Kuehne + Nagel lorry causing obstruction

I walk to work every day with my 6 month old baby in a pushchair and pass many lorries unloading barrels etc. Today I passed a Kuehne-Nagel lorry with registration FP67 YYN who was both parked on a double yellow line and blocking the pavement with all his deliveries. The delivery man then went on to tell me that I had to walk around him as he stated for "my own safety". I know this road and it meant stepping blindly out onto a busy bend where buses turn. I answered back that is was definitely not safer for me to do so and it was my right of way and he got extremely angry. He slammed his barrels down and told me I was rude. Maybe he was having a bad day but I was very shaken up. The barrels were spread across the whole pavement and need not have been. I took a photo of the offending vehicle and have reported it to Nottinghamshire Police and council.

Kuehne + Nagel rude driver/staff and dangerous illegal parking

22.3.18 - 7:40am approx K&N large vehicle parked illegally on junction of Christchurch High Street, Dorset (BH23) making a delivery to Coast Coffee shop parking in such a way as to force vehicles coming from the High street onto the wrong side of the road approaching a roundabout making it dangerous as drivers are unable to see oncoming vehicles. When I asked if they could move I was verbally abused (suspect it was because I am female and alone). I have photographic evidence and have reported this to the relevant authorities. There were places further back on the high street the delivery could have been made (even 10 feet back would have been safer) but to be at the actual junction is just reckless behaviour and obvious the delivery team just think they can park the lorry where ever they like as it's so large. Photos attached as evidence.

Kuehne + Nagel dangerous driving

Today 16th December 2017 11am I was driving on the m6 north through road works near sandbach services whilst I was overtaking in 50mph controlled zone one of your truck pulling trailer P235 had his full beam on flashing and sounding his horn trying to push me out of the lane. I had my family in the car who were frightened of such a big truck so close to our car. When I moved over to try avoid accidents as road is wet and just passed a serious accident on m6 your driver came pass continuously sounding his horn and being aggressive speeding through controlled zone is unexceptionable behaviour and puts on for the safety of road users and road workers. I do hope you find this matter unexceptionable and dangerous and improper way of advertising your company kuehne nagel who have such a high customer service worldwide. Kuehne + Nagel air freight service - slit slow shipment

Good Day

We are a customer of K&N in South Africa, distributing Mettler Toledo Products into Africa. Our latest shipment was handed over to K&N on 01-12-2017 as a 44 piece complete shipment from the Mettler Toledo shipping HUB in Netherlands.

As of today 12-12-2017 we have not received our complete shipment in South Africa with K&N part shipping pieces and leaving some behind in the Netherlands.

We find this totally unacceptable, 12 days for Air freight shipments (not received complete) is not the industry norm or the service we expect to receive from K&N.

See attached AWB and Load details.

To further compound this issue, we have a partial shipment that is pending for customs clearance but the documents don't match the parcels physically shipped.

We can't continue to use K&N as a service provider if this is the Air freight service level provided. We are yet to receive any of these items in this shipment and cant part clear.

Kuehne + Nagel overdue balance on qatar branch for trucking and logistics

Dear Madam/Sir,
We hereby escalating this issue to Kuehne and Nagel headquarter to assist us as a one of the reputable companies and this has come after escalating it to the MD for Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain (Mr. Bjoern) without any support, the national finance manager (Mr. Zaki) for Qatar branch has rejected to pay out overdue balance and his reason is the invoices are old for periods have closed which is not valid reason as per the accounting principles and the country legislation, and the below table is showing the overdue balance.

Please note that below facts which will clear the matter and all the correspondences and documents are enclosed to this request.
1. All the acknowledgment receipts for the unpaid invoices which showing that all the invoices were submitted on time to your company.

2. Annual confirmation balances from both parties on 2016, which was duly received by your company and your team did not investigate or even take provisions/accrual for the expected payables.

3. I have several email correspondences with your Qatar branch to follow the payments from 2015 and 2016, respectively, while the PIC MS. Soumya she was always on vacations and did not report any outstanding issue.

4. We did not practice any kind of pressure on your Qatar branch to accelerate the payment because you are one of the reputable companies which we believed that our payments will be collected if not today it will be tomorrow.

5. Cash flow issue was the main reason for not paying the overdue balance as per the accountant during the previous period and due to some changes made in Qatar branch structure and new employees were hired this matter appeared.

6. The national Finance Manager has the assurance that our claim is correct and we deserve to collect the overdue balance, but he rejected to pay the invoices which in turn I can't give a specific name for such act.

