I ordered multiple items on 12/30/16 for an event I planned on attending on 1/15/17. I thought shipping would be delayed due to the new year's, but I had a friend who used the site previously and it seemed to be pretty prompt. On 1/9/17, I had noticed I still had not received tracking information so I decided to check the website. When I did, it stated the order was still being processed.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Knoxville, TN I reached out to the support center via website and they stated "sorry, the order is now being processed some items will be shipped now and the remainder when they are ready, OK?" I feel like this was not a successful resolution nor a professional way to handle this. As a business if you make a mistake, you should fix it. Either refund the money for shipping since it is over $50 and/or expedite it. Also I felt that some sort of explanation should have been provided but was not.
