RentalCars.comI rented a car and they cancelled my reservation

I'm in Brazil, I made a reservation of a car in Tucson (AZ)through, received a confirmation, my credit card was charged and two days later canceled my reservation with no explanation at all. I tried to contact them on chat and had no answer about why it was canceled. Now I need the money to rent another car, but they said is up to the bank to return the money. Ridiculous answers.
What should I do? Get a layer to resolve this issue? Please help.
