I have received three pairs of shoes with the wrong size. I have used the table of the sizes on the site, which was wrong (the coordination with the Russian sizes). Already three weeks the service center (Angel and Morris) writes me completely inadequate letters, repeating the phrases that do not mean anything or repeating the questions I have answered already. I use internet shops frequently, and this is for the first time that I meet such awful service, which is below any critics. Their aim -- is not to work and to force the customer to refuse from his problem. I repeat, the table of the size was wrong. They have corrected it after my complain, I have a print screen of the previous, as I knew they will try to hide this mistake, but they don;t want to pay for the return and for the delivery. It was not my mistake.
