These guys are Fraud and I knew somethin fishy from the down low price they charge. Took the money from my debit card when I ordered a Caglarri Bike. They never shipped it out. This was in October 2011.
Never pick up the phone. Never returned my messages. Finally after 3 weeks after threatenin them they tell me to wait on some back order list. They disappered again. I don't want no back order. I ain't paying to be put on no list. Took my money and till this day and don't have no more messages and never shipped.
I called my bank and filed a chargeback. They took care of it for me and I had to gets my money backs that way. I just told them that I did not receive nothin. No tracking and one message saying I was on some waiting list when they took my money first day i ordered.
Searchin for reviews of helmetindustry and helmetindustry.com reviews and fraud reports and I found another victim that posted this fools home address. Well, i dug a little deeper and found some of this fraud scam helmet industry websites. They have many, set up to steal money from folks.

JUST TO NAME A FEW. I also read on facebook or youtube or something that the address they have on their website is some abandoned warehouse. So now you guys got his HOME address of this BOCK HO thief. Prolly his cell phone too. And his personal email addy. Yeah. You all welcome and post back if ya'll go there and hit him up. I'm all the way out here in HOTLANTA. Holla.

The exact same thing happened to me as well. I placed an order for one of their crotch rockets for my son, since their prices were the lowest. People say "you get what you pay for." Well, I wish I have gotten something... anything! In this case, you don't get anything you pay for from helmetindustry. After they took my funds for over a week, nothing was ever shipped out. It is now near Christmas, and I have to wait until Chase Bank completes the dispute I put on them from NON-RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. Chase assures me that I will win the disputed transaction since nothing was ever shipped and that this is a flagrant fraud scheme.
I have also been getting a lot of spam mail and telemarketing calls on my cell phone after I placed my order with helmetindustry. I should have read the reviews on helmetindustry.com before I gave them a chance to rip off yet another single mom. I suspect that they are using a shell website to gather information for marketing lists and mailing lists. This constitutes mail fraud. I will be contacting the their local City Hall and Police Dept. Thank you to the other victims for posting the owner's personal information. It makes it easier for me to report them to the proper local authorities.
