Kroger this time deli but pharmacy has issues also

Stood at deli counter for 5min waiting while the lady helped other people. Then when they finished they continued to ignore the fact we was standing there. I asked if they was still open and another girl told me "YES, they can help you". She told them we need something and then another older lady told MARIA to come help us and Maria refused to help us. All of a sudden they was closed. Told us to go out to a shelve to get what we wanted and of course it was empty. Some yucky looking sliced turkey is ALL that was there. Wouldn't have paid a dime for the looks of it! We got sent away empty handed! This was at 8:30pm on Sunday evening. Not sure if that matters. But maybe the first 2 ladies shouldn't have said they could help if they was closed! I have officially now been treated like crap by your Deli and your Pharmacy! Think I am done shopping at your store here in Dodge City! The service is awful and the employees and your black pharmacist are rude as hell! Guess Wal-Mart's would appreciate the 100's of $ I spend weekly instead!

Kroger minute maid fruit punch

I purchased a minute maid fruit punch from Kroger located on Poplar and Cleveland in Memphis TN about a 1 or 2 weeks ago which i kept refrigerated. I began to drink the juice on 7/23/18 and then I started to get sick. The expiration date is 8/03/18 but the juice is filled with mold that I have been drinking. I have been vomiting and having diarrhea for about a week. I been have to the doctor and was prescribed medicine because of this.

Kroger digital coupons

I spent an hour choosing digital coupons but after I looked at my receipt none of the digital coupons showed up on my receipt!
What's up with that?
I feel I have been cheated by Kroger!
Why can't you offer BOGOs like Publix?
My time is as valuable as yours!
Putting a customer thru all the trouble of viewing all the digital coupons and then to see not one coupon showed up after shopping at Kroger!
I have had numerous complaints with your store that have not been resolved.
Someone keyed my vehicle while I was shopping! Panhandling in the parking lot!
Store is dirty and unkept.
How do you stay in business?
To top it all off I went to use my points for gas and thru some malfunction I could only get .10 a gallon off rather than .30 for 300 points.

Kroger deluxe churned ice cream

I bought the Deluxe churned peanut butter fudge swirl lactose free ice cream and all the fudge part was in the middle and the rest was just vanilla ice cream so I don't know if that's how it is normally made but the advertisement on the outside of the container shows that it is mixed in the entire container. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Kroger store management

I work in the Produce Department at Kroger #585, and this store manager named Brandon Miller made the entire store a toxic work environment all day on Wednesday July 25th, 2018. He is extremely rude to certain employees over not conditioning up any walls or filling up any tables "properly, " and he would never leave any employee alone about whether or not they have any more of what needs to be filled up on the display floor. Some employees have already tried arguing with him before, but he always thinks of it all as just "excuses" from them, and he always seems to get away by just being "funny" about it in a sarcastic way (if you know what I mean?). Last month, Brandon backlashed at a Nutrition employee named Travis, who is bipolar and suffers from depression by the way, over the real reason why the shelves have always looked "bad" was because of HIM, and it angered Travis severely throughout the rest of that day. And just recently, Brandon yelled at yet another Nutrition employee named Norma, who always takes her time stocking up the shelves and conditioning up the holes on the wall every day. However, he was annoyingly yelling at her out loud in front of EVERYBODY on the display floor, which is SO wrong! Norma couldn't take his bologna anymore that she then LEFT him halfway through his conversation and did her very best to IGNORE him afterwards, and she did NOT care about being written up by him or not! Lastly, Brandon is SO insanely strict over food being forbidden in the Produce backroom too. A few weeks ago, a Produce employee named Bill, whose a great hard-worker by the way, ordered a box of pizza for all of us to share and eat, but then Brandon came in later that day and asked, "Who ordered this pizza?" Bill said he did, but then Brandon got all over his case and said stuff like: "Are you trying to get me fired?" and "You must be trying to make me look bad, don't you?" and "You know there shouldn't be any food back here!" and "This box must be thrown away right now!" and so forth! I was there in the same room when it happened too, but I was really trying to do my very best to ignore him and mind my own business. After Brandon finally left the room, I asked Bill about how he felt right now, and he too was very irritated by Brandon, because all Bill did was bring just ONE box of pizza in case any of us was hungry, which was SO sweet for him to do! As someone who has worked at this Kroger store for 3 years now, I've learned and experienced a whole lot with many of the other employees who've worked here far longer than I did, and the whole point of working at Kroger in the first place was to not only get work experience, but also to get along with everybody else as well. Brandon, on the other hand, seems to only be focused on his obsessive policy rules that he completely fails to understand the real situations going on in terms of backstocks, everybody else's shift hours, and especially the sensitivity of other employees. What happened this past Wednesday has baffled my brain completely on what an abusive dictator he has become, and my good mood always vanishes whenever I see him walking towards either me or my department, because whatever respect I did have for Brandon is now forever GONE. I would like to have a store manager who actually knows what they're doing and knows how to handle real situations going on, instead of having a giant man-child who secretly acts like a toxic bully to everybody else and gets away with anything from the corporate business heads! This is NOT why I wanted to work at Kroger in the very first place!

