Safelock ID / Can NOT get my money back

$38.84 was taken out of my debit account on June 3, 2009. I called THAT day and was told it was from a Google account that was CLOSED. They promised I would have the money back in my account by June 17th. It DID NOT happen. I called AGAIN and they told me to have my bank call them. Yeah right. My bank said they do not do that. My bank said it sounded like they were yanking me around, I asked Safelock and they said oh, no. So then I asked to speak to the Boss or to give me the information to contact Google. They said they do not have that information. WHAT???? So they told me they would resubmit it and to give it 10-15 more business days. Which of coarse is up and still not refund. I have been trying the number all hours of the day for almost a week and can NOT get a person. I am highly frustrated and want my money and time back!!!

    if your bank can't help you with this issue its time to look for another bank i had a similar issue and my bank took care of it for me..
