Greentoe Disappointing Customer Service and Strict Return Policy: My Experience with Greentoe

I recently purchased a Sony camera from Greentoe, but unfortunately, I did not receive an invoice paper with my order. I tried to contact their customer service team via email a few times, but I never received a response. This made it impossible for me to return the camera since I didn't have a receipt.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to dispute the transaction. Suddenly, the Greentoe team was quick to respond to my emails and provided me with the receipt I had been asking for. I was relieved to finally have proof of purchase, so I asked if I could still return the camera since I was not satisfied with the service and quality.

However, Greentoe informed me that their return policy only allows for returns within 30 days of purchase, and unfortunately, I had passed that deadline. I was extremely disappointed and confused by this response.

Overall, my experience with Greentoe was not great. While I eventually received the receipt I needed, it took a lot of effort on my part to get a response from their customer service team. Additionally, their return policy seems quite strict, which left me feeling frustrated and stuck with a camera I wasn't happy with.

Greentoe Buyer Beware: My Experience with Greentoe's Missing Offers and Credit Card Security

I tried to buy a TV and warranty coverage from Greentoe and made two offers on two different days. However, when I logged in to check "My Offers" for three consecutive days, I couldn't find any listings. I contacted customer service via email and they suggested that I log out and log back in to refresh the page. But even after doing that, my offers were nowhere to be found. I made the mistake of giving them my credit card information to keep on file "in case my offer was accepted." Now, I have to cancel my credit card and get a new one issued. So, be careful when dealing with Greentoe!

Greentoe Greentoe Review: Disappointing Experience with Delayed Processing and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Greentoe. I thought I found a good deal on a Sony OLED 65" TV, so I put in an offer on January 3. Lo and behold, my offer was accepted on January 7! I was stoked, let me tell ya. But now it's been 3 weeks and my account still says my offer is "being processed". What the heck, man?

I've tried reaching out to them through email and phone, but it's like they don't even exist. Ain't nobody answering my calls or responding to my emails. It's like they took my money and ran. I'm starting to think this whole thing is a scam.

I mean, I've seen some positive reviews online, but I'm starting to think those are just fake. Like, maybe Greentoe paid people to write good things about them. I don't know, man. All I know is that I'm out some money and I ain't got no TV to show for it.

So yeah, I wouldn't recommend Greentoe to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Greentoe Disappointing Experience with Greentoe: Order Cancelled, Payment Refunded, and No Response from Customer Service

So, I wanted to buy a Samsung washer and I found Greentoe website. I paid with PayPal and waited for almost a month, but I didn't get any updates. It kept showing processing, and I was getting worried. Then, I got an email from PayPal saying that my payment was refunded. But, when I checked the Greentoe website, it showed that my order was shipped. I was confused and frustrated, so I contacted their customer service. They told me that my order was cancelled and asked me to send them a screenshot of my order showing shipped. I did what they asked, but I still didn't get any response from them. It feels like a scam, and I'm really disappointed. I think it's not fair that they earn interest from our payments, and they don't even deliver the products we ordered. It should be illegal!

Greentoe Greentoe Review: Does the Online Marketplace Really Save You Money?

I recently had an experience with Greentoe, an online marketplace that claims to save you anywhere from 10% to 40% on your purchases. I was in the market for a new lens for my Fuji XT2 camera and had my sights set on the 56mm f/1.2. After doing some research, I found that the lens was priced at $899.99 on most online retailers.

That's when I decided to give Greentoe a try. I was intrigued by the idea of being able to negotiate a lower price for the lens I wanted. After all, who doesn't love a good deal? Greentoe's advertising promised me just that.

I submitted my offer of $851 and waited for a response. After a few rounds of bidding, the best counter offer I received was $879. While this was a savings of about 2.5%, it wasn't quite the 10% to 40% that Greentoe had advertised. Plus, the multiple rounds of bidding were a bit of a hassle.

In the end, I decided to pass on the offer and purchase the lens at its full price. While I appreciate the concept behind Greentoe, it seems that not all products are created equal when it comes to discounts. It appears that TV sets may be more likely to fall into the discounted category, but Fuji lenses do not.

Overall, my experience with Greentoe was just okay. If you know exactly what you want and it's something that typically gets discounted, then you may be able to score a deal. Greentoe Greentoe Review: Unreliable and Untrustworthy - Avoid at All Costs

I was looking for a bbq grill and came across Greentoe. They had a good price advertised, so I decided to go through the entire process. I gave them my financial information and was obligated to go through with the deal if my "offer" was accepted. In this case, they advertised the price, and I was actually accepting the price they listed. They accepted my "offer," and I was happy.

However, days later, they notified me that they don't actually have the item. I was shocked and disappointed. They told me that if I let them hold onto my $1128.00, they anticipate being able to ship it out in several months! What a scam! I was so angry and frustrated.

I would advise everyone to avoid Greentoe. They are not reliable and trustworthy. They wasted my time and money. I regret ever dealing with them. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake I made.

