Samsung theft

I lost my mobile 28/10/2013 while travelling from banglore to delhi. I was travelling in train no. 12649 yashwantpur samparak kranti express, my pnr no. Was [protected] which was a confirmed reservation in coach b1 seat no. 10.
Theft took place somewhere near jhansi. The iemi no. Of my set was [protected]. I had informed the concerned tte and the complaint was registered with the hazrat nizzammuddin police station zero fir no. [protected] dated 28/10/2013.
It was a blue samsung 19080 galaxy grand

Theft of My Samsung Grand 9082

I was walking in the evening dt. 10/03/2014 at panipat near sector 12 & 13, and was calling to my friend suddenly from my back side tow boys came by motorcycle and attacked on me and stolen my Samsung Mobile. IMEI No. is [protected].

Samsung ice in freezer

I have been a loyal customer of sears for 40 years and have never been treated the way that I have recently. We purchased a fridge in sept. 3/13 and the side basket of the door was cracked. I returned the basket to the store the same day to show them so that they would order me a new basket. It's been 2 months and I haven't seen the basket yet. The manager ken is giving us the run around. Then the freezer was acting up and making ice around dishes that were in the freezer. We went to sears and ken the manager told us we had to deal with samsung. Samsung told us we had to deal with sears because thats where we purchased the fridge. It took 3 weeks before someone came down and repaired the fridge, it was the computer that was broken. After a week the problem was still their and we called the store back who then told us to call samsung again. Samsung came down nov.2/13 and replaced another part. What I had aske was to return the fridge because I was satisfied with the product and I wanted to purchase another one at the same location, but the manager wouldn't hear of it. The sears that I knew stood behind their products and always made the customers happy. It's not as if I was asking to return a product that I used for a years, it was 3 weeks after the purchase we were having problems with the fridge. Along with this I used the self clean on my range and a white substance engulfed the inside of the oven, and was told to use the steam but that didn't work. Thus why I am frustrated with sears and samsung and would not recommend the product or the store to anyone.

Samsung water dripping from the back wall and condensation on trays

Hi
I made a complaint of the water dripping issue on 13 sept 2013. The inside back wall of the refrigerator has water droplets accumulating and dripping. The trays and the vegetable basket too have water condensing on, as well as inside it, resulting in water dripping onto fruits, vegetables and rendering them stale. We have to keep small utensils all over the refrigerator to ensure it doesn’t drip on injections / medicines and other eatables that become gooey because of this problem.
Your engineer came on 14 sept 2013 and told us to shutdown the refrigerator for 2 days and assured us the problem would be resolved. We did the same but to no consequence. We lodged another complaint and the engineer came on 7 oct 2013, cleaned the drain pipe, asked us to shut down the refrigerator overnight and again assured us that the problem will be resolved. No change. Lodged a complaint again, the engineer again came on 9 oct 2013 and same hollow promises. I thereafter submitted a complaint at your website, after which an engineer visited my house, took some pictures and apparently submitted it to samsung. Thereafter another engineer visited us on 21 oct 2013, took photographs of the refrigerater, acknowledged that there is & ldquo;moisture” problem (When he clearly saw puddles and droplets of water dripping…….. Strange that he would call it & ldquo;moisture”!) and offered to refund the cost of the refrigerator after deducting 44%!
It is clearly evident that there is a manufacturing defect and the engineers are just taking me for a ride. The refrigerator is maintained at - 15 and 4 degree celsius constantly. The refrigerator is only 2 years old, an expensive gadget purchased for rs.46, 222 (Vat 12.5%). The one I purchased 15 years back is still functioning (God bless godrej) and samsung has become dysfunctional in 2 years! I demand nothing less than replacement of the faulty refrigerator; refund after deducting 44% is not acceptable to me. How did samsung arrive at this amount? What is the logic? Why should I as the consumer bear this loss when I purchased this refrigerator expecting it to function for many many years?
I am forced to approach consumer forums to get a replacement for a very expensive gadget that has now become a headache, with no response from samsung. The vegetables are rotting, there are more water collection utensils than food inside, there is no humidity control, water dripping all over! It's a joke!

