Company will not refund all of my money nearly £80.00 despite numerous emails and going on for well over a month due to non -delivery. Only half has been returned. An email from Trish G on 11.07.17 promised to contact me when the 'upper dept' would look into it within 48hrs. Today 17.07.17 still not heard anything and it's difficult to telephone as they are based in Cyprus. I was also badly treated by Phillip on the Live Chat - he was appalling with his attitude and said that once I received the product I could send it back for the rest of my refund. HOW CAN I SEND THE PRODUCT BACK IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. I am totally disgusted with their lack of response and huge upset both these people and the Company have caused me, not to mention the financial loss.