Kroger paper bags

Very very upset I received paper bags with NO HANDLE ON THEM I could barely bring them inside and they got ripped several times and caused me to drop something on way inside. I will never go to Kroger's again if they don't think bags are important enough to need. Because this app says I should make this longer I am going to type random letters.

Kroger parking

I find it unacceptable to have close parking for mothers with children.
I am almost 70 & I have to walk far so young folks can park close. I've had 6 kids & never did I have an issue with walking
However I feel discriminated against that there are no over 55 parking spaces
Most elderly do not have handicap parking stickers. Please consider adding close parking for 55 & older which makes more sense to me.

Kroger u scan employee

I am a very valued customer of Krogers store on Pontiac Trail/Beck Rd.
I shop at this location at least 4 times a week, sometimes more. This morning at 7am I was at u-scan self checkout and I noticed my free Friday download did not come off of my bill so I pressed the "call attendant" button for assistance. I seen that the Kroger employee (Ilene) was helping another customer so I politely waited my turn. In the meantime I hear call attendant from another u scan. Now keep in mind I was on a tight schedule to get in and out without time to waste.
Soon as she's free she goes over the the first customer she sees waiting, I said "excuse me but I was next" without even looking at me with her back turned to me I hear a mumble word "no he's been here awhile". So she took care of the gentleman before even asking what did I need... I said to her, "listen, i presses my help button before that gentleman so I was next but whatever now, can u just assist me so that I can get out of here. So again she says "u weren't next he's been at that station for a long time". Now I'm my head I'm saying why is she going back and
Fourth with me regarding something that I know I did. So now I'm irritated because this is unnecessary! Instead of apologizing she's being extremely rude now! So she ask me to show her my downloads which means I need to log in and find my coupon. I said " My internet is extremely slow and I don't have time so just forget it". She said
Well I don't even know what the download is, REALLY AND U WORK HERE! I showed her what the item was the big advertisement picture was right n front of us! So
Again she's being not only rude, but inconsiderate and anal!
The only reason I'm bringing this to corporate attention is because this is the 3rd incident I've had with this same employee! It's to the point if she's the only one working I will NOT shop there! I spend so much money at this kroger location and I refuse to be belittled by any employee or person period! She acts extremely racist towards me and she always talk back very rudely when asked a question!
I let the last incident slide when she had 10ppl waiting to checkout she's slowly moving adding more bags to each u scan register so in doing that she has one closed at a time.. but mind you there are bags on each revolving area, she just wants to add more! When there is 10 ppl in line! Then she proceeds to tell me that "I can leave if I'm in that big of a rush"!
I refuse to continue spending money in a store that have ignorant employees... I say ignore because she's racist! And that's ignorance! She moves like a turtle and her demeanor is very UNPLEASANT!

Kroger I am complaining about a worker in one of your louisville kentucky stores

I was in the store several time over the past few months & noticed on just about every occasion I was there there was a supervisor in a red vest named tony who was mistreating co workers. Making passes at some of the girls who looked underage and treating others like they were garbage. This is disrespectful and I will keep complaining & not return.

Kroger management

On Friday July 20, 2018 I was at your store located in Warren, MI address 13700 Fourteen Mile Road at 3:55 p.m. There were no shopping carts which has happened on more than one occasion at that store. All of the carts were in the parking lot and people were having to go out and find a cart or ask someone who were done shopping if they could use theirs. I went to the customer service desk and ask for a manager, a person whom tag said Mike ask what was the problem I told him there were no carts, he said he knew it and it was being taken care of. I waited another ten minutes in the area where to deposit bottles for someone to get some carts and no one showed up. I then went back to the desk and the same person was still talking to the guy he was talking to previously and said I said I am working on it. I ask for the corporate office number and he said you are going to call because of some carts, I said yes. He ask the other guy and they gave me a wrong number. I left but heard the comment that [censored] is going to call corporate because of some carts and the other guy laughed. Normally, I would ignore a situation like this but this reached another level. I would like to be contacted by someone from corporate because this is not going away this easily. I would like to no what is going to be done. Thank you.