Samsung led tv stopped working

2 year old samsung 8000 (un55d8000yf) series 55" led tv dead.. Out of warranty. I am told $600 to repair it. Not happy about this. I kept it on a ups battery backup / surge protector / line conditioner to make sure no power surges got to it. At over $2000 dollars for the product and now over 25% of the original cost to repair it in less then two years? The screen went black while watching a movie.. And now the screen wont power up. The front power led flashes a sequence of flashes.. 10 flashes total in a series of [protected].. And then there is a clicking noise in the set. Are consumers supposed to spend $2000 plus every two years for a new tv? I see a lot of similar issues on the internet for other samsung owners... They are not hard to find.

After posting here, and several other site (including Samsungs Facebook Page)... Samsung contacted me (Via Facebook) and stated they would give me a one-time warranty extension... and have a tech come and repair the television. It was the power supply board that had gone bad. I appreciate Samsung doing this this... :)

Samsung unprofessional maintenance department and customer service

Dear Sir,
I have bought Samsung mobile GT-S7500 from Egypt, Cairo, from the first months, i found that when i tried to download any sound files by USB, the mobile choose randomly some of them and putting it as a ringtones automatically instead of my selected ringtones, so i went to my service center ( i2), which has the authority from Samsung company to fix their products, more than one time for the same problem, they put 3 times a new software and they had changed once the motherboard, but the problem was still there, although i had two reports which said that they had fixed the problem ! they also refused each time to try the mobile in front of me for not go and return again ! what dose not make any sense to me and was so exhausting
At the end i asked them to exchange the mobile, they said that will be by Samsung company, so i called them, they asked me to give it to (i2 company) to send my complaint to the head office in 5 days.
After the 5 days i found my mobile ready, and no one has called me, the agent also told me that my mobile is fine and as no problems by the test they have made! and when i asked about the problem that they had tested, he has no answer putting me on hold, when returns he told me that my mobile has been fixed! what a contradictory conversation, i am so sorry to tell u that now the company lost its credibility specially that both of the two companies ( i2 and Samsung) refused to tell me how they fixed my mobile forcing me to go to the center to know what they had done as it some military secret !
Now i don't want to continue the rest of my life going backwards and forwards to the center for something i didn't do, for some manufacturing defects, they have a very bad customer service, the worst maintenance department and engineers, no credibility, each time they said that my mobile is fixed and i found the opposite, one of the times i sat their for about 3 hours, what is that !
That's why i tried to contact your website, after more than one month trying to fix this tiny problem !
I hope you see what happened with me not professional at all, and hope that you make me live in peace with a new mobile without treating these people again
Sorry for my long speech, but i think you will estimate how much i suffered with these careless people

Samsung chrome polish going out

I purchased my mobile on 05/02/2013. after 7 month my phone's chrome polish going out I visited in samsung center there they ask me paying for 1650/--rs as per it's not coverd in warranty period. ..I am very much surprise when I see the warranty manual there is no mation about chrome. .then why? should I pay 1650/- for this...
pls give me solution bcoz i won't to replace my mobile don't won't to go with repairing in warranty period. .

Samsung network not detecting. authorized service center saying that it is not repairable

I have a Samsung GT-E3213K 3G mobile handset. All of a sudden it stooped detecting networks. I took it to the authorized service center nearby (Tirur, Kerala). At first they told that it is an antenna issue and need to replace it. But today they called me and told that it is NOT repairable! I think they are not able to diagnose the issue. The most pathetic part is that there is no detailed information available about this model even in Samsung website!

Is this a joke I tried to upload receipts to your website and wouldn't load like so many other disgruntled people! I then sent you my receipt with reference FDR86855 within the 14 days specified .number within the 14 day period to your PO box address on website. I have contacted you by phone and have not been replied too either. I shall be taking this matter further to consumer affairs as this seems to be in my eyes and many others a scam to get people to buy your products. and you don't give the customer what's advertised. I have also rang good guys because the fridge I purchased off you has dents in the doors and where no dents in the box! I am extremely annoyed as Kambo's got in contact and passed all my details to Samsung. You still haven't contacted me to fix the door and replace it! I shall be more than happy to let consumer affairs and Kambo's can confirm you have been contacted! I have always brought Samsung products for years and have always recommended you to friends! I shall never buy another Samsung Product again you're a joke. What company is so dysfunctional in customer service!

