Lazada.com.ph / I will never use lazada again!

I bought an item for my daughter’s birthday from Lazada. They promised that delivery would take only two weeks, so we still had plenty of time. Then I received a message from Lazada stating that they’ve changed the expected delivery time to 2 days later. That was still ok. Well, daughter’s birthday came and went and nothing arrived! She is only 5 years old and was crying her eyes out. I contacted Lazada customer service and all they can tell me is it will be delivered soon. It is now January 20, 2016 and birthday was two weeks ago! I called them yesterday, but after waiting on hold for like 45 minutes I was disconnected. And now they are ignoring all my messages as well. Thanks Lazada I will remember this for many years.
