LA Fitness International / customer service and cleanliness
Firstly, I've complained numerous times to management about the women's washroom and women's workout section being neglected. Two months later and I see the same dirtiness and nothing is done about the washrooms. It's disgusting.
Secondly, Kids Club has an employee who yelled and scared my child. She now cries and shakes with fear when she sees this employee. I was a few minutes late picking up my child from there and the manager "scolded" me, raising her voice at me saying she will cancel my membership next time it happens!!! Are you serious?
Lastly, every time I call there, someone answers in a rude manner and no "goodbye" at the end. They just hang up. This is a business that caters to customers. If you can't train your staff to keep customers then you shouldn't be in business.
For those reasons, I cancelled my membership and am taking 3 friends with me.
