philips tv / Bad Products, Worse Customer Service

Had a Philips plasma TV that stopped working after 11 months - warranty is only good for 3 months (I missed that red flag). Worst part is the customer service which basically tells you that you are out of luck because the warranty has expired. I will NEVER buy another Philips product. Don't take my word for a search and you will shocked by all the consumer complaints against Philips.