Greentoe Disappointing Experience with Greentoe and Appliance Connection: A Review

I bought a dishwasher on Black Friday from Greentoe and it was a pretty good deal. But then they sent it to Appliance Connection to ship it to me and I was like, "Oh no, not them again." I've had some bad experiences with Appliance Connection before, so I was worried. But I got an email saying the dishwasher was on its way and would be here by the next Friday.

Well, that didn't happen. Appliance Connection just canceled my order without telling me why. I had to call them to find out what was going on. They said their shipper dropped them or something. I don't know, it sounded fishy to me.

Anyway, I was pretty upset about the whole thing. I mean, I was looking forward to having a new dishwasher and now I had to start all over again. I contacted Greentoe and they said they would take care of it. But then I never heard back from them.

Overall, I'm not too happy with the whole experience. I mean, the dishwasher was a good deal, but the shipping and customer service were a mess. I don't think I'll be using Greentoe again anytime soon.

Greentoe Poor Service and No Price Match Guarantee from Greentoe for LG Refrigerator Purchase

So, I recently bought a LG Refrigerator from Greentoe for $1900, which included taxes. However, I faced some issues with their service. Firstly, I had selected in-house drop, but the delivery people said that only curbside delivery was covered. When I reached out to Greentoe, they happily blamed it on the seller and initiated communication, but I haven't received any response till date.

To add to my woes, the price of the refrigerator fell down by $180 within a week, thanks to Labor Day. So, I reached out to Greentoe again, asking for a price match. But, they played the "We just felicitate" card and passed the buck to the seller. Even though the seller was selling it for $180 less, there was no response from them.

I am not happy with the way Greentoe handled my issues. I don't like companies that do not stand by their services. I might pay more, but I won't buy from Greentoe again!

Greentoe Mixed Experience with Greentoe: Issues with Vendor Communication and Credit Card Processing

So, I was looking for a new TV and decided to give Greentoe a try. I found a 65 inch LG TV that I liked and put in an offer. To my surprise, my offer was accepted! I was excited to get my new TV, but then I ran into some issues.

Greentoe sent me a reply in my app telling me that I could click on "more information" to see who the vendor was. But when I clicked on it, there was no vendor information available. I was confused, so I decided to email Greentoe to ask for help.

They replied to my email and told me that the vendor was very busy and it might take up to 48 hours to get a response. I was a little frustrated, but I decided to wait. The next day, Greentoe sent me another email saying that the vendor was having problems processing my credit card and couldn't verify my identity. They said they didn't know what the vendor's difficulty was, but if I sent them my work email, that might help in processing the credit card.

I was a little confused by this, because earlier they had said they didn't know what the problem was. Now they were guessing what might fix it. I replied to their email and told them that I didn't have a work email, but they could call me at the phone number I gave them so we could talk and resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them yet. I'm still waiting for a call or even a follow-up email. It's been a few days now, and I'm starting to feel like this was a waste of time. I'm disappointed that I haven't been able to get my new TV, and I'm not sure if I want to use Greentoe again in the future.

Overall, I think Greentoe has some issues that need to be addressed. It's frustrating to not be able to get in touch with the vendor, and it's even more frustrating when Greentoe doesn't seem to know what's going on. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

Greentoe Greentoe Review: Good Savings, But Be Prepared for Potential Delivery Issues

Greentoe is a pretty good website that can save you a lot of money. I think their system is pretty good, but sometimes things can go wrong. I ordered a TV for $3000 and when it arrived, the screen was broken. I followed the reseller's instructions and sent it back, but then things got tricky. The delivery company didn't know what to do and it took a long time to get my money back. Greentoe doesn't have control over the process once they hand it over to the reseller, so they can't help you if something goes wrong. They also don't have live customer service, so you have to email them if you need help. It took almost a month and a lot of calls and emails to get my money back. If you're willing to take a chance on a trouble-free delivery, Greentoe might be a good choice for you. But if you don't want to risk having your money tied up for a long time, you might want to go to a big store and pay a little more.

Greentoe lg oled 65 inch

greentoe.com don't answer there phones or chat. they selectively email you depending on if they think they getting your money. they will not tell you where there located after many emails. the emails is only way they will communicate with you. I had 6 hdtvs I was bidding on an they canseled all my tvs after I emailed them an complained to them to not tell the dealers my price im willing to pay. this put up a red flag an I began to investigate them. I lost out on a good deal at buydig superbowl weekend because of it. after reading many reviews from this company. I think some guy out of his basement is calling companies for lower prices. if you have a problem you own your own. the legit companys you buy from will not cover your warranty because you bought through a third party which is greentoe. greentoe will leave you high an dry if the retailers send you a bad tv etc. they will ignore your emails to them if you get bad product. you might receive your goods or you might not but you not going to get a warranty from a authorized dealer like greentoe says. if it sounds too good to be true then it proberly is. I tried to warm people on slickdeals.net but slickdeals.net blocked my email on there sight. they basically covered for greentoe getting over on people with not legit warranties from authorized dealers. greentoe is a scam.

Don’t deal with the scammers from the website www. Greentoe.com. I registered on the website and wanted to by some things, but after i offered my price, these jerks started to take this sum from me. They didn’t inform me as well as they ignored my emails. Scam, scam, so be careful if you deal with them and post comments about your experience with them. Really horrible company and someone must stop them.
