I wouldnt even give these guys 1/4 stars!!! It was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with making an online purchase. I purchased a size 8.5 wedding ring on the website. They shipped out the ring to me and it seemed like everything was fine until i tried it on. It was too big. I took it to the stores in my area and they all said that it was a size 9 and not an 8.5. So i called them up and they agreed to send me out a new one, and they even tried to get me to pay the return shipping!!! So I sent it back, and waited about 2 weeks to receive my new ring but I got nothing. I checked my status online and there was no information on the subject. I called them once again and they said that they had just received my ring, and that it would take 3 days to process before they could ship me out the correct size. So i waited another week, and NOTHING!!! So i call them back up, and to my surprise, they tell me that they dont have rings in that size. so i ask them if they are getting any new ones in so that they can ship them out to me, and they again repeated, that they do not have any in stock...###s. SO then I say " so let me guess, I am assuming that because I ordered an 8.5, and you guys didnt have anymore, you went ahead and shipped me a size larger in hopes that I wasnt going to notice?" then the customer service lady says " most people can wear a size larger and not notice"...I could not beleive that they intentionally sent me the wrong size of ring just to save their own ###. So I called her out on it and all she said was " I'm very sorry, we wont get that size of ring for another 4 to 6 weeks, I can go ahead and refund your money...and I'll tell ya what, I will even waive the restocking fee"...!!! HAHAHAHA I couldnt believe the audacity of this woman...who later turned out to be the manager...and how she was trying to do me a favor by not making me pay the 15% restocking fee for returning an item. They are an absolute horrible company to do business with!!! DO NOT TRUST!!!

    That's strange. I've made multiple orders with KingIce.com without any problems. One of my orders was out of stock, similar to your situation, but it was taken care of promptly. They even refunded my shipping cost.
