I called SafeLink . Put on hold for 20 minutes The Lady on the phone was from India she could help me she spoke very poor English .She transferred my call .An I had to wait 20 for some to pick up the phone . He was no Help . I call the FL HQ at [protected] An the operator would NOT let talk to anyone there . she put my calls in to India an had to wait 20 more minutes .They take the US dollar's but send our calls to India . Can we get English speaking people from the country we are calling from ..
