In November my husband purchased a twenty year anniversary ring for me. We returned the ring for a more expensive ring that was initially charged to my debit card until he came in the next day and returned it so that it would be charged to his account instead of my debit card. This was supposed to be the end of the transaction. HOWEVER, Helzberg's brilliant store manager decided to charge my debit card twice more for the ring!!! My bank handled the case and the money was returned to my account. It was supposedly settled until 2 days ago when the same store charged my debit card 522.92 AGAIN!!! I am so upset I could scream. Now I have to go through all of this again to get it resolved once more. NEVER sop there unless you want to be ripped off, disappointed and frustrated beyond belief. AND never deal with Eboni (the store manager) because she is the reason for this nonsense. She does not have a clue what she is doing.
