Outback Steakhouse service

Had a huge order on Mothers day(5/14/17)
$230 worth of food, we had a really nice waitress and the Assistant manager was also very helpful. OK so one of our prime rib meals was supposed to be Med well and it was blood running from it which turn our stomach so we immediately asked for a manager upon waiting to pay we asked for the Manager if there's anyway we can that specific prime rib order dismissed from the bill since it wasn't right he asked if he can fix it and at this point were all ready to go no more time to wait or anything. He got loud starting saying this is "his house" and he don't have to do anything told my niece to "shut up" he's not talking to her it was just so humiliating and it ruined my entire night. He needs to be fired for treating PAID customersin that manner

Outback Steakhouse food and services

I was on Outback in Thornton, Colorado on may 10th 2017. And ordered three meats and all the meats were very very seasoned so much so that it was impossible to eat. To serve the food to the table took between 20 minutes or more. The entree was very overcooked and were onions and took 45 minutes to bring it. The waitress only went to the table twice and never filled up the drinks again. The food fell very bad in the stomach

Outback Steakhouse rude hostess, manager...

We waited until 4:30 PM to take my wife to celebrate Mothers's day, so it would not be crowded. My wife, my son and myself were greeted at the door with a young man holding the door open for us. I was glad because of a physical condition I have requires me to walk with a Cain. We walk in to about a half empty restaurant and host goes directly to the phone, ignoring us. Several employees just standing around talking ignoring us for a couple of minutes and then the manager finally walks up and says: Could y'all wait a few minutes because our lights are flickering in the back. Is this a fire hazard restaurant that needs to be completely closed? Should they evacuate the restaurant until the lights don't flicker, would we still be waiting a few minutes if we would've not left? Happy Mother's Day to the Lufkin Tx. Outback, because you ruined ours!

perhaps it might be a good idea to avoid Outback Steak House during future Mother's Day occasions. or take mom out the day before the actual date marked on the calendar (a Saturday)...beat the rush.

Outback Steakhouse walkabout wednesday deal

My husband and I frequent the Outback Steakhouse on 86th street in Brooklyn quite often. We decided to get one of our meals as the walkabout Wednesday which is advertised as having a 6 oz steak, fries and a small domestic draft beer. However, after placing the order we were informed that the only beer was bud light (diet). There were no other options. The advertisement did not state that the beer would be diet. Nothing was done.

Outback Steakhouse you have ruined two anniversary dinners..

To whom it may concern:
I would just like to say that outback has made the last two anniversary dinners of ours terrible. We dined with you guys last year and the food and the service were just terrible. You did make it up to us by offering to buy us dinner the next time we decided to come back in, which was that following week. The steaks, dinner and service was much better, we were greeted by the manager and he made sure everything went well. We decided to once again try this year for our 11 anniversary.. What a huge mistake, after spending over $100 and getting good service by everyone accept our waiter, things just really fell apart. It started by your waiter putting a hot cup of coffee in front of our 17 month old son, thanks to quick hands from my wife the little guy didn't get burned. He finished his job doing the bare minimum for us and we still left him about a 30% tip, hoping he would have to share the money with the rest of the staff that made our visit enjoyable. We brought a bunch of food home only to find that both our steaks were so under cooked it was a joke. I ordered my steak medium well and my wife order medium. Both steaks were so raw it was tough to even look at them, so they went to the dogs. I spoke with the manager kim reed and after she lectured me about how steak on the bone can never be cooked the way you like, there was no excuse for my wives steak. She offer to send me something in the mail, I received from her today an apology letter along with a $20 gift card.. Wow really, that does not even cover the tip I left for a half assed waited. Needless to say this will be the last time either of us eat at any outback, but that goes for our 11 adult children, I should have just gone to mcdonald's at least you know what you're going to get there. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. You have taken not only one but now two of my anniversary dinners that I will never get back. I will also be filing a complaint with the bbb.

Outback Steakhouse carside to go waitress

I ordered carside to go from Plant City, FL outback last night. When I arrived home, one of the items ordered was not in the bag. I called the manager who added my name to the log and advised me to pick it up anytime. I went tonight to pick it up and at first planned to order an additional item. The waitress slowly walked out and up to my car and asked if I called in an order. I attempted to tell her that I was there to pick up the missed item, but as I was talking, she Lolly-gagged back into the restaurant as if I wasn't saying a word. A couple of minutes later, she walked out to my car again with her pad and pen and asked me again what she could get for me. I then told her I had changed my mind about ordering something else, just give me the item missed last night. Again, I had to repeat myself. she walked away from the car before I could finish saying what I wanted to say a second time. She was apparently on something or just doesn't give a ###.

