We've been a loyal customer of your company for quite some time now. We've been through a few different management teams since we started to purchase our bed. We spoke with Gabriel today 9/21 about the situation. We started to strongly dislike the store during the hurricane when we were unable to work. Nobody was working, but yet they did not want to work with us. Ever since then we've had issues with paying out bill online and everything. After this bed is paid off (overcharging us for a used damaged bed) we will never come back to RAC. I mean ever.