Samsung malfunction

I have been a user of Samsung S-II phone for just over a year. One day my phone just got overheated itself and turned off. When I took my phone to the Samsung service center for inspection (and paying the $150 fee), I was just told I had to pay $2350 to change the circuit and screen to have it fixed, without any explanation on why this happened while I use the phone properly without dropping or getting wet.  There was no forewarning or signs from the phone that there would be any problem.  It has been working properly until a couple of days ago it just got super overheated and died on me. All memory has been LOST (which no money can fix) and I was told the circuit was damaged beyond repair and need to be replaced completely (at a price over 50% of the original phone cost).  I have been trying to find out why this happened but no explanation can be provided by the service/repair centre in Hong Kong.  As a consumer it is hardly acceptable for me to have spent over HK$4200 on a Samsung Smartphone which just went dead on me in 16 months and I was given no option but to pay a price which is almost sufficient to get the same model new phone to fix my phone. This is so unfair to a normal customer. I am also astonished with the quality control that such a high tech product merely last more than a year (and thankfully did not blow up on me as I pulled everything after it overheated). To me this is not reasonable nor acceptable.

Samsung cellphone activation agreements

BUYER BEWARE: Most of the time we speak to customer service to make a deal or request price match. Now, being a Rogers cellphone customer, I spoke to the wireless customer service representative for a second line. I showed him the current promotional cell phone (2 year term) with BestBuy/Fido and requested him to match it. Fido is one of their affiliated company. We negotiated and came up with a two year contact for new phone and a plan to go with it. He gave me a confirmation number and said he would follow-up with an e-mail. He said he will put a note of the conversation that took place.
I waited for a day for the e-mail and called Rogers. I gave the confirmation number and explained what transpired. The new representative went through the file and said there is no deal on the file and I have to pay the full price. They do not price match or give deals. It was surprising and they do not want to speak to the original representative. In the meantime they have shipped the cellphone. I also spoke to the supervisor, who bluntly said, if you are not happy just return the product.
I want to make consumers aware, that at Rogers, the customer service representatives have a communication problem. They don't admit it but play dump. Since, all transactions are happen over the phone, we the consumers forget and use the product. The bill follows-up in two months and when there is a dispute, it will be his word against yours. So, DON'T MAKE A CONTRACT WITH ROGERS COMMUNICATION over the phone.

Samsung fake item delivered

Dear sir,
I bought one samsung galaxy trend duos mobile by online at souq.com on 15 jun 2013. Upon receipt it found to be a fake china made mobile where application are all in china language and could not be changed, I took this phone to mobile shops where they confirmed that the phone is a fake phone.
I am totally upset and file a complaint to souq.com.. About this and they are pointing to the seller where I do not have any connection with seller. Souq.com is the one who advertising and whom people trust and paid online without seeing the item. Therefore, souq.com is to have whole sole responsibility for any defect or compliant and not simply point to seller and wash their hands. We are paying money online by credit cards by trusting souq.com who advertising online and not the seller.
This is clearly proves that souq.com is not a trust worthy company and a ban should be imposed on these online cheaters..
Please look in to this.

It was still under warranty so took it to the authorised service centre & ldquo;samuel king ltd uk” (19/06/2013) who refused to handle the laptop as I was unable to locate and therefore produce a receipt. contacted samsung support [protected], [protected]@contactus. samsung.com) as advised who:

(1) initially denied the existence of & lsquo;purchase date” shown on the bios which should have established when the unit was purchased!

(2) eventually, she acknowledged after consulting with someone else. but now she had another excuse & ndash; claimed that it is inadequate as & lsquo;purchase date’ can be changed!

(3) she then flogged me off by saying someone from customer & ldquo;services” will call me as she simply cannot help despite the fact it is still under warranty if we go by the manufacturing date of the unit (november 2011) & ndash; which she claimed that samsung accept (i am referring to eu directive & ldquo;1999/44/ec, page 7”). this was echoed by an android from the & ldquo;online support team”: & lsquo;…i can't assist you with a repair, your case has been escalated above tech support to customer services, I am afraid you will have to wait for their decision…. & rsquo;….

A presumptuous individual from & ldquo;customer support centre” (uk. [protected]@samsung.com) called back just after I sent another email on 21 june 2013 16:37:06, rehearsing the same trick as the customer & ldquo;support”:

(1) again, she was unaware of the existence of & lsquo;purchase date” shown on the bios.