Outback Steakhouse entree is being brought out before soup and salad was brought out

My husband and I went to your location located at The Palms Shopping Center, in Kendall Florida. We go there quite often. We have noticed that service has been going down with each visit. On our last visit, this past Sunday, it took over 15 minutes to get attended. We placed out order and 25 minutes later our entree is being served. I advised the server that the soup and salad, my husband and I had ordered were never brought. The server advised he will let our waiter know. Our waiter comes to our table, my husband and I explain what has happened. The waiter then asked if we would like then taken off our bill. We advised "No". I explained we would like for our entrees to be taken back and we would like our soup and salad. He was not amused and takes our plates. No less than 5 minutes our soup and salad were brought to us. The manager of the restaurant comes and speaks to us and apologizes and asked if we would like a dessert on the house. We advised no thank you. We explained we love going to your restaurant but we have notices the service has been getting poor. This has not been the first time we have had an issue. We keep coming back due to we enjoy our the food and the time we are spending together. At the end of our meal the waiter comes and advises that the manager has given us a discount on our bill. We were no looking for a discount, we just wanted to bring attention to the manager what had happened. We would understand if the restaurant was busy. But it was a slow night and there is no excuse for poor service.

My husband and I really enjoy going to your restaurant but we are really considering in giving the other restaurants a try. We feel instead of getting better things are getting worse.

I really do not want for you all to loose us as a customer but if changes are not made soon, you will be loosing more customers in the future.

Sincerely,
Milagros Alfonso-Chong

Outback Steakhouse tasteless salmon dinner

On Saturday night my wife and I along with two friends had dinner at your Covina California location. I ordered your Salmon Special, What a disappointment. The salmon was tasteless and dry! I think that was the most dry taste less and boring meal I have ever eaten! I was truly surprised at how bad it was since I usually enjoy your menu fare. Perhaps Outback should stick to what their name implies Steaks and Blooming Onions! Fish is definitely not an item that your good at preparing.

Outback Steakhouse entire experience

I dined at the Outback in Sterling VA on 4-8-17. I have visited this location many times and tonight was the worst i ever had. I wish we would have just got up and left. There was a party there and the little kids screamed the enitre time. Staff didn't even make an attempt to let them know that the other diners were unable to enjoy themselves. Our server, not polite at all. He also took forever to bring us everything. Did not offer water, brought the bread out after we were there for a half hour. Bread was cold and unpleasant to eat. Brought out our aptetizer and didn't bring plates. Had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes for plates. Took forever to bring us the bill. Didn't offer dessert. When leaving, the two greeters at the door were too busy talking to each other, about nothing, and didn't even ask how our meal was or to even thank us for coming and having a good night. i may think twice about visiting this site ever again. Scale 1-10, tonight I would give it a 3. Soory to send this, but I wasted my hard earned money on a terrible experience.

Outback Steakhouse service

I visited your restaurant on highway 280 in Birmingham, al. It was a Saturday evening. My wife and I grandaughter waited for over 2 hours to get a table. After getting in finally, the server took order. We ordered a
Blooming onion which was burnt. We didn't get any plates or silver ware until we asked for it.we finally got silver ware when we asked again. On top this, My entree for wrong. I was charged for a more expensive entree. This was my worse experience at Outback. I wasn't going to say anything about the lousy service but I couldn't sit still.

Outback Steakhouse everything

We did call ahead seating for 8:20, we got there 10 minutes before to let them know we were there. We got a buzzer and went and set at the seating outside, they said it would be 20 minutes. We waited 30 min & went inside when I asked how much longer. They said they called our name long ago inside but didn't use the buzzer to tell us it was readt, or even come outside to call our name when a ton of people were out there. They rushed a table together and called us back, when we got to the table it hadn't even been cleaned. We finally got seated and our appetizer, still didnt have silverwade, she finally brought two of us silverware for our salads, and didn't bring the 3rd persons until she had to ask. Ordered two steaks and Alice springs chicken, I ordered mine medium well, the other person ordered medium. We got our food, his steam was medium well, mine was well done and burnt on top, and the 16$ chicken barley had any cheese and bacon on it, it literally looked just like grilled chicken. I sent my steak back and didn't get mine until long after everyone was done eating. I don't like to complain but the more I thought about it the madder it made me. We paid over $60 for a horrible meal and horrible service. Outback use to be my favorite. It has went down hill so much, the food and service. I will be taking my business to Texas roadhouse from now on!

