My 1st order with NS, I chose 2nd day Express shipping.Then my shipping confirmation came. My order was sent as slow as possible and was due in 10 days! I still haven't received my items. I immediately e-mailed their help desk. NO response. I sent a second e-mail a few days later, no response. I finally took my time to call, after being put on hold for 20 min. I was told that my order wasn't sent 2nd day, sorry. I could send it back if I didn't want it. That was it, no offer to please the customer. I made the purchase to take on our trip, that will not happen. I made the comment that this was my first time with NorthStyle and likely my last, her comment: "That's your choice." It takes a little effort at least to retain a disgruntled customer. They are in business to be put out of it. I was also informed that there was only one person handling the e-mail helpdesk, but he would get back to me...maybe next year!
