Had a huge order on Mothers day(5/14/17)
$230 worth of food, we had a really nice waitress and the Assistant manager was also very helpful. OK so one of our prime rib meals was supposed to be Med well and it was blood running from it which turn our stomach so we immediately asked for a manager upon waiting to pay we asked for the Manager if there's anyway we can that specific prime rib order dismissed from the bill since it wasn't right he asked if he can fix it and at this point were all ready to go no more time to wait or anything. He got loud starting saying this is "his house" and he don't have to do anything told my niece to "shut up" he's not talking to her it was just so humiliating and it ruined my entire night. He needs to be fired for treating PAID customersin that manner

All you had to do was request the steak be put back on the grill. That way, you would have had your steak and not be asking the restaurant to take a financial hit. BTW:. I highly doubt the manager said shutup. I'd love to hear his side of the story.

@westworld No need to request something should had been made right in the 1st place. You should ask to hear his side since you wanna know it all he is rude and unprofessional as a manager and that's what I said. That restaurant ratings and reviews will be so far up the roof after corporate get's to the bottom of the situation all of the employees that were there including YOU will be in for a big surprise

@Keilla By the way, ridiculous person, I fail to see why you think I will be in for a big surprise. I don't work at Outback, hell I don't even live in the United States. I live in the UK and I don't know that we even have any Outback Steakhouses here. So, I could not possibly care any less as to what becomes of your whiny complaint (my guess: it will go nowhere because it's groundless).

@Keilla Now I know for sure you are just a stupid little kid. Only a little girl would ASSume that because someone told them that they are wrong that they work for the company. Do your parents know you are posting this. A little girl like yourself really should get a parent's permission first before posting. While they are supervising they can help you with your spelling, grammar and immature attitude. You are mentally ###ed if you think that someone works for steakhouse just for telling you that you are wrong. It would be no different than I claiming you are trying to get the manager in trouble because he fired you. However I won't stoop to your childish level and ASSume things without proof. Besides west world also supposedly also "works at Kohl's" because he told another idiot that she was wrong, and I am a woman beater and coward because of that.

Don't post on an international PUBLIC forum if comments upset you. Yes, it's that simple!

@Keilla No thanks. I don't eat steak and if I did, it wouldn't be at an American chain.
N  16th of May, 2017 by    0 Votes
@Keilla There are NO branches of the Outback Steakhouse chain in the UK. There use to be ONE in Basildon but it was closed in 2011. Go back to your "story", whatever the hell that means.

@Keilla The correct spelling would be "too" (and not "to"). Honey.

@Keilla You can't spell, use proper grammar, capitalization, or punctuation, and you claim to be professional...only one profession I know of that doesn't require you to be literate...

@Keilla Stop acting like an eleven year old Kella

@Keilla There was nothing wrong with a service, you just waited until the last minute to tell them that you did not like the food preparation. You are simply mistaking being told no as bad service. Like I said if you cannot afford to eat, the soup kitchen gladly gives away free food. It may not be quality food but at least you don't have to beg for free food and throw a temper tantrum when you don't get it for free.

Who eats prime rib medium well? And why the hell would you wait til you were ready to leave to tell them it was not the way you wanted it? Who the hell goes out to eat on a busy holiday with that many people and can not understand that things take time? My advice, EAT AT HOME and spare those poor people from having to deal with your drama.

@Wine Is Good They waited until the last minute because they clearly did not want to pay for the food. They probably could not afford it. Then when they were told no they threw a temper tantrum like some little kid.

If you had no issue eating it you should have no issue paying for your food. Perhaps your brother or sister should teach your niece some manners. A child should never talk back to an adult. If there was an issue with the food you should have given them the chance to correct it. You did not. Why not get a job if you want to eat out so you don't have to beg for a free meal. See if there are soup kitchens in your area if you are that desperate for free food.

When you post a review on a public forum it is everyone's business. You don't like it don't post it Also telling you no and refusing to give in to your temper tantrum is not the same as rude. This is how I know that you are a little kid. The fact that you lie and claim that others work for the company when they don't simply for telling them you are wrong shows you are a little kid as well. You are the one being rude. I wonder if your family was embarrassed with your behavior. Then again it sounds like rudeness runs in the family, and starts very young because parents don't correct your rude behavior.
