On the 25th of November 2014, I dropped off my TV set (still on warranty). I got an SMS on the 3rd of Jan 2015 that they can't repair it and that i needed to collect it. I queried that decision and insisted that TV was still on warranty and that they should either fix it or give me another set. At that point, they re-booked it. On 31 Jan. I visited the branch as the 14 days they had told me were up. Again stories. I spoke to a Ricardo & insisted on seeing a manager to lay a complaint. I was told all the managers were not on duty. I requested a customer complaints/ service department. I was given a bogus number by Ricardo. on the 2nd of Jan, I called that number, the person on the other side refused to give me a ref number. She only took my number and said that an email with ref number will be sent to you immediately. Today more than 24 hours im still waiting for a call from Kolonade branch, which is not coming and also from the customer service. To date, I still do not have my TV back, Please dont buy anything from Hifi Corporations - they are running a big con. They are crooks and even use bogus numbers
