Neopets
I sent my score on igloo garage sale and it wouldn't let me cash in! It said "suspicious user" but it was me! My username is Jensim1749 and I have played Neopets for a long time. My email is [protected]@gmail.com I scored of 30, 000 on igloo garage sale. I am guessing I did so well the computer didn't realise it was me. Can you remedy this issue? I need to be able to send my scores.
Desired outcome: To be able to send my scores no matter how well I do

I have called, which they only have Voicemail and also emailed several times. We have given our names and emails and said we are continuing to be charged monthly fees even though they keep stating that we have a "free" account. We also have asked to be refunded as we were charged AGAIN as we were in the middle of cancelling it. They still haven't cancelled us because they state it is a free account but our bank account shows differently.
Jumpstart Customer Servicese agreed to issue a refund for unauthorised purchase by a minor, it has been almost 4 months, Customer Service has blocked my email, and have possibly deleted all communications.
Neopets
This is regarding one of their game sites they purchased awhile back...They now own neopets.com and while its a fun site its very glitchy often people get frozen for no reason and the support team rarely looks at the support tickets...Some people have been waiting years! They will NOT answer emails or facebook messages either! Their customer service sucks big time! Jumpstart seems to be unwilling or unable to fix these issues! Don't trust this company!
Note its neopets that doesn't respond to messages not Jumpstart...I just tried emailing them so we will see if they bother to answer about the neopets issues!
My Mother's Neopets account was frozen last month for no reason. I submitted a support ticket on 12/20/16 and the support team has yet to look at it. I have since made several attempts to contact them, both through their support e-mail address and on social media and they are not responding. I have contacted Jumpstart through their support address yesterday and received notification that my request for assistance had been received, but have yet to hear back from them with a solution.
This is not a complaint exactly, it's more like a follow up message. Jumpstart, can you please help? The ticket number is ## [protected]. Neopets doesn't have a phone number and I really need to speak to someone about resolving this issue. I'm running out of options/ideas. My Mother has had this account for nearly 15 years and has never had any problems, nor has she ever violated the Neopets terms of service. Over the last 15 years, she has put a lot of time and real money into not only earning her "dream pets", but building up the account in general and I don't want to see her lose it all unfairly.
I was locked out of my account in September due to a password glitch. It took me until the end of November to get back in, after a lot of effort. If I had one complaint/suggestion to offer it would be that the customer service for Neopets is essentially non-existent. You can see for yourself by looking at the comment section of their Facebook page. I don't know what it's like for the other gaming websites that Jumpstart owns, but something really needs to be done about this. If this is what using Neopets is going to be like from now on, the website might as well be shut down. That would break my heart because I've always loved it. :(
Membership cancellation
I can't cancel the membership. Can't call anyone, they keep recurring charge my credit car. Emailed and they replied they couldn't find my account! This is a scam!

Unauthorized recurring fees
KAI Jumpstart has posted a recurring fee that is unauthorized for the past 12 months. It was very difficult to cancel my account. When I asked for a refund, I was refused any monies due back. The representative I spoke with was belligerent and refused to give me the direct contact information for his supervisor. Do NOT due business with this organization.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Recurring Charges
I signed my child up via the website to play educational games. After a while, she complained that she was unable to play a lot of the games because she needed a membership. I paid for a 1 month membership. Then started getting billed monthly via my credit card. The number listed [protected] has been "temporarily unavailable". Finally I called a number listed on one of their websites and I am awaiting confirmation that the account has been cancelled.
Going through the same issue. Why is this company still up in business? Someone needs to report them to the Business Bureu. I have been charged twice monthly for the past year and my credit card company can not stop the charges. The KAI Jumpstart company will not answer my emails and their number on file has an answering service that has its mailbox full, go figure! Desperate! They have taken over $300 from me. Anyone knows how to reach them and have them stop billing?
Contact your bank or credit card company. I too have been going around with Jumpstart. Tomorrow, I will be in contact with the bank to head them off from another charge. This is terrible! There needs to be a class action suit against them.
This company uses deceptive practices to make money. I sent the required email to cancel my account and they promptly ignored it and kept charging me. There is no way to contact them, and that's the way they like it. Somebody do something!
I have been being charged for over a year now...there seems to be no way out...
I am having a same exact issue as above mentioned dated April 22nd, 2015, and many other very similar complaints mentioned here by many. Seriously need to do something to stop them.
I work with these types of payments, please contact your Bank and ask them to cancel ALL (FDCP's) future dated card payments to the merchant. you can cancel your card, however it does sometimes forward on the payment to the new card via the VISA system. also the merchant can change their name to debit the payment but the bank should be offering refund as its not the customers fault
I have been trying to cancel my membership since February of this year.. I have sent numerous emails. I have called many times, most of which were not answered. I have left several voicemails as well. This place is a scam! I am so frustrated. I am going to file a fraud report today and have my card shut off.
I signed my son up for the membership because he was very interested in what the others perks of being a member could do. I signed him up, he lost interest very quickly, I cancelled a week later, in January, and continue to be charged on my credit card. They claim the only way to cancel the membership is to email them at support@jumpstart.com and nothing has been resolved. I have sent 15 emails, i get an automated response each time that they have received my email and will be processed by their customer support team. I have also made MANY phone calls to [protected] and its an automated message that goes no where and if you press 0 it says the mailbox is full. I bet full with complaints. This is just horrible. I have no other options but to cancel my credit card, which upsets me very much because I have my monthly auto payments that I will have to go in with each individual company to change because of these crooks at Kai Jumpstart.
I have been trying since February to cancel my daughter's membership. I just filed a fraud dispute with my credit card company and canceled my card. I also called a very nice lady at JumpStart, Inc. and they ARE NOT the same people. Sadly she was used to irate customers calling her thinking she was KAI JumpStart. This is wrong on so many levels and I hope karma teaches them a lesson or two.
I have been trying for two weeks to contact support@jumpstart.com AND support@schoolofdragons.com to cancel my membership. I GET NO RESPONSE! The phone number on my bill ONLY has a voice recording. I can not believe this supposedly large company is getting away with this!
I have the same problems. I signed up for a one month membership for school of dragons and have been charged every month since.

Recurring monthly payment
My complaint is similar to Chopperman regarding recurring monthly payment for Jumpstart childrens' games. I need the email address for them, which is not on their website, so that I can contact them to stop the payments and if they do not, to then to provide evidence of the email contact and refusal to the relevant authorities and bank to initiate action to stop the payments.

Jumpstart.com is a learning game and seller to schools, I signed my daughter up for a 1 month trial for $4.99, being wary I could not find a cancel button so I contacted them 20 days later to see if I needed to cancel or it just expired. No response so I emailed them again. Nothing and then a $7.99 fee per month for 2 months. Again I called the 800 number...
