and they even sent me the T-Mobile unlock code within 30 minutes.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience buying a refurbished phone from MyWit/NewEgg. The phone was in the condition that was promised, and I didn't have to contact either company for any issues. My parents were initially doubtful about buying a refurbished phone, but I took the risk and saved $300 compared to buying a brand new phone. The phone even smelled brand new!

I highly recommend MyWit/NewEgg for anyone looking for a refurbished phone. The only downside was the minor issue with the phone being locked for AT&T, but it was an easy fix. The images I included show the minor scratches on the phone, but they are hardly noticeable. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from MyWit/NewEgg again.

So, I got this thing from Mywit and when I opened it up, I was like, "What the heck? This thing is see-through and feels like it's made out of cheapo material!" I mean, come on, Mywit, you can do better than this! The product was totally fake and not worth the money I spent on it. And don't even get me started on the picture they show on their website. Mywit Great Phone, Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Mywit on Amazon

So, I bought this iPhone 6s from Mywit on Amazon, and let me tell you, it was a real steal! I was so excited to finally have a new phone that I could show off to all my friends. But when I went to the Sprint store to activate it, I was hit with some bad news. Apparently, the phone had been reported lost or stolen. What a bummer!

I tried calling Mywit to see if they could help me out, but no one answered the phone. I even left a couple of voicemails, but still no response. I was starting to get pretty frustrated at this point. I mean, come on, how hard is it to pick up the phone and talk to a customer?

Anyway, I eventually gave up on trying to get in touch with Mywit and decided to take matters into my own hands. I did some research online and found out that there are ways to unlock a phone that has been reported lost or stolen. It took a bit of time and effort, but I was finally able to get my new iPhone up and running.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase from Mywit. The phone itself is in great condition and works perfectly fine now that I've unlocked it. But I do wish that the company had been a bit more responsive when I was trying to get in touch with them. It would have saved me a lot of time and hassle if they had just picked up the phone and helped me out.

Mywit Disappointing Experience with Mywit: Unreliable and Dishonest

So, I was looking to buy a phone and came across Mywit (mywit.com) on Amazon. I placed my order and received a notice that my phone was in their warehouse with a tracking number. I was excited to receive my new phone, but unfortunately, I waited and waited and waited some more, and still have not received my phone.

I am extremely disappointed with Mywit. They are not honest or reliable people. I would not recommend buying from them. It's frustrating to spend your hard-earned money on something and not receive it.

I hope that Mywit improves their customer service and delivery times in the future. It's important for businesses to be honest and reliable, especially when it comes to online shopping. I will not be purchasing from Mywit again and suggest that you look elsewhere for your phone needs.

Mywit Buyer Beware: MyWit's Short Warranty Leaves Customers High and Dry

Yo, listen up people! I gotta tell ya about my experience with MyWit. So, I bought an iPhone 8 from them and it was all good at first. But then, after only 8 months, the dang thing wouldn't even turn on! Can you believe it? So, I reached out to MyWit to see if they could help me out. And what did they tell me? Mywit Disappointing Experience with Mywit: Refurbished iPhone 5 Died After a Few Months

So, I got myself a refurbished iPhone 5 from Mywit (mywit.com) a few months ago. It was all good until recently when the screen started going all dark red on me. And now, it's just black and doesn't work at all. I was pretty bummed out about it, so I decided to contact the company via email to see if they could help me out. But guess what? They told me that they only warranty the product for 30 days! What a bummer, right? I mean, I spent my hard-earned money on this phone, and now it's just a waste. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, to be honest. Stay far away from them if you don't want to end up like me.

Mywit Buyer Beware: MyWit Sold Me a Locked iPhone 8

So, I bought an IPHONE 8 from MyWit and it was a pretty good deal. The phone arrived in the mail pretty fast and it worked great... for a little while. But then, I found out that the phone was actually locked, even though I had bought an unlocked one. I tried emailing MyWit a bunch of times, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. I'm not sure what to do now, but I might try to get a refund through Newegg. It's a shame because I really like the phone, but it's useless without a working sim card. Just be careful if you decide to buy from MyWit.

Mywit Mywit's Customer Service and Risk Assessments are a Joke

Yo, so I was trying to cop a new phone from Mywit, but when I tried to check out, my order got declined. I hit up their customer service and they hit me with some BS about my orders exceeding their "maximum risk assessments." When I asked them to explain what that even means, they had no clue. So I called up CITI bank to see if they were the ones declining my order, but they said nah, it wasn't them. When I went back to Mywit to try and figure out what the issue was, they didn't seem too interested in helping me out. Honestly, I'm kinda glad I didn't end up buying from them because if I had any issues with my phone, I feel like I would get the same lackluster service.

Mywit Mywit's Warranty Policy: Inconsistent and Disappointing

So, I got myself a phone from Mywit in May 2018. It was working fine for a while, but then it just stopped. I was pretty bummed out about it, but I remembered that the website said there was a 90 day money back warranty. I reached out to Victoria from Mywit to see if I could get it fixed or replaced.

Unfortunately, Victoria told me that the warranty was only for 30 days. I was pretty confused because I had read on the website that it was 90 days. I told her this and she said that the policy had changed in July 2018. That's all well and good, but what about the people who bought their phones in June 2018? Why weren't their warranties honored?

I have to say, I was pretty frustrated with the whole situation. I had everything written down and I was ready to fight for my warranty. It just didn't seem fair that some people were getting their warranties honored and others weren't.

Overall, I have to say that my experience with Mywit was pretty disappointing. I understand that policies can change, but it just seems like there was a lack of communication or consistency in how they were handling warranties. I wouldn't recommend buying from them unless you're okay with potentially not getting the warranty you were promised.

Mywit Disappointing Experience with MyWit's iPhone 7: Ghosting Issues and Unresponsiveness

I recently made a purchase from MyWit, an iPhone 7 to be exact. Unfortunately, after only a week of use, I started experiencing ghosting issues with the phone. I didn't think it was too big of a deal at first, so I just dealt with it. However, this turned out to be a big mistake as the phone has now become completely unresponsive to me.

I have reached out to MyWit twice now regarding this issue, but I have yet to hear back from them. Needless to say, I am beyond frustrated and angry. I paid good money for this phone and it's obvious that there are some serious circuiting issues with it. It seems as though the screen was not set correctly either.

I really hope that MyWit will get back to me soon and offer a solution to this problem. I would really like to get my money back or at least have the phone repaired. It's disappointing to have such a negative experience with a company that I had high hopes for. I hope that others will take this review into consideration before making a purchase from MyWit.

Mywit Disappointed with Mywit's Grade 2 Note 8: Misleading Description and Poor Condition

I recently purchased a grade 2 note 8 from Mywit (mywit.com) and was disappointed with the condition of the phone upon arrival. The description stated that the phone was free of cracks or major scratches and dents, but what I received was a phone with a cracked screen and massive scratch, as well as scratches all over the edges of the front and back.

I was surprised that this phone had supposedly gone through a "65 point inspection" as it was in such a gross and broken state. It seems unlikely that the "refurbishing" process they claim to do is anything more than wiping the storage and cleaning the screen of fingerprints. Upon inspecting the phone for only 10 seconds, I noticed dirt and crud along most of the edges of the device.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Mywit and would not recommend them to others. It's important to be honest about the condition of the products being sold, and in this case, the description did not match the reality of the phone I received.
