Klarna / Varning för Klarna
I bought contacts from www.lensstore.se in May 2015 . I got an invoice from Klarna.se sent to my e-mail and I payed for the product on time. A month later I get a mail from Segoria (SAME company as Klarna sitting in the SAME building) stating that I hadn't payed and wanted to charge me a debt collection fee and a late payment fee along with another payment for the contacts. And if I don't do it in 8 days the company would involve the enforcement authority. I checked my bank account and found out that I had written the plusgiro number wrong but the OCR reference number correct. I could not believe it, I seldom write my numbers wrong. But I had proof that I tried to pay cause I wrote the OCR number correctly and it even said lenstore.se. But Segoria, Klarna and Lensstore refuse to cooperate or show any understanding. I still had to pay double the amount for my contacts and I'm not sure if I'll ever get my money back from wherever I accidentally sent it. And on top of that lots of phone calls and wasted time. I am human, I make mistakes, but I did try to pay. I did not ignore the due date. Please guys, avoid e-stores that use Klarna e-payment. If you plan on opening up an e-store, save your business by not involving Klarna.
