I ordered wow gold from Offgamers.com and they didn't deliver. After 6 days of waiting I said I wanted my money back. They said np we'll give back your money just give us 24 hours. Its been 48 hours and their live chat is no help. Reps keep giving the same excuse: refund is processing, sir. Please be patient sir. Thats it. They're officially scammers thats why I am reporting them to ripoff!

This is a website that is selling cd keys to online games amongst other things.
They advertise with that fact that they have 24/7 Live costumer support, so i took a chance on this "company".
I ordered and paid for a cd key to World of Warcraft - Wrath of the Lich King.
I got an e- mail telling me: "There is a small issue with the order that you have just placed. Please contact us for a quick verification."
First I tried the 24/7 Live costumer support, waited for hours and hours with no reply. Then i mailed them mail after mail after mail asking for what the problem was. They didn't answer any of them.
There was no problems taking my cash, but delivering the cd key and answer my e-mails was apparently very hard.
So now I’m stuck with a £35.60 loss and got nothing but hours of waiting and frustration for my money, and I have to buy the game AGAIN some other place.
This site is obviously a total SCAM. Stay away from OFFGAMERS.COM.

We however were working overtime to clear the number of orders and e-mails received and attempted to fulfill the orders that were coming in. For those orders which we have received instructions to refund. Rest assured we will refund the payments.
I have complain this to PayPal because its directly there history regarding them lying no refunded
offgamer sucks don't go there website they charge me in my bank no history there card it was refunded or on PayPal history saying refunded as well. They are lying scumbag all they care about money they should close this website for good. Its no good for people who work there money end up waiting.
I never received Cd Keys and I have additional charges made on my bank account that I do not recognize. I have tried contacting them but all I got was an automated response. I have already contacted my bank and I now await a response from them.
Your issue was in 2008.
I had similar issues with them recently, in 2011.
I ordered a Guild Wars cd-key from them. They had advertised that I would receive instant delivery to my account.
They took my Paypal payment, told me to verify my phone #, took that information, then sent me an e-mail requiring that I send them a signed statement allowing them to take my Paypal money (which they already took), a copy of a current ID with the same billing address as my Paypal account, and a copy of a recent bill with the same billing address as my Paypal account.
Great company, huh?
They refunded my money after playing stupid a bit, then continued playing some more word games with me after I wrote up a complaint on this site. Fun Fun Fun.

Well I ordered mine about 4/5 days ago,
It came right away, verifed my email and my phone number, got an auto verify phonecall from then and then within about 5 mins my CD key came via email and works.
No issues with the service my end.
I was looking for wrath of the lich king cd key.
I considerated Offgamers, but soon I distrusted them:
they ask information which they dont' need (when you want to pay via paypal or ideal)
- like your billing address.
- they want to know your date of birth ? Why .. legal reasons ... What legal reasons ?
There are other sites where you can buy items like these for example wowcode.nl
I will try that one out.

I had the same problem aswell.My debit card was instant billed and i received nothing.Only crap that my names doesnt exist in their name database.This whole thing sounds ridicolous as they think that they have database with tha names of all the people in the world.OFFGAMERS SUX!
Same here. But I was expecting something like that, so I used paypal. Also, I just sent a harsh email to them telling that if they don't give my money back (or my key) I'll cancel the paypal order.
I had the exact same problem. I hope this is resolved soon.

Bought World of Warcraft authentication key and Burning Crusade key through MoneyBookers. Moneybookers say they sent the money, and i can see the sent money from my account panel but after talking with them on their live "service" they say they never received the money.

I placed my order with offgamers on 5-30-08. When they first attempted to make contact, it was 3:30 am, making it impossible of course for me to receive my order. They did a better job on 6-1-08, when I received 17 of the 80 mil I ordered for the online game, Tales of Pirates. I also received this message: "We are so sorry! We are currently back ordered on the gold of the server that you have just ordered due to overwhelming response.
We promise that your order will be delivered as soon as we restock the gold, usually within 24 hours. Thank you for your patience and support." I sent them an email concerning the status of my order, and I asked when they might be back in stock. They replied that they were doing all they could, and that there was no way for them to know exactly when their supplier would deliver.
This is perfectly acceptable, but it is now a week later, today is 6-08-08. Offgamers has failed to reply to my second email, asking why it is taking a week to process my order when their email suggested it would only take a day to restock their supplies. I'm worried that I may not receive the rest of my order.
I hope that offgamers and myself will be able to resolve this issue, and I will inform posters of when I receive my order, (or if) and retract this complaint if it is no longer applicable. But for now, I would like to warn Tales of Pirates players that Offgamers is no where near as prompt and reliable as their "reviews" may lead you to believe.

