I'll start with one obvious fact: my order never arrived and moreover, it never left their warehouse. What's the reason? I don't know, but I assume it's just their careless attitude they give us.
If the order never left the warehouse it still means it's in stock. And no matter how hard I tried to contact them and figure everything out, my actions were absolutely useless. They never understood what I wanted and told me they can't influence what's happening in the warehouse.
Oh god, just call them and say my order number, tell them it was forgotten to be sent and make sure they shipped it. Is it so difficult to do????

    I am having the same problem! Order made Nov 25th and I got notice that the order was shipped on Nov 28th, but I got a package containing only 1 item out of the 51 items I ordered! I have sent several emails and have not received any responses to date! This is the very first order I have made from Hollar, and I will NEVER do it again!!
