Thieves they never tell you they charge you almost everyday for random amounts of money with no prior permission they are straight up lying about them only needing 1$ for three days... Also customer service went as far as lying in the notes when I called back a second time wondering why my first attempt in clearly stating I want no more charges I want no more illegal unauthorized access to my money I want nothing to do with your company and I want my money refunded immediately... The rep said I hung up on her and never asked to be cancelled... ?!? LIES SO THEN THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN so this time I made sure I got two referenc numbers one for the refund one for the cancellation

I paid $1 for unlimited people search for 5 days as advertised on website. After 3 days they charged my card $68. Saying that their billing cycle started on the 7th day of the month, despite it being only 3 days into the 5 days of unlimited searches for $1. Mind you that I had already cancelled my membership the first day I signed up for the $1 searches. I called customer service and was first told they would only refund half because I had only filled out the form for cancellation and not called also. Despite the website saying all I had to do to cancel, was to fill out the form. I threatened to dispute charges with my bank, then they agreed to refund me my money.

This company has refused to opt me out of their website. They have continued to stalk me while selling fake info about me. They claimed it's not me ,but you have attach other relative info to me in order to sell fake information about me.Google had them removed,so they went over to bing to continue their scam.This company needs to be sued. I hope people don;t fall for their find missing money site ,it is just a cover up to gather more info about people to sell.

When going to enter my credit card information the total amount that it shows that I have to pay a one-time payment it shows that the fee is only $1 so I go to put the payment to my card but it was declined and for the reason that you guys why you do realize that it is against the law and that has even included sites online or companies getting charged from lawsuits due to false advertising they should show that you only have to pay a one-time small fee but then when you go to put the payment through on your card you guys are trying to literally take more than a dollar out that's actually if you really think about it that's fast you are literally trying to steal more money that you're asking for which is not right that's [censored]ed up dude you literally pull people in that they only have to pay a one-time $1 fee but then they come to find out now they're they're car was charged $20 plus tax if not more with some other sites I've been told I only had to pay a dollar and I've been charged literally 40 50 bucks that was taken off my card which was if you think about it you guys are lying about what we have to pay for a fee and you take off more than you're supposed to you guys as a site online or a company it should really come as a important issue that you should take the time to really go overboard and think about what you do as a company that as it's employer and say to yourself can I keep going on each and every day knowing that I work for a online company that actually advertise false and not really being 100% honest and truthful with every person that has become a member or for the people that are thinking about becoming a member of the online company that actually pulls in ones that are blind and haven't yet come to eventually See's how the site they are a member with or was about ready to become one sees the false information about payment amount is a complete lie saying that it's just a 1 time small $1.00 payment to become a member until you get your purchase history sent through text messages to your phone that they advertise false payment information to get more people to become a member but little did they actually get a payment history to show that it was not only a 1 time small fee but they if you really think about it is theft and they actually stole not $1.00 fee but a complete charge for $20.00 or more was taken off your prepaid debit card you should be ashamed and tell yourself how can you look at yourself in the mirror every single night before you go to bed every single morning when you wake up knowing that you work for a company that that literally has false advertisement to pull people in stating that they only charge a one-time small fee of $1 but they really actually take off way more than that you guys are

This company has charged me twice in which it wasn't authorized by me I've requested a refund and send a screen shot of bank statement even with proof I've been charged I've been told they will refund me and this company refunded 12.95 back to my account and then turned around and took it right back out for the same amount this company customer service team are very unprofessional even with proof of the unauthorized transaction they are telling me they refunded it when they see me charged again. This company is scamming several people and I need my funds back now or I will have to escalate this further up and file a report.

Today, 9 November 2022, I paid 1dollar for trial membership and through 1 hour I wanted to cancel my account from this site, but this company withdrawal from my account 12 dollars?

I called to them twice, and ask about explaining and cancel my account, but they only promised.

After 5 days, they have a chance to withdraw more money from my account. I need to stop this scam! Please help me.

