Mikutta Fachgroßhandels Aptamil

I contacted this client from online supplier board TradeKey - negotiations of product, amount etc was done via email and over a period of 3/4 weeks
Finally when we agreed for everything a formal invoice was sent to me from the business account and I did Bank transfer of GBP4000 done in October and since then no product - always excuses re payment being held by bank or something
They claim I did not send money to their business account but details came from them directly
Then claims that the partner whose account it is is away or his bank has not released funds etc.
Every week promise of shipment or excuse but no product sent or refund given

all above information was crap! I transferred EU 2129.40 at Sep 7, 2016. Then no any answer. Delivery time should be only 1 week after deposit. I can't believe that happens to me and I met the cheater 1st time in Europe. I have been selling lot of things to Europe and Germany clients is always trustful and reliable.
