In September 2017, Puerto Rico was affected by Hurricane MarĂ­a. The contract of this company read that in this case, because we live in a declared Disaster area, we can cancelled the agreement. I have been trying to do this, but nobody in Puerto Rico answer the phone, and when they answer it is from here, United States, and they just took messages because they can't help me to cancel or do any changes nor give me back the money they took from me. I put a claim with DACO but they said there is no complete information. And now they are doing damage to my credit too. Doing very difficult for us to obtain the services we need here in United States.
