I found this through research, I also found about 6 other companies listed and affiliated. There is a location in Colorado as well. I see there are other fronts with other names throught Florida. I will list them at a later date. I do how ever want to be contacted if there is a Class Action Lawsuit. I will be using my own attonerys at thist time to tackle the issue. Who do you think you are? Why would you post their personal numbers on a public website like this? It's apparent you are a disgruntled ex employee that probably was either let go or fired and for you to come on here and post that shows that this company made the right decision to let you go. How dare you. These individuals who order these products need to take responsibility and own up to the fact that they did NOT read the terms and conditions. It is just like any other company out there and this company is not doing anything wrong. You should take your post down with their numbers.

The comments made are the same that I too have. However all I see in response from the company is the same. Probably copy and paste. Really shows how they don't listen or try to help. I did some research and am happy to provide phone numbers for the owner and the general manager. graham [protected] mike mckenzy [protected]. I'm sure they would love to hear from everyone on their very shady business practices.

#1. 5 minutes after ordering this product I cancelled it. They charged me for it and sent the product anyway. I e-mailed to get a RMA # to return the product and 2 days later they finally opened my e-mail but would not respond and give me the RMA # they request for returns. After that I've tried to get back into their website and it's no longer available. I've tried the customer service number they provided but there's always a 45 - over an hour holding time (which I really doute is true). Also they offer a free trial offer for only the shipping price of $4.85 but end up charging your account for half the original price of the product which was $44.85. Since I haven't been able to get a hold of them to get the required RMA number to return my product for a full refund as their websit promises, they have since charged my account for the remainder of the product which is $$39.95. These people are the biggest scam artists. They are ripping people off and there is no way to get in contact with them to return the product and get my money back. These people need to be arrested before they continue to rip more people off. The only way that I feel that I can stop them from charging my account is to close it out.

ARe you kidding me? Wow have they got the scam down great! I got charged for something I didn't buy. I am trying to contact them, with a wait on the phone of 58 minutes...WHATEVER. Give me my money back. I didn't agree to that charge. I am sending the product back and expect a full refund.. minus the shipping and of course the restocking fee of 15%. On items I never requested to have. I am turning you in too the BBB. My money had better be returned or there will be legal consequences. Thank you. Dawn

I also was scammed big time with this "trial offer" for free CRAP. I wanted to try the product but evidentally according to the people that sell this product or rip you off for this produce should I say, I DID NOT "Uncheck" some boxes when I was ordering on line & they sent me a whole kit of colon cleanse products & charged me $45.00 for that. I did get in touch with them and they told me to send the products unopened back to them when I received them. I did this, a week ago or so and have had no response since then, or my money was not put back in my checking account. I did write them a nasty letter with the products shipped back and hopefully they read this letter.
I now got charged $39.95 for the "remaining balance" of my FREE TRIAL OFFER ! I cannot believe how this goes on and I am so dumb to fall for it. They send you a bottle of 60 tabs of Acai not realizing that it was a FREE 14 DAY TRIAL, that is in the bottle of 60 tabs. I did get through on the phone and CANCELLED my membership that I did NOT KNOW I had a membership but I cannot get that $39.95 back at all.
I really wanted to try the products but because of this SCAM they do to get everyones money, one way or another, I won't be fulled again.
Anyone reading this, PLEASE consider NOT trying the product due to the reasons I am giving, and the other letters that were written on the SCAM crap. It ain't worth it.

Their website is set up to dupe everyone. You want the free trial & agree to pay shipping, when you click on order - suddenly the Hoodia products show up. You can't stop the click. You can't immediately cancel the order. They won't e-mail you back. I have sent about 50 messages to them to cancel my membership although I didn't sign up for multiple shipments. Everyone has me worried. If they do charge my CC again, I will appeal the charge and close my account. It's really a shame that Oprah doesn't care about the ordinary people - just those that line her already fat pockets. DON'T BE FOOLED AND ORDER THIS PRODUCT.

My order # was 1604221. I sent back to items I did not order, the Hoodiburst gum and the Hoodiawater. I requested my credit card statement be adjusted to just show the 1.95 shipping I was billed for the free trial size of acai pure. When I received my next statement from the credit card company, the total 41.85 was still on the card and on 12/8/08 I was billed $39.95, the exact amount that my account should have been credited. Now I have a balance of 81.94 instead of 1.95. Please contact me and take care of this or I will have to contact the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer. This is a poor way to do business. I received an e-mail about the product Acai-pure which was supposeably talked about on the Ophra show. It said try a bottle free and all I would have to pay is the shipping and handling. I ordered the product and the next thing I know my checking account is turned upside down because they charged me $44.85. I ended up with a $28.00 overdraft charge on top of that. I called the [protected] and spoke to a customer service rep after being put on hold several times. She told me that I was charged for 1 Hoodiburst gum, 1 Hoodiawater 1 Unit plus the shipping and handling. I told her I had only ordered the free bottle of acai-pure and she said I ordered the other products which I did not. I ended up telling her I was going to turn them in to the BBB and the Attorney General because it is fraud what they are doing. I received the package from them, but told the Postmaster to send it back which was 2 weeks ago. I never even opened it because I was still so furious. I still have not received a refund from them. I figured it would be safe to order it because it is endorsed by Oprah.

