Why is this product now de ranged from all Woolworth's stores. The manager at the store I buy it from said it was because the company Mundella could not keep supply up so Woolworths deleted it. I contacted Mundella myself and was told that the deletion was not due to supply problems but was a Woolworths head office decision to de range it.
Not only am I furious about my favourite yogurt disappearing off the shelf but the fact that the store manager lied to me about why the product was no longer stocked.
This yogurt has the best health benefits of any Woolworths stock. Woolworths are forcing me to buy a yogurt that I do not want to buy by deleting this range of Mundella.
As a result I will no longer shop at any Woolworths store. Your continuing de ranging of products consumers want to purchase is why you are losing customers over other retailers. If you do not listen to what customers want you will continue to lose them, and I am now another ex Woolworths customer.