Kuehne + Nagel rude behavior and lack of proper coordination

We are DOOSAN Heavy Industries & Construction located in Barakah Nuclear Power Plant, United Arab Emirates. We received a call from Mr. Sajji Mathew that we are having a shipment he sends the details and he requested for us to change the Proforma Invoice into invoice only. Thus, we contacted the shipper SEMPEL in Germany, when we received the amended document we forwarded to Mr. Mathew and he requested us to contact the local agent of the SEMPELL in UAE to request for the NOL. After receiving the approval of NOL we forwarded it to him thinking that everything is already fine. We called up him to follow up the update of our shipment and then he answers in a rude manner and told us to contact his colleague Mr. Reynald. So we did contact Mr. Reynald and ask the same, he told us to request H.S code of the shipper, so we did. We forwarded to him the same day and we called Renald again to follow up because they are not replying to emails and calling them more than 3x before they will answer. So again Mr. Reynald requested for importer code and ask if we can provide him any last entry bill. So again we forwarded the importer code and told him we do not have the last bill of entry. Again, we called him regarding the update he requested again for our trade license so we forwarded him. Again, we followed up, he told us not possible because all the documents were addressed to Barakah Nuclear Power Plant it should be to DOOSAN Heavy Industries & Construction so again we requested the SEMPELL to modify all the documents. So the modified documents we forwarded to them, and again we called for the update they require an amendment letter from the shipper so again we requested then forwarded to them. Again, we called up for the update they told us we need to inform the shipper to send a message to the airline with regards to the amendment documents and I ask them to confirm is there any chance to get the shipment since its very urgent and we are very delayed on our work at the site. He answered as we do not know we will check and informing us that he will give all the documents to our driver and we will clear all the documents and once clear we should go there at the airport to clear the shipment. They are very rude, not helping us and Mr. Mathew was shouted us to ask our clearing agent to clear the shipment and answered him why you are asking every day to change one by one the documents. He told us ok, ask your clearing agent, we told him we did not want dispute just tell us what kind of document need to be amended. Everything was amended, but every day they are asking for different things. As of now, we do not know what to do so, we raise this problem here hoping that you could help us.

Kuehne + Nagel a driver

The driver of this vehicle purposely pulled out in front of me at a round about to the point where I had to firmly brake to not hit him. I obviously used my horn to let him know I was there and I received a rude hand gesture out of his window. I then over took said driver at a safe place and he again threw another rude hand gesture my way. I then felt like he purposely followed me through the next part of my journey. I felt very intimidated being in quite a small car against such a large Lorry. I feel, he, as a professional driver should most certainly know better and if this is his reaction to him being in the wrong a dread the reaction to someone else being in the wrong. Please provide me with information of your next action.

Kuehne + Nagel lorry driver

Id like to find out the base of a lorry driver who has this morning attempted to hit my car three times in Wolverhampton. As I want to make a massive complaint. His lorry number is p255 and number plate PO65 VJV also I was called every name under the sun. Absolute disgrace aswel as putting me in danger. Kuehne + Nagel driver blocking road

Costa should review who they subcontract their store deliveries to.

At 1640 on 15/11/16 a large truck DX15LZW blocked access to Old Fore St, Sidmouth.

The driver said he worked for Costa, but actually worked for Kuehne & Nagel (who've always struck me as being a professional logistics company- until now).

The driver refused to move or allow access for others. He was belligerent and simply didn't care about other road users, or how long he was blocking the road.

The manager at Costa was helpless saying they don't work for us, there's nothing we can do, which wasn't at all helpful.

Ok, the drivers have a schedule to keep, but this kind of behavior doesn't reflect well on Costa or Kuehne and Nagel.

I was hired at Kuehne and Nagel in Aberdeen, Maryland. I went through the background and drug test, passed and was hired on I let HR know I was having a gallbladder removal surgery and was told I could have my start date when I was healed it's been 4 and a half weeks since I've heard anything no one will answer my calls or emails

5 shipments over 2 tonnes of goods and constant issues every time. Administrative errors, lack of communication between multiple departments. invoices generated multiple times with incorrect details & charges. No attention to detail. No accountability or responsibility for actions. Very unhappy with Tina from the Sydney office, highly incompetent.

I got 4 boxes delivered
1 was very carefully opened from below and resealed
I noticed that $300 goods were missing but too late because I did not mark any reserve at delivery
Khuene and Nagel seems to hire thieves
Better check who you hire