I purchased a 60 days Game Time prepaid card for Warhammer Online from Offgamers.com on 5th September. The codes were delivered right after my payment. I tested the code right away too, but it shows "Code has been used". Shocked, but I remembered there's a Live Support on Offgamers site, so I reported it right away. Yesterday, 9/9/09, I've got a reply from them and it says:

Note the typical "We have completed our investigation and concluded there is no issue with the system". Does that mean it's always mistake of customers' end? That's just unfair. I contacted the Live Support right after that, trying to get more details. It took them 3 working days to investigate yet all they were replying me was "Please check with your friends/family members, we've tested the code and it's used, there are nothing wrong with our system". I asked about details they've got from publisher and got no answers. This is just ridiculous, I've dealt with plenty orders with other site and this never happened before. This is just the second transaction I've made with Offgamers, and yet. ### happened. Frankly, I'm very disappointed to experience this from a game selling site with pretty high reputations. How are we consumers gonna put trust in these sites if all of them are having these kind of services?
So i saw WotLK (EU) key for like $37 at offgamers.com.Figured that actually this is pretty good deal and i ordered with payiment via debit card.My card got billed instant and for this i received 2 hours waiting and some problems now.First i had to verify myself on the site.I updated my name in the profile.Then i had to wait for them to call me.I was called and confirmed my order.After that i waited like 30 min more to be "verified" then contacte live support one more time to understand that in their database man with my name doesnt exists.Then they wanted me to send them picture of my ID, my credit card and also some form.I decided to cancel the order and i received email saying that my order have been canceled and the money will be refunded.So now i stay without any key and with like $37 loss waiting for them to be refunded.I really hope that this wont make me go further looking for my right by the law.

Well i had used this so called amazing site many times until recently i purchased 500k plat gold, with ofcourse many purchases before, the service was amazing and so safe and secure i would of recommended them to all my collegues and friends, so my payment goes through all 100% now its only a matter of time before i recieve my gold,

Hellgate London items
I purchased three Hellgate London items electronically from this website 2 days ago. They advertise on their website that these items are 'in stock and ready for delivery in 1-24 hours'. I figured it was a pretty good deal, and have purchased from them in the past for EVE Online items and it was always pretty good and reliable. Well, a day goes by, no contact about my items. So i chat with their support people, numerous times afterward. Come to find out, they actually do not even HAVE the items for sale, they go through an in-game 'supplier' for this stuff. So i get the excuse 'We have not been able to contact our supplier for these items. Please wait and we will call you once we can arrange delivery.' Bullc**p. If you see a store advertising something for sale, so you go down there and pay for it they cannot then say 'ok, thanks for your purchase. We'll call you once our supplier gets here.' Thats false advertising, not to mention fraudulent, unethical and deceitful. It's 2 days later now and i am out $30 and still no items to play with, just a bunch of waiting around for this imaginary supplier. My advice, avoid them altogether, they appear to be nothing more than a middle man and do not even have what they claim to be selling. Save your money, and your time. AVOID OFFGAMERS.COM!

I totally disagree. It's nice to see people from those sites trying to make things right, unlike some other places that do just about everything they can to convince you that you were just scammed. I never bought from them, but in the future, I might try them over some of the other sites around.
People from that company need to stop trying to rep up byposting on complaint sites to try to get words back in when they provide bad service.
Offgamers.com, have been great, with there service i bought Power Leveling for WoW was fast and Good Support.
At some point, there someone that recives a bad service from a company, so i think you were jsut Unlucky.
I only use offgamers.com for my gold and powerleveling for Wow. There prices are higher then other companys but i can guarantee delivery and if any issue arise they will resolve it. To top it off they speak english in a clear and concise manner.

fraud and scams!
I play the game world of warcraft and I bought some gold for the game to have sent to the mailbox to my character. I paid 33.13 for 500 gold and they said they sent it but I never received it. I have contacted them many times they promise instant to 2 hours for delivery and I never received it in that time so I figured I wait a day. I checked my email and I got one saying it had been delivered so I checked my game and no gold. I contacted them and they said they would forward it to management that took like a day and then they told me that it was an error in the game cause they told me and show me screen shots that they sent it. I contacted the technical guys in the game and they told me there was nothing they could do because it wasn't me that sent the mail. So I got a hold of where I bought the gold from and they told me they would forward that to management again which would be another day. Then I got an email from them saying with all there investigating they did they show there was no fault on their end and there will be no compensation to me or resending the gold. They were not even willing to give my money back or anything and I am not happy about this. Here is a copy of the last email they sent me:

Hi guys, you need to use a Verified PayPal, it both increases your chance of not getting knocked back on verification and should stamp out your credit card issues as OG can't see your card details through paypal.
You should always run a AV, if you don't and you get keylogged, you deserve it really.
OffGamers probably get scammed heaps, WoW keys are valuable, I re-sell them and I get asked to verify again every so often, it's fair enough - you try having hundreds of dollars taken from your paypal account because some un-secure users email got hacked or something, it's annoying.
I purchase from them nearly everyday and all orders are filled for keys within 10 minutes, all gold has been filled within 24 hours, usually with a phone call (even to intl mobiles), the shortest wait for gold i've had was 2hrs.
Their live support is so-so, sometimes you will get a fantastic rep, sometimes they will be useless, make sure you use their feedback thing after you're chat so you can get them fired - or promoted!
Do not use Offgamers.com. Their service may look professional, but I believe they're scammers. I experience the same issue as elethina and I am more unfortunate.
I recently have boughten gold from these people. Both time i have bought gold from them my credit card information has been stolen and multiple charges have attempted to come in from Malaysia. I've scanned my computer many times, its not a virus or trojan. And the most recent time it was the only charge on the new credit card number. Proving it had to of been them. I will never refer anyone here, or ever use them again. Both times my cc company has set my card status to "Deposit Only" luckily or id be hundreds if not thousands of dollars in the negative due to this site. Never use them.
