Reliance Smart / fraud and misbehave

Dear Sir,

This is to launch a complain against Reliance Smart(prepaid connection). I am a user of Reliance Smart connection (prepaid) with the mobile no- [protected].
I had asked to activate my caller tune service (song sonio from the film Raaz)on 20th of July 2009 at 15:30 hrs. After 48 hours when the service did not get activated I had logged a complain on 23rd July 2009 with the complain no- [protected]. The service was not then also activated, then I again logged a complain on 26 th July 2009 with the complain no- [protected].
The customer care executive(A lady) who has logged the complain for me on 26th july 2009 9:30 am, did not responded to my quarry and disconnected the line. She also reffused to provide me the contact number of their seniors with whom I can speak.
The downloading charges has also been deducted and the 30 days span according to them shall be counted from 20th July 2009.

I service is not yet been activated in my number.

The complain is regarding the harassment and misbehave from the customer care executive on 26th July 2009.

I belive you will look into the matter and take necessary actions.
