[Resolved] GoChyp Processing — credit card processing company
On October 13th, 2016 we met with a Chyp rep & were guaranteed 24 hour funding along with the lowest rates & told we could cancel the service. None of this happend & worse, in place of saving us money, Chyp cost us money!
In 6 weeks we were unable to get 24 hour funding our main requirement along with low rates to use CHYP. After terrible customer support, getting voice mails, jumped around from department to department and Nothing close to professional customer support we determined cancelling Chyps processing was the best for our small business. At the time of the sign up were told we could get out of the contract by our sales rep, but when we actually tried we were given a contract to cancel under the name First Data ( who were they?) for 999.00 What could be worse... the company that we had to use their machine according to Chyp
( Ascentium) told us they could not take the machine back even though we were unable to use it . We were told by Ascentium that they paid Chyp for the contract and Ascentium told us they would hold us to a 3700 buy out if we did not want to pay the monthly 69.00...(which is actually 81.00 on our bank statement). We were also charged about 500.00 in miscellaneous fees while their service was NOT working. We were promised reimbursement, but only got jumped around from one department to the next without receiving it. This is a nightmare company with a trail of bad complaints and their business tactics are unethical. DO not believe what they tell you and be sure to read the fine print. Contact your attorney general if you have had poor and unethical service from Chyp.
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

GoChyp has worked diligently to assist Toni Drugman’s Dog Business with each issue that has arisen. Ms. Drugman was having difficulties with reconciling batches and Next Day Funding. GoChyp assisted with reconciling funds and the Clover Equipment that was re-provisioned to allow an earlier cutoff time for Next Day Funding. Due to the complex detail involved, these re-provisions do take a long length of time and GoChyp apologizes any inconvienences that this may have caused.
GoChyp offered to repay past fees during months of no processing, but Ms. Drugman denied these reimbursements and choose to cancel her account and process elsewhere. During these calls, Ms. Drugman never mentioned that processing rates were an issue, if it was mentioned GoChyp would have performed a rate review to ensure savings.
At no point in time was this Clover equipment non-functional and GoChyp has been here to assist each time Ms. Drugman called in for assistance.
