Pep Boys / Be careful dealing with them.

Nothing positive to say. I had a bad experience.
I placed an order, was charged in full, then I got a confirmation email and the delivery date was scheduled.
On the delivery day I took a day off, but it had not arrived.
I called the customer service and they said that the part I ordered was out of stock from the very beginning.
Who to blame? I want my money back as soon as possible.