Kroger wrongly terminated

I was put on academic leave that was approved by the HR manager. While on leave I requested to be transferred for the summer to a store in Memphis from Murfreesboro. That transfer never happened. During that 2 months of waiting for a transfer that never happened, I was in contact with both stores through management at both stores and finally after I was set to return and told that they gave my position away, they concocted a lie about a customer complaint that no one made me aware of and no one has documentation of! I was wrongfully terminates and my parents and I plan to take legal action. We have already contacted the news and the EEOC.

Kroger my fall at kroger store 3871 peachtree rd ne, atlanta, ga 30319

I fell on the floor at the Kroger Located in: Cherokee Plaza
Address: 3871 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30319, Thursday at 8am, when the day Lashondra (?) supervisor just arrived.
I fell because ofe liquid of some kind was on the floor on my way to the rest room after shopping there. My feet went out completely from underneath me and I landed on my side. I didn't feel any physical injury at the time, but now almost 24 hours later, I realize I was injured in the lower rib area and I;ll be making out an incident report this AM.

I will also be contactig my Doctor to get examined and xrayed fro any possible rib damage.

I also want to let you know this is a very serioous occurance for me because I currently have a tumor located on my spinal chord and if that had been affected, or has been affected, then there's more details that will be provied to you.
Any injury in that area for me can paralyze me in some way from te neck down.

I'll be expecting to hear from someone n your customer compiance or service office soon.

Kroger about a assistant manager at store 53. will

I was a former employee. I loved my job.. the people that worked there and shopped there I always went out of my way for customers my osat comments shop speak for its self people called coprt for me say how I made there child's day or alderly perancets I mad eyes there day and I always got people to buy way more then they came in for from service deli to meat dept I go people that wanted to get a steak to get a hole in cut pack of rib always bent over back words for customers happynes I may have had bad attendance near the end but it was related to me and my family losing are home and being homilies and I expressed this too Will told him iv been out cuz I was living out of a gym bag with my wife and little boy there's so many other people in the store who are late miss for no reson and I exsprested too him I'm not in Work those day because I have my babe boy in my arms and a bag of close in the other arm no where to go no one too watch my boy that's why I couldn't come too work.. when I was out those time it's not a good reson for missing but it's a lot better then most of the people in the store that miss everyday... I fired me and wanted me out because he discriminated against me because of my past becuse of some of my tattoos he got the idea that iv been to person witch is none of his business other wish Kroger would not have hired me after back round check... I even have 4 other employees just off the top of my head that approached me in the past at work be for Will terminated me say Alex why is Will going around the store asking if iv ever been to person? He's been asking around if anyone knows? I would always say no I nerver let anyone now I had in my past ever since that started he was trying to get read of me then when it came to Will firing me it was so fare out in believable when a person is fire your given you're last hours in check... he fired me and gave me a check that said 00.00 the biggest slap in the face I wasn't given my back pay tell a month later maybe longer my wife has nerver seen someone get fired like I did disrespected in the maner I was. I have voice recording from voicemail from my union guy stating just talked to Will... Will said he talked to everyone in the store they all told him Alex Diaz never came In at all... so I don't know who's lieing on my wife's voice mail witch I still have I finaly was Abel to get a hold of Mike . K a manger because when I went to the store few times he was the person I talked too.. so when I got too speak to Mike I asked him do you remember me coming in those times he said yes! "Mike"I do I even remember writing down the number you told me "Alex" too get a hold of you if we need you too come in since your phones broken and I even made a notie of it in the log book... "Alex" realy you do? That asome that's great and funny cuz Will lied to my union guy saying he asked everyone in store and they said no I didn't may I speak too will... then I got on the phone with Will and I told him I never went in the store huh? "Wills" first comment too me on the phone once I said that was... Mike. K dosnt count he's not a manger... I responded... Wtf because I was agree and said? Then why was Mike. K in my meetings if he's not a manger why did you say If ever ask Mike he's a Maneger now it's he's not? And that not even the main point! You told my union guy! That you asked everyone in the store and they told you I never went in you told my union guy i was fired for never going in when I was nerver ever put on a schedule on paper or online with I was looking cuz my Union person told me always check online I was nerver shown where I was on the schedule.. I was fired cuz Will lied because I told Will you lie to get me fired when Mike. K said he remembers it all and if I need him to go to court to be put on record I won't lie... Will said I don't remember mike dosnt count? I have prof of rongfull ten nation discrimination cuz of my past in person when I was younger witch was none of his business.. I loved working for Ralph's untell Will got there I asked realph to put me on night crew and befor he could Will fired me when he was out on medical I've been so sick from stress that he's givin me deaths in my family... now I'm gone make it a point too make sure that Will from store 53 is exsposed so he can't harm any one eles like he's harmed me and my family I have people to verify him trying to discriminate against my past and people that will prove his dissetfulnes how he lied to my union guy and realy screed me... Will once told me a man that has a job show man up too it.. and I said your right when a man mess upshould owne up to it Will said yes they should.. so I told Will like when a man is hired to aatch store and baby sit and the stores not runing right it should fall on them because there payed to train watch and make sure everything's ran right so when a store is messing up who's fault is it the man that was payed so much to baby sit train and watch everyone should be punished right because if nothing is runing right it's not are falt it's the manegers because your not doing your job right but instead are blaming everyone eles... if a ship is not the crews falt it's the capts falt for not lieding they right but "Will" did not talk that very well he head agresion towards me for the fact that I was right.. tires come to
My eyes when I think how I went out of my way for are customers and coworkers... to think of the maner I was discarded in breaks my heart and I would like for you too know what time of person you have in charge and I'm gone make sure I exspose him and all the pictures I have on how they run a store and how dirty and all the secrets how filthy they let the store be ran in and server the people with... hundreds of pictures on the store... Kroger pharmacist aid

