PoshTots / horrible company to deal with
I've purchased some baby furniture from www.poshtots.com website and they aid that it usually takes 10 business days to deliver.
Two weeks passed and there was no sign f my order so I called customer service and asked about my order status. They said they needed to check something and asked me to wait. I was put on hold for about 30 minutes and then disconnected. Called again but they did not pick up. I sent them an email asking for a refund but did not receive a reply back.
Horrible company to deal with!
