I have sent a De-Registration forms on the 21 February 2017 because i had moved jobs and they taking me to school. Responded as follows :

No one contacted me, i followed up as follows:

Good Day

I still havent got any feedback from support about de-registration and still expected to pay the fees
I fee this is intentionally dragged so i can keep on paying, upon registration, i was kept on the loop with everything, but when cancelling, its more difficult than when registering, people dissapear and expect payments, can someone assist.

The telephone i received was to find out if someone did get back to me with regards to the de-registration, then she told me to contact you again and find out of the progress, i still get sms that i must pay, and i have no formal email, letter or call that tells me that the course is de-registered, i am still waiting and 14 days passed long time ago