Yes me my wife mom and dad each get out scripts from the pharmacy at kroger on starlight in Owensboro kentucky and there is a cashier slash pharmacy aid named stacey that is very hateful rude and mean she never smiles and treats us and everyone else like trash. We all will continue to complain until shes gone or put where she cant deal with public its obvious shes on drugs and thinks she dont haft work like shes rich and shes just not gonna do nothing but make customers go else where.

Kroger handicap access

For store with terrible customer service already, the store at 3612 N. Beltline has outdone themselves. They have closed the entrance next to the Handicap parking to add a online pickup service. This requires your handicapped customers to walk the length of the store, with no sidewalk, in order to enter the store. This seems to be a short sighted decision considering there is a Safeway store across the street that offers much more accessible access.

Kroger Manager on duty

Had a discrepancy on my receipt. On monday, july 16th around 6pm. Tried to work it out with the manager on duty. Scott (atlanta, georgia?)

I purchased 6 of the chicken milanese (cold) from the deli at 0.99/each, but rang up as $23.60 for 6.
I used my fresh perks card. I used my foodshare card as well.

I have been able to purchase them (cold) before with the foodshare card, as with any other cold prepared food from the deli. But if thats not the case anymore, i understand.

My issue was with the way Scott, the manager on duty I believe, and the way he handled it.
He quickly got agitated, and tossed my receipt at me when I tried to explain what it does and does not cover, and that I bought the item recently this way no problem.

It eventually got handled by (Jullia?) I believe her name was. Ive never had a problem with anyone else at this store ever, theyre all great, I just dont think Scott handled that situation well at all. He would be a reason for me not to shop there anymore.

I mentioned I used to do his job for some years prior, so that I could relate with him that I understand the pricing issue wasnt his fault. His response, "Want the job back?!"

Im not one to send complaints, but his attitude and demeanor shouldnt be acceptable. Not sure how they do things in Georgia, but Monroe should be better than that.

Kroger unethical behavior by employee!

Went to Kroger`s in Springboro, Ohio and sent 15 dollars to a family friend, not realizing it i sent it in her middle name, Nicole Hill, but her id says Kimberly N Hill, so i go back to Kroger`s to fix my mistake, the lady working starts asking me all these questions, do you know her, how?I said that is non of your business, she then got very loud and ruder, said it was her business..I did not say anything else but i will be contacting management, she then fix my mistake and handed me the paper!There has to be laws against this kind of questioning..been going to Kroger`s all my life, 55 years, never thought i see the day id be treated like scum...Think i might just file a complaint with the BBB too!

