My name is JEFF PADUA I work at the SAN JOSE AIRPORT for 16 years I had my BADGE expire on 5 June 2019 i have called the MANAGER SUSAN ELLIOTT told her my badge expire she told me to call ANTHONY the MANAGER FOR TERM She answers like AHH u should told before it ecpire...i explain to I forgot cause going through difficulty but he says OOH WELL what do we do now...Well he plays dumb like he cant hear me than hangs up..on SATURDAY JUNE 9 SUPV DEAD AT for TERM A didnt know my BADGE was expired till I called him...Then JUNE 12 I called for MARCEILA TERM A MG R left message with ELSIA SUPV TERM A never gave message to MARCELA COMNUNICATION ISSUE WITH MANAGEMENT..THEN I called on the 14 JUNE talk to ANTHONY and he tells me they have been trying to call but he didn't..well he set my APPOINTMENT TILL JULY 1 Thats a one month wait...THE reason why I forgot is I had SURGERY MARCH 12 2019 FOR PANCRAES CANCER I was going under CHEMO THERAPHY...I HAVE GAVE MY DOCTORS NOTE WELL THE COMPANY WANTED ME TO WORK 6 DAYS AFTER I GAVE THEM MY DOCTORS NOTE...THE POINT IS I CALLED ANTHONY ON THE FRIDAY 7 JUNE WHICH HE COULD HAVE SET APPOINTMENT FOR ME INSTEAD OF JULY 1, 2019..THERE ARE OTHER EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE DOCTOR NOTE WHICH THE OBEY..FOR ITS NOT LIKE I FEEL I AM BEING DISCRIMANATING BY ANTHONY THE MANAGER
Nothing was never done but as for myself didnt know ican make a appointment online on earlirr date bu he got me on july 1
