I can't believe how terrible this company is. I ordered on February 16, 2017 and realized I needed to cancel the order right away. I emailed them on the same day and their response was the items are already being prepared for shipping, so they can't cancel my order.

Yes, I said "prepared" not "shipped". Apparently, they couldn't stop the "preparation" process. I was told I had to wait till the items got to me, so I could have them returned and my refund processed. What a waste of time and money.

To this day, May 8, 2017, the items have not arrived.

I've emailed telling them I want a refund for my order as the items have yet to arrive. Tracking says they shipped the items on March 15 (a whole month after I ordered). And since March 29, tracking stops with the items not leaving China.

If the package is lost, then it's lost. However, support emailed me that there's nothing they can do about it. And have refused to issue me a refund.

I am beyond upset about this experience and wish I had never ordered from this place.

Horrible support and horrible business!
