Hi, Good day. Since na nagsign up ako ng service nila never kong nakuha yung speed na nakasaad sa contract ko. Ngayon naman ilang araw ng wala akong internet. Naireport ko na ng maraming beses pero wala silang agarang aksyon. I asked for a free mobile data pero di din sila nagprovide. I want to cancel na may account pero I'm locked in a contract. Please I need your help.
