The last two boxes of mac n cheese I fixed, the macaroni cooked to mush after 7 minutes! I did not over cook it! Both boxes were still in date. I have been buying this product for years and I am not sure I will ever buy more! It makes absolutely no sense to me that my complaint is too short! How many times can I say that the macaroni cooked to mush!

Possibly urgent! I purchased product [protected] (Upc code) 4/10/17 at walmart in st. Joseph missouri. I had them in a refrigerator (Unopened). I opened one of the snack duos and gave them to my boys. They ate all the cheese and crackers and some of the ham. One of them told me they didn't like the ham cuz it was frozen. I put what was left in the microwave on defrost for 5 seconds and it started popping. I pulled it out and noticed a burn mark on one piece of ham, didn't think much of it, so I put it back in on half power for a few more seconds to defrost it and the ham started sparking! There is black burnt spots on some of the ham along with a strong burnt smell. I have added videos for you to see if you are interested. I didn't know if this could be a potential problem with your product so I thought I would share it with you. We purchase and enjoy your product regularly. I just think you should warn everyone about this potential side effect. I had an AWFUL experience with this product. My boyfriend and I decided that we needed to give up pop and drink more water, and we started using MiO to help us accomplish this goal. We knew that MiO probably wasn't the greatest thing health-wise, but we thought it might help the transition to more water/less pop.

Anyway...within a day of drinking this, I got a UTI. I did not connect it to MiO at that time, but went to the doctor. I was prescribed three antibiotics over the course of several weeks, all the while washing them down and drinking tons of water...with MiO. The doctors said I did not have an infection anymore, but the symptoms continued to worsen. Pain radiating on one side, etc. More doctor visits, more antibiotis, missed work, all the time feeling worse and worse. I became convinced I must have some kind of cyst because of how much pain I was in and that fact that the doctor was it wasn't an infection anymore and they couldn't understand why my symptoms continued to worsen.

Finally, my boyfriend had the thought that maybe it could be connected to MiO. We googled it and found many other people who had the same problem! I stopped using the MiO drops and all symptoms cleared up in two days. I think Kraft should let people know that this is a side effect. It could have saved me weeks of money and pain. What a horrible experience! And just for the record, I have no food allergies or sensitivities, nothing like that - this is the only and only time I have been affected this way by something I ingested. I feel like if Kraft isn't going to tell people about this then I should be on message boards, etc. getting the word out.

Hello, I purchased a four pack of microwave single serve Kraft macaroni and cheese. The date and code on the bottom of the cup are as follows..09 Oct 2017 and 1257 CP47 at the Kroger on 21 mile and card road macomb mi. Upon returning home and opening up the four pack I opened up one cup. After pulling back the plastic seal I found a medium length black hair among the seasoning and noodles. My 5 boys and I love you Mac and cheese needless to say this disappointing and we hope it never happens again.

Good afternoon, My wife purchased a lunchable Sunday night 04/09/17 at Tops Grocery store in Camden NY for my daughter to take to school on Monday morning and when my daughter opened the lunchable to eat it the ham was covered in green mold therefore she was unable to eat lunch yesterday. The expiration date on the lunchable says May 22, 2017 so it was far from its expiration. I took pictures if you would like them. The UPC number is [protected]

My husband put a fork full of the prepared product in his mouth. He bit down on a large chunk of glass, cutting his tongue and lip. I prepared this product using only a stainless steel cooking pot and rubber spatula. NO GLASS was used in the preparation.
A photo of the piece of glass/front and back/ is included with this complaint. I do not own any kitchenware with this type of glass

I purchase this item on 4/4/17 open it on 4/7/17. This product is absolutely appalling there is a large amount of mold growing o the product even though the sale by date is marked 5/15/17. Luckily I didn't send this with a child who may have gone without lunch or worse have consumed this product without thinking. This makes me question the reliability of brand altogether. I don't even care to get a replacement for this product since the quality of this brand is questionable. This product is supposed to make Lunch quick and easy but that doesn't mean the food provided should be poorly preserved and package.

On Tuesday April 4th I made a sandwich with Kraft peanut butter and strawberry jam.
When I swallowed my last mouthful, I felt a horrible scratching sensation in my throat, and had to wash it down with a large class of water!
After examining the peanut butter, I noticed this foreign matter in the jar.
I have saved the jar and foreign matter.
Please advise what to do.

My family loves Kraft, but when I was making my kids after school snack, the cheese was cut down the middle, not the outside package, but the middle and it was only about 8 slices, some of them are cut all the way across twice. And the weird part was we have use the cheese, and it's the middle part of one side. I went through the rest and the other side of the cheese, it was only the middle of one side.