Kroger refused to return defective tracfone

First of all have been shopping at this store loyally since it opened and I worked at kroger for 15 years! I have never been treated like this before I am seeking a refund of $39.99+ tax=43.29. I mean you sell a defective product, you take care of your customer and return it to the vendor. On 7-4-18 my husband and I bought a phone for my birthday and it didn't work so we took it back the next day (7-5-18) my husband went in to get a refund and your stacy told him they don't refund for phone and yes he asked for a manager and so called manager named yesinia mendes came to counter and said that no refund for phone. When we bought the phone he asked the girl that sold it to him (aime) could it be return if something wrong with it, she said yes (I was standing right there and heard it myself) my husband came back to the car said the manager (yesenia mendes) would not refund it so we walked back in stacy called the manager 4 times and she never came. We were there for 45 min to hour* (while we were standing there waiting another gentleman came to counter and asked to get new kroger card to replace his worn out card and he wanted to transfer his points over to new card so stacy told him that he had to do that online, he said that he couldn't do that and stacy and another employee again told him that he had to do that online... He just left mad and frustrated... I know that the customer service personnel can do that because they have done it for me before... Also while standing there waiting we noticed 3 opened boxes of the same phone sitting on the counter, probably returned defective like this one! I just pointing out the inferior service attitudes that are in this store) so my husband said that he was going to leave the phone there and take a picture of it sitting on the counter so he would have proof that he let it there for when he disputes the purchase on the credit card and stacy threatened to call the police and sue him for taking the picture... Really! So, I look up she (yesinia mendes) was hiding behind a display so I walk over to her and ask if I could talk to her and she said I told the guy u r with no refunds have a good day - I try to tell her when we got the phone they said we could being it back and she look at me and said no refund have a good day - I told her is this the way she does her customers and she said again have a good day and I said she was a [censored] for not coming over to talk to me like a manager should, never have I ever been treated this way - this store has gone down since she has been there I have seen her jump all over her employees in the store when she could be heard for isles away - I spend over 100.00 to 150.00 a week and I will never go back to that store.in fact over the past couple of months I have had to go to tom thumb because this kroger is more often out of things and frankly the attitudes and service here are getting too bad. I worked for kroger for 15 years and I know that this is not the kroger way!

Kroger employee

Today my sister and I returned some items about an hour after purchasing because my sister got the wrong things on my mothers list and it was very expensive so my mom wanted to return what was wrong and buy what she wanted. from the start the employee Angel was very rude and acted like she couldn't do the return with a receipt and it being brought back within an hour, her manager walked away and when this happened she gave me a dirty look and said you understand that these cold items have to be thrown away don't you and huffed like we were horrible people. I told her i understood but it was a lot of money and my mother wants to get the correct items. she kept rolling her eyes and asked her manager to take over because apparently we were too hard to deal with. we come in kroger every week and spend tons of money so now we are driving to a new kroger where you actually get customer service. when we left she scowled at us and sighed like thank goodness we left. worst customer service ever, i personally work in customer service and it wasn't until i mentioned this that Angel would even do the return.

Wrote a $19.89 check in the self checkout when I remembered I had forgotten my Drivers license, Miss in charge Vickie refused to take my check . When I asked if she could get a managers approval she refused to call anyone and said she could not except a check with no Drivers licence. Store policy period. ?
I told her I would run home to get it. When I returned about 8-10 minites later my cart was gone with my bagged items, -- she ignored my presents and continued to be chating with someone.
I asked another clerk about my cart and he said he knew my milk had been put back, was'nt sure about the rest of the items.
I went up the the front and asked for a manager to be paged.
Cody the asst. manager came---very nice young man, listened to my complant and said if he was called he would have ok a check for under $20---thank you.
Well I pointed out the blonde ponytailed middle aged white women who refused to call for a manager, --- so we both walked up to her and Cody began asking her about the matter.
Miss Vickie very matter of factly contintued to hold her ground and was telling Cody that he was wrong and it was just not done like that at Krogers .
Once again she said against store policy.

I spoke up and said just how rude and unfriendly she was, and how their customer service was nonexistence.
I have been shopping at this store for the last 4-5 yrs. and this is not the first complant that I've had.
It's always been with the front end women and the customer service department when there is a problem.
It's these middle aged older hateful front end women kroger has running the show and they do just as they please, depending on the mood their in.
Miss Sue is also someone who needs to not be in the customer service dept.
She too has had many complaints brought up against her too.
The way I see it ----is it really wroth losing a customer over a $19 check because Miss Vickie refused to call for an OK.-- Really, how does that help Krogers ?

If I was writing a $50 check or more I would understand better her attitude, but not a little amount of $19- an aproval is all that was needed to keep everyone happy.