I googled for up to date, current info reverse email and cell search and they popped up and said their results are current etc. I paid the 1.00 and searched my name and my husbands. I also searched for all of our emails and several numbers old and new. Their search would not bring up any results except the name search, which I could’ve got for free. I emailed them to cancel my subscription. Well couple of weeks ago they have tried to take out $30-40, $1, and I believe another amount but I had my card locked except they were successful for one charge. So I emailed them again and said I’ve already emailed yall to cancel, unsubscribe me and yall are trying to take money out of my account etc and dexter has literally replied to 4 of my emails saying the same copy and paste responses to call their 1800 number blah blah I have responded several times and asked to speak to supervisor. And I didn’t sign up by callinghn1800 number and I didn’t have service where I live that I need to cancel through email and he replied with the exact same answer.

This is the worst website I’ve ever been on the customer service is horrible. I even spoke to a manager which was worth I called because I paid their starting fee a dollar to look up a report and I would’ve stuck with them for them monthly service but when I called to ask why I could not see my report they said because I was on a mobile device and I had a go to laptop so my reply was what if I didn’t have one they said well you can’t use the service then, so I said I wanted a refund And it was not that it was just a dollar it was the principle of it. I paid them a dollar to start and I could not see my report. I didn’t want to go on my laptop I was on my phone. The girl was very rude. Her name was Jess so I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said why I told her the reason I’m talking to you the same reason I would like to speak to someone higher up. She said that she canceled my service and I have nothing to worry about yet. I told her I did not believe her because how am I supposed to believe a company that I paid and did not receive product basically the report she said well it’s only a dollar don’t worry about it. It wasn’t about that. It was a dollar it was the principle so now I’m hoping that my service was canceled. They gave me a reference number but I don’t believe them because they told me they couldn’t give me an email confirmation, that supervisors name was Sam. She was very nasty did not explain why I could not use my phone instead of a laptop. She just said well if I was you, I would go buy a laptop even though I have one she said well maybe your phone is not good enough I said I have a iPhone 13 and I have a Mac computer And a laptop I use iPads all of that that’s the only devices I use in my house she said well that’s not my problem so I logged in on my laptop and still couldn’t find the report. She said well that’s because you canceled I said well can you please give me The report that I already paid for she said no I said can I have a refund she said no it’s only a dollar stop being petty it wasn’t the point of the dollar once again like I said, but if I paid, I don’t care if it was a penny for something I should get it She hung up on me I called back again and for some reason I don’t know how they gave me the same supervisor and she said I already told you you’re not getting your money back and it will be canceled don’t worry about it. I reassure you it will be canceled so now I’m going to call my bank and explain to them the situation and tell them basically I feel like it was fraud but they just take a dollar from 1 million people and they can become millionaires because if they tell everyone that I’m sure that’s how they make most of their money because their service is horrible. I was wondering if anyone else had the same issues as me Basically paying them even though it was only a dollar but not being able to see it on your phone on your laptop on anything and when I called they told me like I just said everything so I did what they said since I couldn’t use my phone I went to my laptop and then they told me well. You can’t see it now at all because we already canceled you so they didn’t even give me an opportunity to look at the report. They canceled me without even me even asking all I said is I’m going to cancel if I cannot see my phone And they did it so now I don’t have anything and like I said it’s only a dollar but it’s the principle of it. How do you have a company where you can’t use the site and it says nothing in there a disclaimer that you cannot use your phone and they should’ve not canceled me until I used my computer while I was on the phone with them to get the report and if it was a five day trial, I should still have the five days no matter what, because that was the point, sorry for going on and on. I was just curious if anyone else had the same exact issue with me thank you so much.