I recently purchased multiple Extra Cheesy Pizza Lunchables from my local supermarket. I was very excited, as I love lunchables and rarely have the opportunity to enjoy them. However, i was extremely disappointed when I began making my mini pizzas and noticed that the cheese was not separated. By this, I mean the the cheese strips I am supposed to disperse around my pizza was in blocks, meaning I could not properly enjoy my lunchable. I thought this was most likely a mistake and would only occur once, but this was the case in ALL THREE of my lunchables. I have been a loyal customer for as long as I can remember, but this is completely unacceptable and something must be done within your quality control department. I look forward to hearing back from you to know that you have taken this message seriously and plan to do something about, and I speak for all of your customers when I say we demand and hope for better lunchables in the future. A Lunchable is my late night snack when I am working late. I hate to admit but I go through about 20 Lunchable a week. This one was bought at my local Wal-Mart about 2 days ago, and I eat the first pc of turkey and shees on a cracker ... without looking down I eat the second one and it had a very strange taste and feel in my mouth, then I looked down and saw what is pictured below. I wanted to email Kraft but they don't provided a email address or a form email where you can attach a picture. But I know I can post the picture to face book... That must be what they want a customer to do that is not happy.

Please stop supporting them by advertising on this show. I am a 61 year old white woman who finds this racist behavior appalling. I will not buy any products sold by companies that enable this disturbing show.

I purchased this Lunchable today, at a Kroger store. When we opened the Lunchable, no cheese was included. Instead, an extra cookie had been jammed in the place where the cheese is usually located. Also, the packaging indicates that Vanilla Creme cookies were included. Instead, they were Lemon Cream. This was quite a disappointment. Could you possibly send a refund or coupons for another one?

March 26, 2017 at approximately 5pm at the Co-op in Warman, SK we purchased 1 box of KD Smart Three Cheese. I opened the box and was in absolute shock with the lack of pasta in the box! It was less than 1/3 full! I am not impressed. I spent $2.59 on this box and I am not happy. It made barely enough to feed 1 person, so back to the store we go to buy another product that actually fills their boxes! I do not think this is a good value for my money if the amount when cooked is not enough to feed one person.

This is the third time that I have bought my kids uploaded lunchables with only one Hershey kiss. Your picture shows two, and we usually get two. I know it does not sound like a big deal, but get your quality service together. I don't like looking at the disappointment in my daughters, and I want what I pay for. Get it together, and give what is pictured each and every time, so that I can continue to buy your products without fear of my daughters disappointment in you.6-Inch Turkey + Cheddar

I bought 2 packages of cheese from safeway. Made a sandwich for my son's lunch, and when he said it tasted funny, I opened the pack and I noticed mold on the bottom! I opened the 2nd pkg i bought and and there was also mold, a lot more and on the side... I went to return those to safeway but did not want to rebuy from that location..thinking it was maybe the safeway. Next day I went to another safeway to purchase cheese, and I saw mold in one of the packages. I opted to buy safeway cheese instead. This is so frustrating that now I need to doubt if it's safe to buy your cheeses. Luckily my son did not get sick from the pc he ate! I have pictures in case u need to do some sort of recall, which I suggest. Thanks

I bought a jar of Kraft mayo 2 weeks ago at save a lot in Dover Foxcroft Maine. I use mayo on my bologna sandwiches and I have used it 3 times. Every time I've found egg shells so I inspected a few tablespoons. There is egg shells throughout my whole jar.
I usually buy hellmans but was trying to shop cheaper. I have a 14 month old nephew that also loves bologna sandwiches. I want this resolved.

I went to make a box of cheese which was purchased within the last 2 weeks. I opened the box of maccaroni and poured it into a bowl to boil. When I put water in the bowl I noticed there were multiple bugs floating in the water. There is no possible way the bugs are from the water because I used tap water, and it was not from the bowl because I cleaned the bowl right before using it.

On march 14, 2017, I went to make your stove top stuffing, and after my water boiled. I opened the box to find no seasoning in the box, only bread crumbs, how can you have a product with only 1/2 the ingredients in it!
This was very upsetting, since we were in a snow store that day, and couldn't get out to the store.
I was counting on your product that day, I already made a turkey, and needed the stuffing!

The cheese I purchased could not be returned to the store because I had it flown into my location with other groceries. I have included photos which will give you all of the information. The expiration date is far into the future. But as you can see from the photos, the cheese was not good. I would like a coupon for cheese, or a refund. Please contact me.

I am not a company. I'm a consumer but I will be damned if I can find a place to email that looks as if it is set up for a single customer who purchased your product and is dissatisfied. Why do you make this so difficult?