Outback Steakhouse customer service and food

Outback Stockbridge GA

Ok...where do I start? I went on Monday 3/13. I had a long day at work so I took my mother, my four children and girlfriend. There was only a 5 min wait, because they weren't busy(8:35). We placed our drink orders and appetizers. We then placed our dinner orders (8:45). Honestly speaking, there were no more than 30 people in the restaurant dining at that time. Fast forward...salads made it to the table 9:15 with an apology from the waitress that she has no help. Fast forward...(Drinks empty @ 9:45) I asked to speak with the manager. The waitress spoke to the manager, who instead of coming to the table, retreated to the kitchen. 5 min later, she emerged with our dinner. Steaks were not the correct temp and unimaginably tough. I asked for steak sauce, which never came. I asked for the manager to inform her that I didn't want my steak because it was barely warm and tough. She said, " warm?! I just checked those", as if to doubt my my information. I then replied that I'd gladly pay for it if there was a problem because money is no issue. She did discount my bill, but I am deeply turned off by this experience. I usually eat Longhorn, but decided to venture out. That was a big mistake on my behalf. Step it up Outback!

Outback Steakhouse food/service

We went to Outback in Macedonia, Ohio at 3:30pm on February 22, 2017. My boyfriend ordered a medium 12 oz outback special with a lobster tail, a baked potato with butter and Sour cream, and a bowl of potato soup. I ordered a medium Rare 12 oz. outback special with no seasoning, coconut shrimp, baked potato butter only, and a salad no cheese or onion with Tangy Tomato ON THE SIDE, IN A MONKEY BOWL as you get a little extra. The dressings are homemade so very in flavor and spice why I requested it on the side. The server brought out two COLD loaves of bread. About 10/15 minutes later he brought out my salad dressing already on it and very little of it. I asked the server what part of on the side did the kitchen not understand. He said "I guess I didn't put it in right " My boyfriend asked about his soup and was given a dirty look. About 15 minutes later our main course was brought out.. 2 steak and lobster dinners with baked potato with butter AND sour cream. I explained to the server bringing the food it was wrong I ordered steak and coconut shrimp. I noticed the steak was charred heavily on the outside. She said it has no seasoning. LIKE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO MAKE IT BETTER. Shortly the "manager" came to serve my overcooked coconut shrimp. I showed him my steak was well done and hard as a rock, couldn't hardly cut it. He went to the kitchen to have another steak cooked for me. Left the burnt shrimp. My replacement steak came full of gristle and the potato AGAIN came out with butter and sour cream. No one came back to our table to fill drinks or anything. We asked the hostess for a box so I could take my steak home to feed it to my dogs. After we waited 10/15 more minutes our server came to the table and said. "NO ONE BOTHERED TO BRING YOUR CHECK." We said we needed to get to work as we had been there 1 1/2 hours. He went and got our check. Charging for everything to include the uneatable food. Not even a Penney taken off for all the issues. We paid and left as we were going to be late for work. I have called 9 times in 7 days to reach Christopher the proprietor only to be told every time he is not available. I Love Outback and am very sad to file this complaint. Hostess Kiwi refused to tell me how to reach him or take a message on several occasions. Worst service and worst food I have ever had

Outback Steakhouse service and food

Haven't been to outback steakhouse in about a year. Was craving steak. Thought I'd try them again. Called outback in roseville Michigan. Called at 915 to order carryout. The carryout person said i can order online. I said ok. Went online...never did this before. Started placing the order and all if a sudden the screen said sorry the online ordering was closed. I called and explaind what hapoened and the girl said sorry carry out is closed. I said if you would of just took my order i would of been on time. I asled for manager. I explained what happened and i heard someone yelling in background and he said here talk to her. A lady came on and what do you want. She was so rude and sounded so mad that i got to order. I ordered 2 combo sirloin steak and coconut shrimp. 1 well done with loaded potato soup and baked potato for my sides and other dinner med well and veggies and Susie French fries for the sides. I received the order. I was looking so forward to a good steak. Both steaks were so burnt. They were all black and spotatoed. There was no way to even cut into them. I couldn't even pull them apart. It was like shoe leather. I was so upset that the steaks were not eatable! The potato soup looked so good. It was like someone poured the whole can of salt in it. I kept trying it thinking I just had bad spoonful. My fiance tried it and spit it out. I thought there is no way nobody complained about this soup. I believe it was purposely done. The shrimp was very very good and also the bread. I have never complained but this was unacceptable and disappointing and I believe intentional!

