HMSHost food at steak & shake outlet

Stopped at StoreID 4PASSE23 (PA Turnpike, Highspire Travel Plaza) for dinner at your Steak & Shake franchise. 11/16/2017 at 5:25pm. Our burgers were tepid, and the fries were room temperature. This was after a wait for the food, when clearly the food had been sitting out for a while.

Also, one bun crumbled ascthe burger was bein eaten.

I expect better from Steak &Shake, and from HMS Host.

There should be a max period prepared hot food is allowed to cool before it must be discarded as too old. That was not followed here.

HMSHost horrible food

On 11/12/17 we stopped at the Blue Mountain Travel Plaza at 6:50pm on the PA Turnpike to grab a quick bite to eat. We went to Roy Rogers store ID: 4PARRS19, and check # 8502 we got two roast beef sandwiches, and fries to go. Both sandwiches were really dry, the buns were hard, and the fries tasted like they was cooked in old fryer grease. Being we was already back on the road we could not turn around and go back. Needless to say I am very upset paying $15.87 for food which we could not even eat.

HMSHost burger king food quality

On October 5, 2017, my husband and I were driving through PA to attend a wedding. We stopped for lunch at the Burger King at the New Stanton Travel Plaza at 1:31pm. The store ID is 4PABKG67.
We stopped there not only because we were hungry, but on a recent road trip, I stopped at a different Burger King and had a surprisingly good meal and excellent service.
Unfortunately, on our October 5th visit, the food was absolutely awful. We both ordered a variation of a crispy chicken sandwich and both were incredibly over salted. The french fries were also super salty, yet still tasted like cardboard. We were completely dumbfounded how the fries could be so salty yet taste like nothing at the same time.
My husband ended up not eating much of his meal while I struggled through it. We didn't go complain at the time because the line was tremendously long and we really did need to continue driving as time was an issue.
Our bill was $16.73. Seems a bit steep to pay for a sub-standard meal. We will not be returning to Burger King until the food quality is improved.

HMSHost starbucks coffee

I have 2 complaints regarding the Starbucks facilities located in terminal 8 at JFK airport. I have purchased my Starbucks coffee 2x in the outlet near gate 38 in the recent past, both with supposedly inoperative scanners, which disallowed not only my gift card funds but also never rewarded me the Stars when purchasing their products. Another incident just today at the food court which did not give me my free sandwich when prompted. Not for nothing but Starbucks is rather expensive, and any rewards given by numerous past purchases should be able to be logged into without issues! I feel that I should be compensated for my "lost" freebies which included one free item and $15.00 in "star points".

HMSHost starbucks/ho2/mid-shift/elder lady with white hair

Today she was yelling outside the store at a younger employee very loud and rudely. I come to Starbucks maybe twice out of the week because I travel a lot on business trips and I'm a known customer there at ho2. This is not the first time this has happenen. About two weeks ago on a Saturday she was yelling and using profanity at another younger employee that had a little height and weight on her with red hair. If I'm not mistaking her name is Ada. I couldn't really see her last name and I never keep my receipts so I couldn't tell you. All I wanted to bring to the company attention that this lady is really a bad look on the company. She makes Starbucks look bad and I really don't feel comfortable coming there anymore. She makes her team feels uncomfortable and scared an it's not right.

HMSHost coffee creamers (taste killers)

On September 16th 2017 @ 11:30 AM . My wife asked me to check with another bar in the airport about what kind of food they served. The waitress there, highly recommended we go to the Chop House @ the other end of the Airport, because the food was going to be much better, as she had worked @ both and had insider knowledge. After dragging our bags across the airport we were looking forward to the Cadillac experience before our flight home. I'm not a coffee drinker but have come to expect that bars tend to serve a better blend then you find elsewhere. The coffee was good until i added the creamer from hell to it . It was terrible, not Ivan the Terrible level, but pretty darn close. I couldn't finish it with out calling the Paramedics to resuscitate if i went into a coma. I got my wife to try it but she had to spit it out into her napkin. I mentioned it to the waitress, who said that they've forwarded complaints to the head office to no avail. She encouraged me to forward my concern (before they have to close it down for health reasons). Everything else was stellar : the food was great and came in a timely manner; the service was even better; and the ambiance was second to none. So if it's an austerity measure or some kind of experiment gone awry or simply poison mislabeled. It could be a military secret weapon to deter coffee drinkers. What ever it is you might want to try it yourself, and discover how well it can contort your face or just invest in proper creamers made from a natural source. It's more than a month laitter and the taste or lack there of stills lingers, like a ghost haunting our mamories.

