OmanTelComplaint about customers service

Earlier we were using adsl internet and recently changed to fiber optic and we were suppose to receive a head set which were not given. We have called 1300 more than 10 times and they asked to visit near by office i went there and told them thr whole story and there reply was to call 1300. Its a month past now. Out email address [protected]@omantel.net.om was blocked when i asked them to cancel only adsl the email address is one of our needed one which carries confidential information. Appreciate to take an action as i didnt receive any support from omantel call center or office. They just make you run
Appreciate to get us our headset which was part of fiber optic package which is not received.
And would appreciate to reopen our email address [protected]@omantel.net.om.