I ordered a trial of this product for $4.95 . All of a sudden I see my Creit Card is being charged for prodect I did not order nor have I RECEIVED. I am unable to reach them by phone or their web site . I can see I am not the only one but how due you stop these people. Their must be a way.

I did not order or authorize this charge of $44.90. When a free sample is advertised, that doesn't mean $44.90. I want this removed ASAP. These people are imposble to get hold of.

Ordered free trial of product. Company forwarded free trial PLUS two additional items which I did not request. Company charged my credit card account for items I did not request. Nor did I authorize this company to do so.

I ordered both acai pure and colopure on the free trial I was charged the shipping amount, but again there is some kind of fine print when you receive the package that states unless you call to cancel you will continue to receive a monthly supply at full price. Then when you call to cancel and get credit they will only cancel then you have to wait for product to arrive and then follow the paperwork to cancel at some other number or web site.

Yes, we received the three items at 99 cents but them 10 days later there were charges to our account from the UK for 29.97 twice and once for 59.95 no product came for this amount or authorized. All we could think of was this was a charge for the products received, but when one goes online to price these products sold on other websites the cost is no where near that . We filed a dispute with our bank. Charges have been removed. Then we cancelled our card to stop being ripped off. Our bank informed us that this has been an ongoing scam for awhile and they have seen it several times with other customers. They said that supossedly somewhere in the fine print that you acknowledge online states you allow them to charge these fees. For what I do not know

I also ordered the "free trial" acai product and was supposed to only be charged for the shipping and handling. On the same day I ordered it I checked my account and realized that I was charged for an amount that I did not approve, I have emailed the company cancelling the original order, on the day I ordered and several other times and have tried to call. I have not received a response via email from the company, nor can I get through on the number provided on the website. I have also not received the product. I am reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau for investigation.

*BUT! this is not just about the money is also about results
After trying POMClear I can tell you that for "ME" this product did "NOT WORK!" I did not lose one single pound on it! it has been a total waste of my time and money.

My case is just like one I read on your website. I ordered a FREE Trial of PomClear, and paid a shipping charge of $1.95. My on-line receipt only indicated this.

BUT a package arrived with 2 extra products, and a total charge of $41.85. (The two products were Hoodiburst Gum, and HoodiaWater 1 unit.

Interestingly, they paid $2.54 for shipping, more than I had been charged, so clearly these were extras. My shipping charges were still shown as $1.95 on the invoice that came with the package. So clearly, this was a deceptive procedure.

When I wrote them an e-mail, they answered me that " had clicked to order these" . Strange that not even the shipping charges appeared in my instant on-line receipt, in that case.

Now they have offered to let me keep the products with a $15 Credit. I am writing back to ask for $20 off, now. (Not a future credit. Let's see if they will agree to this.

I ordered a sample of the pomclear product and was billed $44.90 for a sample that was posted and told by telephone $4.99. I cannot reach them at all by telephone to speak to someone about this product. I have tried to get in touch with a BBB in what ever state they are in. I have seen an advertment for Illinois and Florida. If you can help me with this I would appreciate where to contact the BBB in that state. This is nothing but a rip off and I need help getting a refund on my account. Thanks for your help!

COLOPURE... SCAM!

About a month ago, I saw an add on my email that gave me false advice about a colon cleaning product named Colopure. I ordered what was said to be a dollar bottle with 5.95 shipping. So, I figured ok, thats not bad and ordered it. But my question is how come if the company deducted 38 dollars from me twice that doesn't come up when you first purchase it on the checkout page. The first evidence of a scam. Soon following I checked my bank account which I do on a daily basis and noticed 38 dollars was gone.

I went absolutely crazy thinking someone broke into my account 'which basically happened'. I soon found out it was that colopure company taking money out for that bottle and I was placed on an automatic shipping list. Now i am being billed 38 dollars a month and I haven't even got the second bottle and I called the number and told them to cancel and they said you can try it then send it back unopened. Um duhh, how can you open something up to try and send it back unopened?

Beware people!

THIS COMPANY SENT PRODUCTS THAT I DID NOT ORDER AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THEM AND THEY KEEP ON SENDING THE PRODUCT.

I ORDERED A SAMPLE OF ACAI PURE WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE ONLY SHIPPING CHARES OF $1.98 AND THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $41.85 they have sent another shippemen, which i did not order and charged my account$44.98

I was on the internet and saw a product made from pomegranate. The company offered a bottle of 60 capsules free and I had to pay $4.95 for the shipping. I did not order anything else. When the package came, they sent Hoodiburst Gum and Hoodiawater and chagred my credit card with $44.85. This is a scam and I am very mad. I will report Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. to the Attorney General. I will not be charged for items that I did not authorize to be charged to my credit card. Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. will find out that I will pursue this scam until I get the charges removed from my credit card. I am not going to let them get away with this scam. Something is wrong with my key board, as when I type in numbers they are not the same size and not on the same level.

