Marlboro marlboro menthol

I have been smoking the marlbro brand for years, and I buy them but the carton, but I just recently purchased a carton in which some of the cigarette packs were damaged and some of the cigarettes were broke. I tried to take them back to the store but they told me there was nothing they could do. This is just ridiculous. I hope there is something that can be done seeing that your cigarettes keep going up in price.

Marlboro marlboro red beyond

Good evening.

My name is Candice and I have been smoking for 6 years now. I started smoking malboro blue ice and switched to malboro red beyond about 4 years ago.

I have only smoked Malboro brand cigarettes and have never had a issue with the quality until the last approximately 6 months.

With every packet of malboro red beyond packets I buy, almost half of the cigarettes in the pack do NOT have the ice balls to pop. I can not smoke a cigarette that does not have the menthal as it burns my throat and I end up throwing it away. This means that I am losing almost R15 per day with each packet that I buy.

At the beginning it only started with one or two cigarettes not having the iceball bur now the problem is becoming greater and I am considering changing cigarette brands.

I only want this issue to be heard and looked into as I feel the quality is going downhill.

Marlboro marlboro beyond blue

Good day.

I have been smoking Marlboro gold beyond for two years and had no problems, until you changed it to Marlboro beyond blue. I have had seven cigarettes without the iceball in the filter. I have saved two of the sigarettes of you want to investigate it.
I would like to know that you guys have done something about the problem. I don't know if you have had any onther complaints like this one, but I just wanted to inform you

Marlboro beyond red

Not much of a complainer ive been smoking Marlboro beyond red for a good few years and never had any problems with the original silver box with the red on it but when the change over was made to the white and red box ive been buying alot of them that dont have the mint ball inside and I dont mind one not having but this last box I just bought yesterday 7 had no balls inside and I do enjoy the taste beyond all of the mint smokes you can buy going threw all brand yours is the best tasting but its to much now to buy and not get them inside the smoke

Marlboro marlboro red touch

Hello, I have a complaint about the Marlboro Red Touch cigarettes, in several packages I found cigarettes like in the picture I'm sending you.
These cigarettes end up in the trash because I cant smoke them because of the missing piece of paper that holds the filter.
Please tell me what can I do, can I get a type of refund for this?

Marlboro marlboro red shorts

I have been a daily smoker for prolly 9 years now. I switched to southern cuts bc the reds don't taste the same. I'm very dissatisfied. Please offer me coupons or offers before you guys loose on a daily customer:( I enjoy the southern cuts thou I like the flavor and that they are stronger then 27s, I've always preferred shorts because they taste better . Can you please help me resolve my problem

Why Discontinue A Product Everybody LOVES! And Then Its Pretty Obnoxious To Say The 72 Blacks Are The Same! Sorry But Their Not, Blues Have The COOL MENTHOL flavor! But I Think Everybody that reads this should switch to CAMEL.. Why? Because They Have A Cool Brand That Tastes Just Like 72 Blues! So Bye Marlboro Man! The CAMEL Is Now COOLER! ✌🏽

Marlboro marlboro beyond red

Good day, I have purchased packets of Marlboro beyond red several times in South-Africa Gauteng Pretoria 0182.
I found that 2/3 cigarettes in the packet does not have a ice ball / (menthol pop).

I think this is unacceptable as I expected the product as advertised and payed for.

I have opened the filter to look inside and this is what I founded.

Marlboro blue 72

I live in kentucky. I buy only the blues. Have for yrs. Went to the store to buy a carton. That's the only way I buy them they said they where discontinuing them. So I called marlboro talked to a manager. I ask him if they are going to stop making them they said no they where not. That was about 3mths ago. Now there is no store that sells them in 3 county's. I feel I was lied 2. I'm stuck smoking the black 72s. Which do not taste the same. A nice heads up or someone telling the truth would of been nice.

Marlboro marlboro red cigarettes

I recently purchased a pack of Marlboro Red cigarettes with the barcode number [protected] V262/Y71B3 from Walgreens in New Bern North Carolina. Each cigarette in the pack had extremely strong marijuana smell so much so that I was questioned by a police officer. He made me cut one open, we didn't find any it just really smelled like it I guess. I just wanted to let some one know because that encounter could have turned out a lot differently if he was in a bad mood.