Outback Steakhouse management

Wow! I can't even believe this happened. Went out for dinner at the local Outback Steakhouse, as we have many times before. We went around 4:30 so the old man could have a few drinks, had to wait for the kids to meet us there. They got there around 5:20. Our waitress was good, we had small talk and ordered apps and put meals. As many of you know, Roy isn't able to eat very well and has chronic pain since all of his Cancer treatments, so he drinking a few beers helped him be able to swallow food and actually have some food. We ate our food and it was about 7:15, so we have been there almost three hours and Roy wants the carrot cake for a treat. So I told him DO YOU WANT another beer so you can eat some carrot cake, so we ordered another which would have been number 5. The manager approached our table and said, I am not comfortable giving you another "bloke". I was confused as we were not loud or disruptive to anyone, I even asked him was there a problem? He said nope, there is a lot of alcohol in each beer, as he quoted the exact amount, I was flabbergasted. So you have a family sitting here having a dinner and the 52 year old Disabled Veteran, who is battling cancer can't have more beer then what you feel like. I asked him if this was policy and nope not policy at all, just he didn't think in 3 hours a grown ### man should have 5 beers. I don't complain and #### too much about restaurants but how dare they treat us like we were criminals. I asked him did we do something wrong, again nope. I would have been fine if he would have approached us in a different manner, but to basically say we have no policy and you are acting ok, I just do not feel ok with serving 5 beers to one person. No policy no rule, just he doesn't feel like it today. Judge much? You know Joshua had to chew his ### and leave, but I wanted an explanation and got nothing. Thanks outback you made a disabled veteran fighting cancer feel like ####, way to go!

Outback Steakhouse service & meal

On August 26, 2016 my boyfriend and I went to the Outback located in Sugarland. I have been wanting Ahi Tuna for the longest (first time eating it was at an Outback!)For the past few weeks I have watched the commercial about the steak and crab legs promotion! Being that many years ago I used to work at Outback, I insisted we go. Joe's Crab Shack is less than 10 mins away but Outback has a reputation that I would always stand by!- At least I thought until last night.
My boyfriend and I sat in a booth in the bar area with an exceptional waitress named McKinsey. For starters we were never made aware of Happy Hour and it's Specials. The particular menu was never highlighted. The Ahi Tuna came out sliced thinner than ever and on a soggy bed of mess. The meal was a waste. My boyfriend who never ate there spent over $100.00 on a meal that did not come out at the same time, the crab legs were COLD, VERY SMALL AND LESS THAN THE WEIGHT PROMOTED.
When we explained our concern to our waitress, she returned with the other portion of food that was once again COLD AND NOT THE CORRECT WEIGHT. My boyfriend insisted to speak to the manager. After some time the manager FINALLY came to the table and immediately acknowledged the small order received.(Stating he could tell by the plate it was not a whole pound, nor was the color correct) He took my plate of food to the back, and as I waited, I watched my boyfriend enjoy his meal (with bites from his plate). By the time everything arrived how it was supposed to be (crab legs only), my boyfriend had finished his meal. I did not get my meal as I ordered nor did we have the experience of a nice dinner out.
The experience of dinning on Steak and crab was ruined.
When the bill arrived, to add insult to injury...we were overcharged for two different things. One being the Crab leg meal- Go Figure.
My boyfriend was not at all happy and does not plan to ever return and I, myself am VERY disappointed in the service rendered by the manager as well as the food that was served.
I HOPE THAT IN SOME WAY YOU GUYS CAN MAKE THIS UP.

My family and I went to the Outback in El Paso, Texas off of Gatewaywest. We were told there was a 45 minute wait because the restaurant was under staffed. There was 5 cars in the parking lot. With that kind of service, your business will definitely shut down! Thank you for nothing!