HMSHost charlotte airport. philips seafood

On Sunday I sat at the bar with my husband, we ordered a Stella and Pinot Grigio wine. I was asked if I wanted 6 or 9 ounces, we had an hour before flight so got 9. What she didn't say was "by the way that's 22.75 for a glass of wine" she left the bill and drank from our drinks. Never would I have ordered such a high price drink. So my complaint is please advise the customer the amount before hand.

HMSHost service and no airline employee discount at the airport

Service was poor,
entire experience from sit down to walk out, took 1 hour and 24 minutes.
Customers were waiting in line to be seated, we were done and waiting for bill and return of credit card for over a half an hour.

Asked the server about a discount for Airline Personnel, "no, no discounts."

Please keep in mind that as a crew member of the largest airline that occupies this airport, and the fact that if it weren't for the airline, this restaurant would not be in business, I find it unacceptable that a discount is not offered to crew or employees of the air line.

I will be spreading the word about the service and no discount afforded crew members of the airline.

HMSHost personal pan pizza pepperoni

On 10/11/2017 visited store id#40hpht13 located at great lakes travel plaza (ohio) and purchased pizza and pop in the amount of $9.11, check#5692 served by judith #119129
pizza was horrible. The worst i have ever had at pizza hut,
the pizza was 'floating in sauce and cheese' to the point where i had to scrape the pepporini, sauce and cheese from the dough and ate the dough only. The sauce, pepporini and cheese actually ran off the dough it was on there that thick.
Horrible meal.

HMSHost longhorn steakhouse atlanta airport

I ordered a half prime rib sandwich with mixed greens salad. My husband ordered a whole prime rib sandwich. my "half" sandwich was literally half the size of one of his half pieces. I don't know if someone in the kitchen was hungry but for the price we paid, I feel cheated. If that's the standard you should change the menu to say 1/3 steak sandwich. To top it off, the mixed greens salad was all iceberg lettuce. I won't eat there again.

HMSHost chick-fil-a msp airport

So I approach the counter the lady (Jemember (maybe spelled wrong)) I ordered a #7 12 count she then asked my name and then asked if I wanted classic nuggets I said yes then she asked what sauce and drink. One of the other employees hand me my bag and she gets my Tea which I had to remind her what I ordered I go sit down open my bag to a 12 piece nugget that’s all (I ordered a meal) I go back to the counter the lady is still looking for me to give me my nuggets I told her I had my nuggets I needed my fries she advised me I didn’t get fries I only ordered nuggets I said no I ordered a #7 at this point a manger (Patti I believe is her name) got my attention and said she was getting my fries then I sit back down look at my receipt and she rang me in for a deluxe sandwich meal which is a $1 more than what I ordered I went back to the counter got Patti’s attention showed her she offered to fix it I told her that was not necessary she apologized again but I just mentioned that maybe just maybe she shouldn’t be on a register solo if she doesn’t understand the system and the guests at what point I was advised it was her 3rd day and she’s been doing “pretty good” well I beg to differ
I work in the service industry so I get it people have to learn and I know you guys probably get more bad responses then good ones but I felt this needed to be brought to someone’s attention.

This restaurant is regularly closed or refuses to serve certain items. There is a post it note on ice cream machines, for example, that say do not open or serve because staffing. It’s a constant. Now Wendy’s is always closed too. I understand that some places can’t keep employees, but this is all a bad reflection for next years airport of the year awards. Now they are all charging 4% or more hospitality fees. This is all very bad for passengers, as I hear them complaining as I walk up the concourses.

HMSHost cold fast food at burger king on indiana tollway

I travelled on the Indiana toll road 10/6/2017. Ordered food at Burger King #15306, CHK #3176, at 6:34 PM. (storeID: 4INBKG10)
The counter staff was friendly and pleasant, took the order efficiently. I waited 15 minutes for food. The order arrived, correctly, and was STONE COLD.
The counter staff appeared to be working to get the food out to the people waiting. But the quality of the food was less than adequate, temperature-wise. And the wait was long. Cold fries. Cold bun. Cold cheese. Cold burger.

HMSHost popeyes fried chicken

I ordered 5 pieces of chicken strips, paid and got back into my car. This is a toll road with no easy way to go back especially as it is currently in a construction zone. When I opened the box after I got back on the road there were only 3 pieces of chicken. I was traveling on a timeline and as I said, there is no easy way to go back without going miles out of your way and in and out of toll booths. This was a great disappointment . I travel that route regularly .