GoLookUp Please delete my upcoming membership. I thought it's only 1dollar not a monthly 69 dollar thing. I wrote several time,sent a sms,the support guy Dexter don't answer anymore since he said call. I can't call from Hungary. I said that more than once. It's too expensive. Please help and delete my membership that comes in 5 days after the trialtime .I don't want that but i get no help. All they say is call. Im not in America.you say everywhere that if i don't do anything i will be a member but you don't say what to do if not. A call? I recieved a call from someone who said they was from social security administration this is 2nd time and what these people are saying and doing is crazy they all sound as if they are from middle east so I googled phone number look up, , , , I filled out the info they needed from me and my capital one credit card was charged $1 but the company is saying that it wasn't charged when it was I received no information I was looking for and my credit card was charged I want to opt out and no more charges to be maid on my capital one credit card my name is robert ward my phone number is [protected]

I was charged $43.98 to my debit card and I didn't sign up for no monthly plan I signed up for the one time fee for $1 or so and that was all then I get charged a monthly plan #### without my authorization and when I called to seecwhy they do that and I want to cancel that plan that was never approved by me and a refund of the $43.98 that was charged and paid to them, the agent says she can only refund me 25% of the $43.98 I said wtf are you thinking I didn't pay you 25% of $43.98 and I never approved the $43.98 monthly plan either so that's #### and I was very pissed and I said #### you ####in theifs. Please I need my full refund of $43.98 .

I just had one random thought about searching my own profile and wonder what it could return as a public information. Since I am not really into this, I searched for some recommendations from Google, of course. And so I get to visit the Go Look Website. I found the design fresh and the site easy to navigate. I searched for my own profile and was surprised to discover by chance that I have some unclaimed money. It was $150 but it was worth it. I really did not see it coming that the website could provide such a very relevant information. I am looking forward to having more transactions with Go Look Up.

I bump into this site as I was trying to ran an email search for a certain person. Filled-up all the necessary information needed and provided my billing information as well. I find this service very useful as I was able to get a bunch of useful information. It exceedingly provided all the details I was looking for. It did more than what I expected. Two thumbs up!

I used your website and tried the $1 for 5-day trial period. I've tried to used the service and decided to cancel the membership afterwards. So, I call and the rep who assisted is so kind and very professional . She assisted me on how to log.in using a laptop/ computer. I was doing a reverse phone lookup. I never thought that I was able to know the full name and complete address of the phone number I was looking for. Trying to look more information to the owner of that phone number. I'm thankful that this service exists making our search more easier and faster. May you continuosly provide good quality service. I'll tell everyone how great the service is.

I found the site more reliable than the others I have encountered with. I do not work for anybody or any company that needs to administer background every now and then. I'm just a simple mom who needs to know the safety of my children especially when they're not at my site. So I visited this site once, and good thing that I get to collect records of the people encircling my sons in school. The details provided to me somehow eased my troubled thoughts. I hired a person and he was supposed to make a website for me. But just to be sure, I decided to do a background check on him. So I went to golookup website and used their free trial. I did not find any useful information so I called them and asked them to cancel my account. They said ok, but they never did and these three moths they had been charging me! So I called them and they kept saying they cancelled my subscription long ago. I already contacted my bank and reported these thieves! Please, don't use this service, they are absolutely terrible!

I used this service once and got nothing useful from it. I did get numerous reports of people with the same name all over the U.S., even though I had provided all the information that the site called for. Not only was the service useless to me, but I realized today that they were charging me $34.95 every month. I called and found out that because I checked, " agree, " on their website, that they put me on a three month trial and I was being charged $34.95 every month until I cancelled.
I did call and cancel the service. I got a reference number for the cancellation and I hope that the subscription is truly cancelled . I feel like i've been scammed. I just wish that I had read the reviews for this company first.

I found the advertisement of www.golookup.com. They offered free reports, but after 30 minutes they asked to provide my card details or they wouldn’t be able to show any information. I refused to pay and the rep suddenly offered me free trial, but I needed to give my credit card details anyway and I could cancel this trial within 10 days. The rep forgot to tell that if I didn’t cancel the trial, they would start to charge me for $40 per month. Be careful with their free trials.
