I play the game world of warcraft and I bought some gold for the game to have sent to the mailbox to my character. I paid 33.13 for 500 gold and they said they sent it but I never received it. I have contacted them many times they promise instant to 2 hours for delivery and I never received it in that time so I figured I wait a day. I checked my email and I got one saying it had been delivered so I checked my game and no gold. I contacted them and they said they would forward it to management that took like a day and then they told me that it was an error in the game cause they told me and show me screen shots that they sent it. I contacted the technical guys in the game and they told me there was nothing they could do because it wasn't me that sent the mail. So I got a hold of where I bought the gold from and they told me they would forward that to management again which would be another day. Then I got an email from them saying with all there investigating they did they show there was no fault on their end and there will be no compensation to me or resending the gold. They were not even willing to give my money back or anything and I am not happy about this. Here is a copy of the last email they sent me:

The non-receipt of the gold sent via the in-game mailbox may have resulted from the game maker's side i.e server lag / bug. We will not be able to redeliver the gold as the the non-receipt of the gold was not due to negligence on our side, as the issue may have resulted from causes beyond our control we will not assume the responsibility for this situation.
We do value your patronage on our web store and regret that we are unable to assist you in the means of compensation on this matter, we have expended a lot of resources to thoroughly investigate your complaint and are unable to locate any fault in delivery on our end. This situation may have arisen from the game maker's end and we hope that this is an isolated case.