HMSHost starbucks store id 5933hd3 bad service

I first walked up to the counter and interrupted the three baristas' conversation regarding sausage with blood put into the sausage like some kind of delicacy. I work at a Starbucks and there is obviously no such thing. It took approximately 2 minutes for them to stop and acknowledge me. There was one female and two males. The one male went to the back and the female took my order while the other male made my drink. I was not asked if I had a Starbucks card or anything. I ordered a Trenta peach citrus white tea lemonade. It was for my husband. I asked the female if they honored the free drinks as I have six that will expire on November 1st. She said, oh, too late. You should have told me earlier. You can use it next time. Well, I'm not coming back before November 1st when they expire. So I grabbed my husband's drink and decided to then order my drink and use my rewards. I ordered a Trenta cool lime refresher with lemonade. No limes and berries instead. The male said he would charge me extra which we don't do in Arizona if you are trading a fruit for a fruit. He did not give me the limes that I paid for and only gave me a few berries when I asked for extra berries. When I got back to my husband which was five gates down, there was no lemonade in his drink. It seems like they didn't have any idea what they were doing and were only talking amongst themselves and I was an inconvenience. That's why it didn't look like they got any tips if they are allowed because their service was inadequate.

HMSHost starbucks coffee

Stop at the NYS thruway Store ID 4NYSTA09, purchased a medium coffee and a medium pumpkin spice latte. The total was $8.32. The two girls were busy discussing the customer before me, I was waiting for the latte and the girl seemed to be having a problem. She dumped out the milk and started over.
When I got my order the latte was terrible and my husbands coffee tasted like it had been sitting all day. I don't ever complain I usually love Starbucks but this was terrible. Very disappointed. Pattersonville Plaza. McKenzie #321619

HMSHost charges listed on menu boards should be what is rung up.

Because it's a hassle to juggle luggage, coats, etc., I approach food counters with the amount I expect to pay with tax included, based on your menu boards, in my hand. The menu board at this location is either wrong or your workers are making mistakes. I expected to pay $5.67 for a meal, according to the price on the board, but was instead charged $6.78, necessitating putting down all my belongings and digging around again for my purse. Incredibly irritating, and annoying enough to knock this store off the "quick and easy" list.

HMSHost lunch at chilis 2, t3. chicago ohare

Horrible. Absolutely worst margarita ever, tasted like sweetened powdered lemonade. Hamburger pure grease covered with RAW bacon. Service rude. Place not at all busy. And nearly $30 for that? I just hope I don't get sick

The overall flavor of the burget, ultimate bacon, was of rancid grease.

Will Never Never eat at another Chilis anywhere

HMSHost restaurant called "grounded in st. louis", storeid:stlgru01 lambert international airport

On the morning of October 5, 2017 at 7:11 a.m. stopped at this fast food restaurant at the airport to get breakfast
Service was not acceptable: (185466 Tseganes) Cashier not friendly nor helpful.
I ordered a Hearty Sunrise Sandwich and coffee.
I asked if they had milk for my coffee.
The cashier and another clerk looked at me as if to say are you nuts. The answer from cashier was no we don't have milk, the other girl muttered as she turned away, that is not our problem.
The breakfast cost me $11.92.
The sandwich did not look appetizing and just a mouth full of grease. The coffee was terrible tasting and I threw it out.
If I had thought of it I would have taken a picture but was more concerned that I needed to eat and go to the boarding gate prior to my flight leaving

Had to go to another fast food place to get my breakfast.

Traveling many hours and being hungry, we stopped off on the PA turnpike, store ID 4PARRS35. The young woman taking my order was very rude, threw my chicken sandwich bag at me, no thank you no eye contact. As I was sitting nearby to eat my food, I observed a gentleman ordering, she did the same thing to him, but was mad when asked for a tray to put his food and drink on, we spoke and he mentioned thatTraveling many hours and being hungry, we stopped off on the PA turnpike, store ID 4PARRS35. The young woman taking my order was very rude, threw my chicken sandwich bag at me, no thank you no eye contact. As I was sitting nearby to eat my food, I observed a gentleman ordering, she did the same thing to him, but was mad when asked for a tray to put his food and drink on, we spoke and he mentioned that it can be lonely on television old and having someone when taking your order at least smile and say thank you can make someone's day, to which I agreed. HMSHost everything

I stopped at the Popeye's at the Gardiner Maine rest stop and was not impressed in the least! The customer service was horrible. The lady in the front was yelling at the employees. The employees were not friendly and the area was a complete disaster, no napkins, some sodas were empty, it was just a mess. The biscuits were dark brown and the chicken was cold and dry, almost like it had been sitting there for a while, not to mention that out of the 3 I ordered 2 of them were tiny and not full tenders and I asked for the mildest and they gave me the spicy ones! I spent 9.93 on this disgusting food!