Hi I bought myself a packet of Marlboro Red 20 pack of cigarettes and as I was smoking two of them had a long piece of wire coming through them not happy at all I would like something done about this anything could have happened to me while smoking them.

I bought a pack of cigarettes at a store near my home (montford chatsworth). I opened the pack and found the wrapping lose, due to this happening I had to buy another pack of cigarettes and there was the same problem. this is unfair as I have to buys 2 packs of cigarettes just to have the same problem. I cant even go and buy another pack cause what if I have the same problem, that would mean I have 3 packs of cigarettes laying around unable to smoke due to wrapping. Marlboro store mispricing of product, taking money from customers

Dear Marlboro,
Went to purchase
some items from the circleK on the southwest corner of 43rd ave and Cactus and was very unhappy as once again they are not recognizing the manufactures rebate stated on the product, only their own sale price.
They conatantly do this, back and forth we go and yet they always go back to not honoring the manufactures promo/rebate on the product! please followup with the owner and their employees!

Have attached photos showing errors,
have addressed this with employees and owner many times over the past couple of years and it remains a constant issue!

Barrybdc you are right. I also live in Phoenix AZ, and I buy my cigarettes from Circle K on 7th ave and Broadway. I have the same complaint. It does no good to argue with them.

I just bought a carton of my favored cigarettes to my disappointment every pack was damaged the but was not attach properly and some had holes in them felt very stiff stale so I toyed to return them but was informed that I had to file a complaint I am not happy and would apricot a result ion to my loss it's not fair to me I have been a user or this product for 25 years now never had a complaint always happy until now ...

Marlboro cigarettes

am recently disappointed with the marlbaro beyond cigarettes. There are either holes in the cigarettes or stick-like objects as seen in the attached picture. It is very noticeable as these objects do not burn and in that picture it perfectly shows how much it takes away from the cigarette once taken out . This has been happening for the last few months in almost every packet I purchase and that is the reason for this complaint. And I buy from various shops so that does not make a difference.

I really do hope this can be followed up .

Marlboro gold beyond

Good day.

This happening very often and I'm actually going to change brands now.

I am smoking Molboro Gold Beyond, the last packet of Molboro that I got, 8/20 cigarettes ice ball had already been broken leaving the cigarette with absolutely no "ice" taste and the cigarette itself tastes stale/old/disgusting.

The product code is SF25414017 and was bought at Adega Ravonia.

Hi, I have purchased a packet of Marlboro beyond red over the weekend at a local store in Surrey Estate, Athlone, Cape Town and found that two cigarettes out of the whole pack did not have a menthol pop. I am disappointed as the cigarettes are very expensive and I feel it is unfair, I buy this brand of cigarettes because it is the only thing I can smoke since I was pregnant. The cigarettes go up at least twice or thrice a year and it is a costly expense. I do not know how one can miss inserting the pop in one or two cigarettes in a pack of 20. I have literally puffed twice on the cigarette and realised there was no pop. Marlboro quality

I have been buying your cigarettes for twenty years now, and lately it seems like the quality has really gone down hill.i was under the impression that Marlboro was the number one brand.But judging by your product that I've bought the last couple of years, it's not anymore. Marlboro marlboro blue 72s

I have been smoking these Marlboro blue 72s since high school when they came out and then all the sudden I can't find them anymore and was told that you stopped making them. I have spent a lot of money buying your product for you to just stop making them. You guys keep coming out with 50 different packs on these Marlboro black cigs and no one smokes half of them so why can't you keep making the blue 72s. You still make all the other 72s except the blue ones. That's just messed up.

Very disappointed you are discontinuing them. Ive been buying them for years and the black 72s are not the same. I started with the milds that are no longer available and now my 72s are being discontinued. Think i may just quit smoking since you keep discontinuing everything i get used to. Ive tried the marlboro blue menthol as well and its just not the same.
