MultiChoice Africa / DSTVsuspended services

My services were suspended at the beginning of Oct 2017. When i called multichoice, i was told that my account is under fraud investigation. Have been calling to make a follow ups, but i don't get any answers. I was told that L. MATTHEWS is the one investigating the matter, if i need more information regarding the case, i should speak to him/her. Each time i call, it is like 2 steps backwards. Have asked multichoice to refund the money that is in the account, sincewell the case is taking so long, was told it is impossible. I have been patient, but i just cant anymore.