(2) but wanted to flog me to the customer & ldquo;support & ldquo;again as she claimed not being technical (i was pressing about the & lsquo;purchase date’). I did not accept so as not to exhaust my energy in an endless cycle! this was repeated again in a different tone by another android via email when I wanted them to explain purpose of & lsquo;purchase date” in writing.

Samsung never answered my questions (sent via [protected]@kazoo.co. uk, [protected]@redconsultancy.com - their presscorporate contacts) :

Purchased a brand new Samsung NP-RV520-A07UK laptop on November 2012. It suddenly stopped working - simply won’t turn on (no power - battery & charger works fine).

It was still under warranty so took it to the Authorised Service Centre “Samuel King LTD UK” (19/06/2013) who refused to handle the laptop as I was unable to locate and therefore produce a receipt. Contacted Samsung Support [protected], dear_customer@contactus.samsung.com) as advised who:

(1) Initially denied the existence of ‘Purchase Date” shown on the BIOS which should have established WHEN the unit was purchased!

(2) Eventually, she acknowledged after consulting with someone else. But now she had another excuse – claimed that it is inadequate as ‘Purchase Date’ can be changed!

(3) She then flogged me off by saying someone from Customer “Services” will call me as she simply cannot help despite the fact it is still under warranty if we go by the manufacturing date of the unit (November 2011) – which she claimed that Samsung accept (I am referring to EU directive “1999/44/EC, page 7”). This was echoed by an android from the “Online Support Team”: ‘…I can't assist you with a repair, your case has been escalated above tech support to customer services, I am afraid you will have to wait for their decision….’….

A presumptuous individual from “Customer Support Centre” (uk.help@samsung.com) called back just after I sent another email on 21 June 2013 16:37:06, rehearsing the same trick as the Customer “Support”:

I buyed a new Samsung laptop on 18 August 2012, on 02 of September its display went off. same day i went the shop where i buy it. he told me the address of Samsung Authirised service center. i went there and submitted it. they told me that it will take 1 week, u will get SMS. but it has been almost 1 month but nothing i got. i went personally thr again but the same response, after 1 week.
I m having serious problem, i need work it on regularly.
This was first Samsung product, i regrets.

Samsung not responding

Hello!
My name is vikram sharma and I purchased a mobile phone samsung galaxy grand gt-i9082 - white on june 18th 2013. My generated order no. Is 1065. I executed this transaction through credit card of my friend (I already took a prior confirmation from my friend vikas nathani). Before proceeding with the transaction I called up the india souq customer care number i. E [protected], himanshu was the name of the guy who talked to me. He told me that product will be delivered by 22nd june. From 19th june I am continuously trying the number of india souq, its saying not reachable & switched off vice versa. And even I am not receiving any kind of replies despite of sending several mails. All I request the team of complaints board to please investigate & resolve this issue asap. Regards vikram sharma

I am siddharth and have purchased one hard disk 1 TB from Indiasouq and till now have got the same replies as vishal has got it.
have even visited gurgaon for the same and the address mentioned in the website was totally fake that address is not valid in gurgaon.

so please let me know everyone as i am gone a make a serious complaint with the crime cell so u can contact me for more proofs so that i can make my case more stronger.

Samsung getting disconnected from gsm network

I bought a samsung galaxy young on 01.06.2013. I found that that the phone is getting disconnected from mobile (Gsm) network at times even though the network selection is in automatic mode. When someone tries to contact me, they are getting "switched off" tones. On looking to the phone only I can identify that the same is disconnected from network. Again I select network (automatic) and then it work but happens again. Once I have contacted the seller and he updated the software. Still the issue persists.

Samsung bad product and no spare

Dear Sir/ madam,
Please kindly note that I bought Samsung s dous gt s7562 serial no.[protected] and after less than one month the Mobil is always yhang and both SIM card are closed always I send it to maintain on 23 may and till now I have not got it and they advise that spare is not available and they have to wait for it . Is that the way big company like Samsung deal with customer, I brought this Mobil with problem in it and it doesnot appear in the first 14 days so I am now pay for both no maintain and bad product .this is my last time to brought Samsung Mobils and I will advise all my relative and friends to avoid Samsung Mobil .
