I ordered 3 items off of Rotita. My payment went through and afterwards I received an email that one was out of stock and that I had a credit in the store. I checked and it was there, but didn't really find anything else I wanted so didn't use it right away.

My items arrived and one was the correct size, the other is child sized. If we hemmed the sleeves it would fit my 4 yr old niece. I ordered a women's XL, so there is quite a disparity. I have been going back and forth with the company for a week with them telling me that it's not worth it to return it and refusing even half of a refund. This is by far the worst customer service, and the quality of the products is shoddy even if you get the right size.