I opened an add about AcadiaBerry Cleansing Pill advertised by Prevention. It offered a 14-day FREE Trial for $3.95 S&H. I ordered it, was given approval, told I would receive confirmation email (didn't happen), and charged $44.85! Now, I can't find any information about this business. I want my money back!

I ordered a free trial for the cost of $4.95 which was for the shipping of the product only to be charged an additional $39.90 for two other products I DID NOT ORDER thus did not authorized the transaction for. I called the [protected] number and was on hold for 15 minutes before I could actually speak with someone. Tricia claiming to be the highest manager in the department proceeded to yell over me while I tried to talk. I was told that I would have to pay the 15% restocking charge for returning the products I didn't want. She wouldn't listen claiming they have everyh right to charge me the fee and they have very few complaints about this, and began to compare themselves to how Papa John's does business. Tell me, what does Papa John's have to do with anything here? Low and behold, I logged on to file a complaint only to see pages of complaints about this. Company's like this need to be stopped from unethical practices such as this...isn't this illegal? I want ALL my money back.

You order a free supply and only have to pay for shipping but then you get a bill charged to your credit card for the product that is suppose to be a free trial. It's not free and you are mislead about the free product. Sad that businesses have to rely on fraud to sell product that doesn't even work. Any colon cleanse will do the same thing that this product claim to be able to do. Shame on Oprah for recommending this product on her show. Shame on me for being taken by this company. 10.95 for shipping and 15% restocking fee. I understand the shipping fee but I don't understand the restocking unless they have a large number of people who are complaining about this product. Sad, sad way to make money.

I ordered a product from them for $4.95. I was charged $44.90. I NEVER received the product and they refuse to credit my Credit card. They are thieves!
I have no idea what state they are in, they are in the Mountain Standard time zone.

I paid $4.95 shipping for trial offer. Could not use product because of disability to my digestion system. On Oct. 14, 2008 my account was billed $39.95 by Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. for the product AcaiPure (same product which made me ill after taking 1 pill from trail offer I ordered the previous month). I did not authorize this company to debit my account and do not and can not use this product. When I went online to contact the company, I noticed simular complaints about this company charging consumers for the product without permission and without even receiving another bottle of the product. I thought that If I was mailed another bottle of AcaiPure, I would send it back; unopened, and let the company know that because of my disability, the product caused severe cramps and vomiting and I no longer wished to receive it. That opportunity never presented itself. Instead, Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. debited my visa card $39.95 which resulted in an overdraw fee being charged to my account. I and my children live off disability income. Overdraft charges are very stressfull to us.

I ordered the product through a pop-up on the internet, because of the catch phrase that Oprah endorses it. When I received the order, it included a free trial of Acai Berry pills(free 30-day trial), Hoodia burts gum for $9.95 and Hoodia Water for $29.95. I immediately realized that I have been duped because when I tried to return the order, I sent them an email for an RMA# per their instructions for returns, I didn't get any reply. So, I sent another one, same result. Finally, I called them at the phone no provided, I was on hold for 52 minutes, and I did hold, out of desperation to talk to a person. In short, I did and was given an RMA#. I immediately sent the order back to them using USPS and a tracking no for the package. I checked USPS and this merchant received the package in three(3) days. However, up until now, after 30 days, I haven't received any confirmation for a credit. What's worse, I got charge for $39.95, the price of the free Acai Berry pills. So now I am waiting if they will issue me credits for two(2) $39.95 charges on my credit card. Good thing I used credit card and I was able to dispute the charges. But my God, the troubles this merchant has caused me and who knows a lot more other people.

HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CALL THE NUMBER GIVEN TO OBTAIN A CONFIRMATION NUMBER TO RETURN UNORDERED MERCHANDISE FOR 10 DAYS .HAVE BEEN PUT ON HOLD for more then thirty minutes. Called backed and spent more time in hold with the same lack of response from the company. I CAN not SEND PRODUCTS BACK WITHOUT NUMBER the company demands we get from them.TIME IS RUNNING OUT FOR REFUND OF MY MONEY.EMAIL HAS NOT BEEN ANSWERED.THIS COMPANY IS NOT REPUTABLE AND SHOULD BE reported to the Better Business Bureau. This company should be charged with criminal charges.

Oprah endorsed a product called the Acai Pure Trial -- next thing I know, I am billed for products that I did not order (but because I did not click "off" 2 other products, I ordered them by default). Then I ordered another trial product and now they are billing me for additional bottles which I did not order. It hit my account today as pending and says: CHECKCARD 11/10 CCNNUT RA [protected] AZ I tried calling that (apparent) phone number and get a signal like the phone is off the hook.
