A warning to people if thinking of shopping on line with Lacoste..I orderd 2 polo shirts and light rain jacket 28th Feb 2012, which arrived and I was pleased with the polo shirts, but the jacket was too small.I packaged up the jacket and returned in the post with the returns label supplied.A week passed and no refund of the price of the jacket appeared back in my account.I contacted the customer service line with my order number and was told the jacket had been received 6th March, and it is a 10 working day period for the refund to be made..the 20th March came and went, I now mailed the customer help service explaining the situation.Only to receive an e mail back saying their was no records of the package being received !! I mailed back telling them their phone help line told me the package had been received the 6th March, and the phone calls were recorded so proof would be in the recording if the track the call back. I got a mail back then saying the package had been received 6th March and would have to be shipped to their Germany depot ( what that has to do with me, and getting my money back I am clueless !!) .Meantime I had spoke to them on the phone again, and was told that the refund would be back in my account by the 22nd/ 23rd March, and sorry for any mix ups !! Needless to say NO refund of the money has appeared in my account !! My advise to people is shop with Lacoste online if your going to keep the items, , but if you want a good old fashioned RUN AROUND trying to get your money back then Lacoste are the company for it !!! Nearly a month has passed that they have had my money and NO refund for the goods is on the horizon..BEWARE the refund policies of Lacoste !!!

    I ordered a pair of kids size 3 trainers. Received infant size 3. After speaking to custome service they explained there must have been an error on website. Was told that I would have to send them back via their courier service which is nok where near my address. I asked if one of their drivers could collect item and was told no! You would like to think being their error they would send a driver to collect. So I have tik drive miles out of my way which costs my money and time. Then to wait 3 weeks to be refunded! And reading above comment it's looking unlikely.
