I got my package yesterday, a phone techno w5 lite after allowing it to charge, I powered it on and it immediately started to reboot itself and it keeps on poping the message that unfortunately some apps have stoped, its gives me so much trouble I would really love it if you exchanged it for me and replaced it with a better working phone. I don't expect a new phone to behave the way it is. my phone number is [protected].
