Samsung Galaxy S4 / handset faulty (poor response from awok team)
Iam gowtham. I buy mobile phone samsung galaxy s4 (Black color) on 1 june 2015 from awok. The item found faulty that is the audio ic of the phone failure. Reported the awok customer care delegate through 80088008. Taken back the mobile for replacement. During the receipt of new handset samsung galaxy s4 (White color) customer care called me for the confirmation; I tell the several times to verify the handset with their technical team; they agrees & promise that it wont happen again. They delivered the handset on 21 july 2015. Again the handset not even getting switch on; found battery not working. Reported the customer care to take mobile and return back the paid money but they refuses and said they will take it back again for the refurbishment.
I really fed up and depressed with the worst customer service and poor satisfaction to the customers by awok. Still im confused & questioned to take the next step.
I need justice from any of the support team. Please help me.
